Dear all,
When I publish my captivate 7 project, computers can play the project without any problem. But when I try to acces slides with video on it from an IPad/IPhone, it is completely blank.
Any help is really apriciated! I have tried the HTML5 tracker, but is dosnt tell me anything about unsupported slides/objects. All my videofiles are mp4, and can play from computers.

Guess this specifc MP4 has issues then. How did you create the MP4? If I remember right, Apple devices needs meta data to play the videos. If you have used any external video converter to create this video, it might not have created the meta data.
Use Adobe Media Encoder to convert your videos and check.

Firefox not showing correct HP background image/video, but IE (all versions), Chrome and Safari are. How do I fix this ASAP?

Website www.bludot.com is not showing the proper BG image/video on all browsers (Safari, Chrome and all IE versions) but not on Firefox. The code is right, but FF is still pulling old images. The correct image/HTML5 video should be a cake, as displayed on all other browsers.

Firefox 9 is being withheld for Mac users due to unresolved crashing problems.
A test case would be nice and the URL for the website in question, so someone here can experience that problem first hand.

YouTube wont play videos

Just within the last few days Youtube wont play videos. Any ideas why this might be they work in IE.

Please give more details. Is this with just YouTube, or are there any
problems on other sites? What does / does not happen? Does the
web page load? Are there any error or other messages?

Encore wont play video files

I recently upgraded encore from ver.2 to cs3 and find that ver.cs3 wont play video files.
It wont play the file in the project window, it just stops at the first frame. If I move the slider below the viewer the video material is updated but it wont play.
In the monitor view it wont play either, I can view the material by manually moving the cursor.
It wont play a preview either, it just stops.
It builds a DVD without problems and the dvd plays fine without errors but the program wont play any video files.
Ver.2 plays all the same video files without problems.
Please help!

There are diagonal stripes on some clips on the timeline and wont play video in the program monitor.

After reconnecting some origianl files after a hard drive crashed, there are diagonal stripes on some clips on the timeline that wont play video in the program monitor. They do however play in the source monitor.

Those stripes are most likely the missing media indicators, which means you've relinked to the wrong clips.

Use the search feature and type in Flash and there are like thousands of posts on this.
You seem to think you are addressing Apple with your post. This is a user forum and we are all users just like you.

The songs on my Ipod Classic wont play at all although you can feel and hear the machinery working hard. The tracks are not playng at all but you can see the Ipod rewinding them all and returning to the album. And this happens to the second IPOD I have!

First off, I would STRONGLY suggest that a external hard drive would make you life much easier by at least being able to back up your songs on the external drive for when you need them. Even if you don't want them in the iTunes library, you can have them all ready on the external to be re-added as needed. You can get 100's of gigs for under $100 shipped.
Anyway, since you used Yamipod, are all the songs back on the computer? If so, I would go ahead and restore the iPod, let iTunes then resync everything back to the iPod, then switch it back to manual and see if the restore and resync clears up the issue.

Itunes wont play some of my songs...and it used to!

I had to reinstall windows ... as i have done several times in the past.. and when i added my music folder, which is on an external HD, over 500 songs wont add to the library. they will play in QT and WMP but not in itunes. when clicked itunes will open but then nothing...doesnt even show the song in the list.
Here is an example of a song that will not play, show up, or anything:

i thought maybe something happened to all the songs around the same date but thats a no go. i have advanced mp3 catalog pro to organize my music and it has id3 editor v.2 but i use that for ALL my music not just these songs that now wont play. i tried removing the tag completely and recreating it and that also did not work. i have unintalled all itunes, apple, and quicktime applications and reinstalled ...still nothing. what now?

After updagre the OS to 10.9 Mavericks, all the browser that I have installed on it(Safari, Chrome and Firefox), stop to reproduce videos.

I am trying other solutions today.
It can not change to another wifi network without switch off the wifi.
That's mean I have switch off and re-open the wifi signal every time when it show like this capture.
I waiting for more than 5 mins and it will search another wifi network automatically but it still "No internet connect".

I've had similar issues. Turning off firewalls seems to help the download to complete properly. Otherwise, I'm not sure what the problem might be.

There are several threads about this problem, most notably one called 'Invalid Certificates' is over 4 pages long. Many of us have experienced difficulty connecting to banking and other secure sites. On my Macbook Pro, I cannot get to my banking site with any browser, however I can get there on my iMac using Safari, but get the 'Invalid Certificate' notice with FF and Chrome. No problems here with the H1 headers.
Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache.
* Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
* Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)

Facebook and youtube videos don't work on firefox. (Vimeo does & videos work on chrome and opera)

When I try to open an video in youtube or facebook the player just goes black and white.
With google chrome and opera I don't got any problems..

Safari 5 Wont Play VIdeos On Sites Like Yotube And Facebook

I recently downloaded the new safari update and now i can play videos on websites like youtube,myspace, or facebook. I also downloaded the newest version of adobe and it worked for a few hours and now its back to the same problem.
The videos wont load its just a black screen. What should i do?

I just tried this, also. Video are now playing again in Safari 5. Thanks for the fix. If they stop playing for some reason, I'll let you know.
Now only problem is some photos/gifs/ won't load onto some pages & ? in box appears instead. The links are there but may or may not be in the correct position for mouse over because ?s are misaligned. Will look for answers to this next.
