Few mails are not reaching to a recipient while other are receiving the same email

Hi
I am facing very strange issue for few days. 
The email sent by a user to multiple internal recipient, is not reaching to one recipient, while others are receiving that email.
Few users are facing this issue. mail neither reaching in their inbox nor Junk folder.
I am using Exchange Server 2013 CU2 and TrendMicro MailScan anti-spam.
I have searched the logs in TrendMicro Mail Scan but nothing found.

Hi,
To narrow down the cause, I’d like to ask the following questions:
1. Does the issue happen on random or regular recipients?
2. Does the issue happen on all emails or only emails including many recipients?
We can check the Maximum number of recipients per message through a Receive connector:

3. Is there any DNR or error message?

    Are they going to the same "Incoming Mail Server", logging in with the same "User Name" ? If so, they are two instances of the same account, and one can certainly be deleted with impunity.

    I have done that thousands of times for my security code. Doesn't work and I have called the bank and they say no problem with my card. I have also tried useing different cards all together with no luck idk what else to do? Help!

    IF you do find a backup that has your contacts; I'd /highly/ recommand turning off your wifi network after the restore is finished because if the issue is with your iCloud your contacts may merge back with her's.
    With iCloud you DO NOT want to share the account; bad things happen Evil evil thigns...
    But in all seriousness; if two devices have the same iCloud; iCloud is told to merge and sync infomation between hte two and can't tell that it doesn't belong to the same person

    That is a new feature described in Connect your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Mac using Continuity - Apple Support
    You can turn it off by going to Settings > FaceTime and changing "iPhone Cellular Calls" to off.
    You may also want to look into using separate Apple IDs for you and your wife. That is now more flexible with new Family Sharing features: http://www.apple.com/ios/whats-new/family-sharing/

    One icloud account gets a 5 GB of storage, regardless of the number of devices connecting to it.  But you're in luck, you can buy more storage for the account if you are running low.
    As for your daughter, be sure to get her own icloud account, otherwise she'll end up getting all your email, contacts, etc.  And if she deletes any of this data, it will be deleted on your devices as well.  Note:  you can all keep using the same ID for the itunes store for sharing purchased items.

    I'm sorry, but it isn't a problem, it is a feature. While you may find it something you do not like, then you need to change the settings as I described earlier. This is part of how continuity works.
    Apple has never supported downgrading of iOS, so don't expect that to happen. If you have done what I said, the need to create and connect to another Wi-Fi network is not necessary. All you have to do is turn it off. Apple did not program anything wrong.

  • HT3325 When at home, I can link my mobile Keynote iPhone App with Keynote on my PowerMacPro. However, when at a Starbucks, or at "Third Workplace" using their WiFi, I cannot. Both the computer and the iPhone are receiving the same WiFi.

    When at home, I can link my iPhone Mobile Keynote App to my PowerMacPro (using OS 10.7.4); however, when at a Starbucks or at "Third Workplace" using their WiFi, I get a "not connected" message-even though both devices are on the network. Is the signal just too weak? — too many subscribers?

    I'm a new owner of an Iphone 5, and the big problem is that the 3G is not working on my device. the logo "3G" appear normaly on the top of my screen. The operator confirmed that the 3G was well activated and it is like that.when i put the same SIM card in another phone, it works??
    i saw trough the internet that a lot of people have the same problem. i've tried to reset the network settings....no way.
    So please someone could tell me the solution?? i'll be very grateful

  • Somehow my daughter and I are receiving the same texts

    we downloaded the new ios 6- and when my daugther did hers- she added my phone number.  When i did my update- her phone number was there- and I said okay.  Didn't realize it was going to sync our iphone contacts. (our duplicate/sharing seems to be limited to just texts and with iphone users only)  We noth have taken iCloud off our phones- and deleted the conatcs we thought were the duplicates-but the problem is still there. 

    Sounds like a Messages settings problem. Check in Settings --> Messages --> Send & Receive. That screen lists your Apple ID as well as "You can be reached by iMessage at:" with a checklist of possible numbers and/or e-mails. Each of you should uncheck the other's info on your phones.

    Have your wife log in to her user account on the laptop. Launch iTunes, then connect her phone to the computer with the USB cable. Sync. That should put back all apps and media. Since you already upgraded her to iOS 5 she'll have to manually enter all her settings and preferences, and organize her home screens.

    If you have Premiere Elements, then your question relates to Premiere Elements via the Elements Organizer that comes with it.
    And, as we know, Photo Email is an Elements Organizer feature found under the Elements Organizer Share/Photo Mail.
    What version of Premiere Elements do you have and on what computer operating system is it running?
    How far are you getting in the Photo Mail feature:
    a. Do you get your created photo mail and see the email with its active Send button ready for you to hit the Send button?
    b. If so, after you press the Send button, does the email appear to have been sent...even if you do not see a specific message saying
    message sent? To verify that the message was sent, in the Elements Organizer Find Menu, go to By History/Emailed to to confirm
    the sending.
    Have you checked with the recipients of your Photo Mail to make sure that your sending is not ending up in the recipient's email junk
    folder? Have you troubleshooted by sending a Photo Mail to yourself?
    What have you set up as Email Client in the Elements Organizer preferences?
    Please review and consider and then let us know the outcome.

    Restart your Mac and immediately hold down the Shift key when you hear the startup chime to boot into Safe Mode. Keep holding the Shift key until you see a progress bar towards the bottom of the screen. You can let go of the Shift key at that point.
    OS X asks you to log in (you will get this screen on a Safe Mode boot even if your Mac is set to automatically log in). Let the Mac finish booting to the desktop and then restart normally. This will clear Font Book's database and the cache files of the user account you logged into in Safe Mode.
    Next, close all running applications. From an administrator account, open the Terminal app and enter the following command. You can also copy/paste it from here into the Terminal window:
    sudo atsutil databases -remove
    Terminal will then ask for your admin password. As you type, it will not show anything, so be sure to enter it correctly.
    This removes all font cache files. Both for the system and the current user font cache files. After running the command, close Terminal and immediately restart your Mac.
