FEMA's Hurricane Disaster Registration Still Won't do Macs

First we experienced the Katrina disaster and now Rita. After Katrina, users reported here that FEMA's website required IE 6.0 and Windows to register for disaster relief. Now, Rita disaster victims are facing the same roadblock in the website registration process. I interacted here in Katrina thread at that time and sent an e-mail of complaint to FEMA with a copy also sent to the President in Washington. I have not received a response from either.
I am a native of Port Arthur, Texas and have many family members and friends who still call that city home. I am housing a displaced aunt and uncle and two friends here in my home. I will of course help them all I can with disaster recovery. FEMA's site still does not allow registration of disaster claims using anything other than IE 6.0 and Windows. I can bank, trade stocks and shop online with OS X and any Mac browser. Why can I not use a federal government website to register for disaster relief?
I will complain again and again and again until I get an answer.

I was already aware of the information you posted. My point is that online registration should not require the use of Windows and IE 6. The less I have to hold the phone line to talk to government operators, the better off I will be. As I stated in my previous post, I can bank, trade and buy on the internet with my Mac. I just think FEMA should make it possible for Mac users who are hurricane victims to register for disaster assistance.

Won't Open--read prior solutions, still won't work (MAC)

I switched to a MAC so I wouldn't have these problems.
Up until yesterday, it would open in Safe Boot but not on regular restart.
I've tried everything mentioned online and in forums...updates, permission repairs, resintall, new user w/ privileges, etc etc.
Still when I open DW, I get only the apple menu and single Dreamweaver menu.
Now when I try to open with Safe Boot only, it hangs on the welcome screen.
Any other solutions or do I just give up?

You can uninstall and remove the Java Console extensions and disable the Java Quick Starter extension.
You do not need them to run Java applets.

What password are you talking about? What did you reset?
When updating to iOS 7 the process will ask you to set up a four digit passcode as a security feature. If you created a passcode there then that is what you are being asked when you first turn on your iPad or when you wake it from sleep after an Autolock. If you cannot remember or do not know your passcode take a look at this Apple support page:

What is the GarageBand version that your friend is using?
If it is GarageBand '11, version 6.0.5, you can buy GarageBand '11 as a boxed retail version with the iLIfe '11 bundle, e.g. from Amazon.
Then you can upgrade GarageBand '11 to 6.0.5, using this upgrader from the Support page:

GarageBand 6.0.5 will work well with your system. But if your friend is using the newest GarageBand 10, this will not help. Then ask your friend to send you audio files for each track, so you can recreate the project from the audio. Or your friend could also use GarageBand '11 for the projects you want to share, that will run well in all newer MacOS X versions, even with GarageBand 10.0 installed on the same system.

Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting that track from your phone and re-download it via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on it, or the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

Try removing the Genius database. In the "Finder" go to the /username/Music/iTunes/ folder and delete the "iTunes Library Genius.itdb" file. This may allow the program to launch again. This file will be recreated upon first use of the "Genius" feature.

But when i sign in my icloud account on the activation lock, it still won't accept it. Even if i tried resetting my password. I believe that i use the right icloud account but still it won't activate it. I tried locating my device on find my iphone and the device was not there, does it mean my device has already been erased?(i resetted all content and settings) but why does it still have an activation lock after reset? Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

- sign out and the sign back into Game Center
- Reset all settings
