FF67 Batch Input session not created

Dear All,
When I am key in the manual bank statement in FF67 system doesnot generate the batch input session in SM35. In FF67 in setting - specification I have selected 2 i.e. to generate batch.
Please guide me  what might be the reason.
Thanks & Regards,
Bhadresh V. Shah

Hi,
This may be customization. Check setting made in
SAP Customizing Implementation Guide> Financial Accounting > Bank Accounting > Business Transactions>Manual Bank Statement> Define Posting Keys and Posting Rules for Manual Bank Statement > Create Keys for Posting Rules
here you have to give account symbol and text. This generates the sm35 session.

  • Batch Input Session not created

I am looking in transaction SM37 and i see a background job with the status finished. This job create a batch input who update equipment via transaction IE02. When i look at the job log everything look fine. One line of the log show the QID number but nothing is available in transaction SM35. I have look directly in table APQI and there is nothing there.
Why this QID session have not been created in SM35?
    Help required.
    SAP version 4.6C

Is this a custom program or standard SAP program that you ran in the background?
The reason for not seeing the session in SM35 could be that the program RDBDCSUB was called immediately after creating the session with the parameter XKEEP = SPACE. This parameter tells the system whether to keep the session even after it is processed successfully. So if your session is processed successfully, then it must have been deleted. Unfortunately, even the logs will be deleted.

  • Batch Input Session not getting created at FF67 level

    Hi,
I have posted two transactions at FF67 level - One check deposit ( + Rs. 40000/-) and One Check Issue (- Rs. 30000/-). After saving twice, message is shown statement listed and posted. When I go to overview, It says manual posting incomplete. When I try to look for batch input session, it has not been created.  Can anybody in the forum guide me in this regard?
    Regards,
    V RAjeshwari

    Hi
To resolve this problem, again go to the same T.code FF67, and in the overview, select the statement and press transfer.
After coming back to the main window, go to Settings - Specifications and ensure that you have selected processing type as '2'.  Then try to post the statement.
If this does not work, please check whether any batch job scheduled/pending in SM37.

  • FF67- Batch Input session

    Dear all,
My client entered the Bank reconciliation statement. after entering it, he ran batch input session using sm35. What happened was, in the statement there was 12 entries. But only 3 got updated in the main bank account and subledger accounts. the remaining 9 entries didnt get updated. How to make the remaining  9 entries get updated?
    Please suggest.
    Thanks & Regards,
    AR

    Hi,
Please check whether the instrument number is mentioned againast each of the transaction. The system clears the transaction if the ref number (say cheuqe number) maintained in the payment document matches with the ref number given in the bank stmt provided by the bank.
In your case, pls go to FF67, select the uncleared item in red, right click on it, and select "post". It will take you to the manual clearing screen, select the line item that has to be cleared and do a manual clearing.
    Hope this soles your problem.

  • LSMW Routing Standard Batch Input Create Batch Input Session

    Hello All,
I am using LSMW for routing upload, using standard batch input method. Program RCPTRA01.
I am facing this quite peculiar problem.
I have tried first with separate text file for every source structure. Everything works fine till convert data step.
But when I go for 'Create Batch Input Session' it creates session for tables MAPL, PLKO, PLPO, PLMZ, PLMK. Other tables remain balnk (EAPL, PLFL, PLAB, PLFH, PLPH, PLFT, PLFV, PLWP). Because of this while running the session only the header and material assignment to task list get uploaded. Rest data, operation, MIC, component allocation do not get uploaded.
I have also tried for one text file for multiple structure. In that I face porblem for BDC creation. While debugging I faced th same thing in this also.
Could anyone please explain me the soution for this? Do I need to amend any progrm fior this?

  • LSMW- Batch Input session getting error

    Hi All,
I created LSMW object for Tcode KO01 and its creating the Internal order as expceted. But even after creating the document the Batch Input session status is showing incorrect. No messages are also displayed in the log.
Please let me know why this is happening.

    Hi,
Detail Error Message is as follows:
No batch input data for screen SAPLIMR0 1110
    Message no. 00344
    Diagnosis
The transaction sent a screen that was not expected in the batch input session and which therefore could not be supplied with data.
    Possible reasons:
    1. The batch input session was created incorrectly. The sequence of screens was recordly incorrectly.
    2. The transaction behaves differently in background processing in a batch work process than when running in dialog (SY-BATCH is queried and changes the screen sequence).
    3. The transaction has undergone user-specific Customizing and therefore certain screens may be skipped or processed differently, according to the current user. If the person who created a batch input session is not the same as the person now processing it, this problem may occur frequently.
    System Response
    None.
    Procedure
For 1: Either re-create the session or process it in expert mode. Correct the batch input program.
For 2. It is very difficult to analyze this problem, particularly in the case that the screen sequence or the display-only options of fields differ according to whether the transaction is being processed in the background or as an online dialog. It could also be that this kind of transaction cannot run with batch input.
For 3: Have the creator of the session process it. If no error occurs now, then this is a program with user-specific Customizing.

  • Mass updates in CUA via a Batch Input Session

We are trying to do a mass upload of users in CUA, via SU01. When we come to create the batch input session, by creating a record, we find that the only thing that is not saved is the role data entered on the role tab, everything else gets saved.
Can anybody help with a solution ?

    Hi Geoff
Initial load of user through Batch-Input or CATT is kind of difficult when you are using CUA.
I use a couple of ABAP Reports for this, one that creates the users, and one to assign the roles, but it's not SAP standard reports
There are some good BAPI'S for both to create your own load program.

  • Batch Input Session empty while posting Manual Bank Statement T.Code FF67

    Hi Experts,
I am trying to do the Bank Reconciliation by T.Code FF67.
The statement is getting saved  but I could not see the Batch Insput Session (T.Code SM35) to post the entries.
Please help me in this issue.
    Thanks in advance
    Priya

    Hi,
Saving Bank Statement Data and Posting Statement are two different transactions.
Once both amounts (in FF67, Amounts Entered, Statement Amount at the bottom) are matched then if you save, it will save the data in FF67 format.  In that screen only if you save again then it will post statement and create batch input session.  Similarly you also processed or differently?
Check again in FF67 statement screen & revert back.

  • Batch input session is not generating In BRS

    Hello,
I am uploading bank statement through ZFF67 program manual bank statement, after entering all the line items in the file, batch input session is not generating in SM35.
    Please give advice.
    Thanks,
    Ratnam

    Hi,
Go to environment - specification-  here you need to maintain settings for batch input processing in T.code FF67.
I am not exactly remembering the menu option name. The sub option name is Specification, these settings you need to change with your user id.
Check and revert back still the same problem exists.

  • Create batch input, does not include all records

Have anyone experienced, when doing Create Batch Input from the LSMW menu it does not include all rows.
For example I have a .txt file with 3000 records that I specify in "Specify Files"
    "Read Data"  reads 3000 records.
    "Convert Data" Converts 3000 records
"Create Batch input Sessions" creates 2461 records? ?
I have noticed that this happen when the system is busy running many batches and Idocs.

I'm talking about LSMW programs with regular Batch input Recording.
I haven't noticed which transactions it skips since I do not run the Batch, when I notice that it does not include all rows as I have read and converted.
However usually if I "Create the batch input session" once again it includes all the records from the conversion before.
But since Create a batch input can take a long time depending on the amount of transactions it creates this is not a desired option.
So it is not possible that the transactions it does not create are errors since its possible to run them successfully. And I haven't used any SKIP TRANSACTION in the mapping step.
But like I said this only happens when the system is running many batches / idocs at the moment, for example if we are loading the material master at the same time as I run my batch input programs.

  • How do I create a data set ready for a batch input session

    Hi:
I don't know how to create a data set ready for an BATCH-INPUT SESSION.I know that with the function BDC_INSERT make de input online, but my requirement is that generate the data set and left to the user get in de SM35 transaccion and decide to him if it's execute or not. I have all the information in a BDCDATA table.
    Any clue would be great!!

    You just have to do:
    BDC_OPEN_GROUP (Open new batch)
BUILD BDC DATA (Your own code)
BDC_INSERT (Insert BDC data you have built in step 2)
    BDC_CLOSE_GROUP (Close batch)
This will just create a new batch and it can be processed in SM35.
    To build BDC data:
    LOOP AT your_input_table.
<<here you have to use the code generated from recording in  trasaction SHDB>> (i.e. bdc_dynpro and bdc_field performs)
    ENDLOOP.

  • LSMW - Error in Inventory - Create batch input session

    Hello good day.
I'm trying to create a batch input session for inventory upload (Standard Batch Input program - RM07MMBL) and when I select the Name of logical file = "MM_INVENTORY_MANAGEMENT_GOODS_MOVEMENT" and press F8, the following error occurs:
<b>Sequential file mmgoods cannot be opened
    Message no. M7 850</b>
Now as the legend says.... I've contacted my system administrator and he keeps telling me everything is ok, but the error keeps appearing, where can I see if I have authorization for this "file" ???
    Where is it created ??
I need more info on this.
Your help is very much appreciated.
    Thank you.
