FF is frozen on mac. I can do nothing at all.

for mac. FF opens when my computer comes on and it freezes. Tells me to close tabs. I can not do a thing. I was browsing when it froze. I unplugged, rebooted and shut down several times and it comes back up every time I turn the computer on I have to shutdown FF somehow? Help Please

I actually just had this happen today with my Macbook Air, which is a little over a year old - it was asleep, I turned it on, and I could move my mouse but could not click on anything. It's disturbing when this happens, especially with a new laptop, but there's a quick fix that will hopefully solve the problem: try shutting the laptop down (not a restart). Leave it shut down for a few minutes, then turn it back on and the problem should be fixed. If the laptop won't respond when you click on "Shut Down" when in Finder, hold down the power button until it shuts down. This isn't a good practice to use all the time, but can be necessary in unresponsive situations.
Hopefully this will solve the issue. It did for me. If this doesn't work, I recommend calling Apple. Here's the page for support numbers depending on where you live:

Hope this helps.
