FF and Safari position fix

Question

This was the last post in a thread earlier today. When no
vertical scrollbar
is required centered a web page will jump about 5px to the
right compared to
the position when scrollbar is present.
I'm reposting it because I wanted everyone to have a chance
to see the fix
for this annoying problem caused when scrollbars are
necessary in FF and
safari.
the following css will eliminate the position jump to the
right when
vertical scrollbar is not present and the vertical scrollbar
will only be
present when required, in other words the page stays locked
in position
vertical scrollbar or not.
html {
overflow: -moz-scrollbars-vertical;
overflow: scroll;

Not necessary to do that. Here's another fix that's even
better, I think -
html, body { min-height:100.01%; margin-bottom:1px; }
