Hallo allerseits
Mein Indesign CC zeigt die Version 10.2.0.70 x64 an (das ist doch die neuste?), verlangt aber ständig nach einem Update. Wenn ich dieses installieren will, erhalte ich eine Fehlermeldung mit dem Code U44M1P34. Ich finde dafür keine Lösung. Hat jemand eine Idee?

For 4 times I contact via chat the support but someone answer me and tell Please wait while I transfer the chat to the appropriate group.

Updating Extension Manager 6.0.5 for Photoshop CS6 Mac

I just ran an update on Adone Application Manager and received the folloc error:
Extension Manager 6.0.5 Update
Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7
I changed the permissions of "Adobe Extension Manager CS6" to read and write.
Noticed an Adobe folder in Applications. Changed the name to Adobe old, thinking perhaps it was an older version from CS4. But no luck.
Any assistance, much appreciated.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
wir setzen Adobe Master Collection CS6 und zusätzlich die Adobe Cloud Anwendungen ein.
Seit dem wir die Cloud Anwendungen einsetzen kam bisher 3 Mal der Fehler U44M1P7 bei Photoshop CS6.
Bei der Beschreibung wird darauf hingewiesen es sei ein Language Pack nicht korrekt installiert. Wir installieren keine Language Packs richtig oder falsch, dass macht ihr Installations Programm.
Als Workaround wird angeboten das Programm Photoshop CS6 neu zu installieren. Heute tritt der Fehler auch bei Adobe Photoshop CC auf.
Werden Updates keiner Qualitätskontrolle unterzogen?
Haben wir damit zu rechnen jede Woche oder je nach Update Photoshop neu zu installieren?
Wo kann ich die Updates abschalten?
Updates bringen eher Nachteile wenn sie die tägliche Arbeit behindern. Daher würde ich mir erst gern die Änderungen durchlesen bevor ich update.

danke für die Antwort.
Mit dem Eintrag ging es auch mehr darum zum Ausdruck zu bringen das Anwender nicht unbedingt auf die Idee kommen eine Sprache umzustellen (was auf dem PC eben übrigens auch nicht funktionierte, gleicher Update Fehler).
Wenn Anwender die Software in Deutsch installiert haben sollten sie erwarten können das dann auch Updates fehlerfrei laufen.
Vermutlich wird das bei Adobe nicht getestet.
Wir haben mit einigen Problemen zu kämpfen seit dem wir CC in Teilbereichen einsetzten, besonders die Lizenzierung.
Ich habe z.B. eine Box Master Collection für meinen User auf CC gebracht.
Zusätzlich habe ich aber noch eine Master Collection Volumen Lizenz, die nichts damit zu tun und auch gar nicht auf die Cloud gebracht werden könnte.
Beide laufen unter eine E-Mail Adresse bei Adobe. Sobald auf den beiden Mac’s die Programme gestartet sind kann man die Programme auf dem PC nicht mehr starten wo die Volumen Lizenz auch mit völlig anderen Key installiert ist.
Hier hat Adobe bei uns aus einer Box Master Collection und einer Volumen Master Collection anscheinend eine Version gemacht.
Auf Rechnern die nicht ins Internet dürfen kann man CC überhaupt nicht sinnvoll benutzen.
Auch das gibt es noch und macht an den stellen auch Sinn.
Über WSUS bekommen die Windows Updates und für Adobe hatten wir die sonst klassisch runtergeladen.
Ich hoffe das Adobe bald auch wieder eine nicht Cloud Variante anbietet.
Glück im Unglück hat man jedoch das nicht immer bei Neuinstallationen die Einstellungen der User verloren gehen.

An update to the extension manager was received but when attempting to run the update it errors out with the following message:

I have heard of this occuring after some kind of cleaner utility removes some of the language files. You might try the suggestions here:

Error U44M1P7 while updating Photoshop CC

I got allways this error code while updating PS CC using Adobe Creative Cloud.

When my downloading until 80%, appear Installation error, "Window installer does not permit updatating of managed advertised product. At least one feature of the product must be installed before applying the update."

What product and version number are you talking about. Is it a trial version, or is it the full or subscription version. If the latter, activate the product with your S/N or Adobe ID and then do the updates.
