  • E5 - unable to open. object type not supported

    hi.
    2 Month back i brought Nokia E-5 Mobile and after few weeks i upgraded the Memory from 2Gb to 8GB. After copying all files from 2gb to 8gb am not able to open or install any existing programs and files. Even maps are not working. When trying to open or install the files am getting this erro " unable to open object type not supported " . Kindly help on this error.
    Thanks
    Velavan

    I have never attempted what you did, so can't say for certain, but I don't think memory card data is meant to be copied from one card to another (unless we're talking about data files like pictures or mp3's).  I don't understand what you mean by being unable to install files.  Are you trying to reinstall the programs that aren't working?  If your 2GB card still works normally, I suggest you format the 8 GB card, reinstall the programs to the empty card, and re-download the maps data.  If the programs still give you trouble, you may need to uninstall them from the 2 GB card first, but I don't think that should be necessary.  I hope that helps.

    One of our customer is facing the outofmemory issue, when they connect many users and they go ideal for some times, without doing any operation on the server and when they come back and connect they get Out of memory issue.
    For that i just profiled my application and i can see the following objects never get cleared from the JVM.. Following objects not GC.

    We do have a pooling timer running at the back end.
    Please suggest is there any why i can make these connections Garbage collected when they are not in use? is there any setting for in oc4j for that?
    Thank you

  • Object type  not visible in transaction bapi

    hi all.
    I'm very new to Bapi,and recently I created a custom object type 'ZTEST' which was inherit from oject 'BUS1001'(material),then I add some custom method(BAPI) to 'ZTEST'.After I released all the object type 'ZTEST', I go to BAPI Explorer(t-code : BAPI), there I found my object 'ZTEST' exist in Alphabetical list but not in hierarchical list.
    How can I add my object type to the hierarchical list?
    thanks in advance

    Hi Bhokal,
              I suggest you put the question under ABAP General or similar category as this is not directly related to CRM 7.0 - in order to get faster response to the question.
      I hope it helps.
    Thanks,

  • ORA-30626: function/procedure parameters of remote object types not support

    Hello,
    I am trying to create a dynamic LOV.
    I have a table and package in a remote database, I am connecting to the database using dblink. When I access package I am getting error
    ORA-30626: function/procedure parameters of remote object types are not supported
    However I can access table with [email protected], not the package!
    How can I solve this problem?

    Did you ever get an answer/workaround to this? I'm having similar problems in 10g.

  • Create Synonym for Object Type not supported; Why?

    Does anybody know the reason why Oracle does not support the creation of synonyms for object types?
    In our application we use many schemas to separate subsystems. The schema name has a version identifier included to allow multiple product versions loaded in the database at the same time.
    We reference objects between schemas by using synonyms, to avoid hardcoding the schema names.
    Therefore I must refrain from using object types, currently.
    Does anybody have such a multi-schema architecture, also?
    What is your experience?
    Thanks,
    Robert

    Robert,
    Type synonym is now supported in Oracle9i Release 2. The practice of using multi-schema architecture is an excellent practice for large applications. This provides a level of abstraction to simplify application maintenance, whihc you must have experienced. In conjuction with Object types, you can further simplify your application through reuse of user-defined types.
    Do you have an email address that I can contact you for further discussion off-line.
    Regards,
    Geoff

    Hi,
    Please forgive me if this question has already been posted, I created a subtype for the object BUS2032 as ZSALESDOC and delegated the later the to the standard object type BUS2032 , but when i create a sales order it is not showing up in the event trace (TCODE : SWEL), only standard object type BUS2032 is showing up, and the ZSALESDOC object type's CREATED event is not showing up, Please i need inputs on any other thing i am missing out for delegating this object.
    Regards
    Narendiran Rathinavelu

    Hi
    check whether you have done the following after delegation:
    Event creation in status management(BSVW)
    Press Customer settings
    New entries
    enter status(VBK) - Your copied object type ZSALESDOC
    Status Restrictions
    I00002 (syst Status) ..REL   (released)..SAVE and see once again
    Reward points if useful

  • MR11 Write-Offs (KP doc type) not clearing

    A maintenance adjustment transaction (MR11) was executed to 'write-off' the open receipts on a purchase order.  All  purchase order items have the same accounting (Profit Center, GL Acct, Comp Code).  The MR11 transaction creates a KP (account maintenance document) which is posted against the PO line and is cleared against the receipt accounting document(s).
    A clearing document should be created to offset the receipt/invoice document with the maintenance document.
    For some reason,  part of the items that were 'maintenanced' on the PO did not get cleared, while other items did get cleared.  Our internal  SAP GL super users have reviewed the documents and cannot understand why some of these did not clear.
    Thoughts?

    Hi
    Please check whether there are "quantity differences" in those POs. If not, then MR11 will not do. Also please check whether the account assignment of those POs are "order". If so, settlement is the way forward to close the PO.

  • Portal logoff not clearing business objects SSO connection

    Is there a way to clear the saved SSO information from the business objects session in the background?
    The scenerio;
    On a computer shared by multiple users
    UserA Logs on to the SAP Enterprise portal, navigates to an iview that uses OpenDocument to run an xcelsius dashboard.  Single signon works great and dashboard is displayed.  This dashboard resfreshes on open and data retrieved is correct based on this users autorizations in BW.  The user Clicks the logoff link in the masthead of the Enterprise portal, the portal session and its SAP logon ticket are closed and the Portal logon page is redisplayed.
    UserB logs on the the SAP Enterprise portal, navigates to the same iview, the dashboard runs and retireves the data, but the data displayed is based on the BW autorizations for UserA.
    I verified that the SSO connection that userB is using to retrieve data is left over from UserA.  (I did this by simply opening an InfoView window and it shows the userid of UserA in the Welcome message.
    Closing the Browser window between each user login takes care of the problem, but is not really something we can count on our users doing.

    Hi Gail,
    We are also facing same issue as you had, Integrated BI launchpad with Portal and SSO is working fine via portal. But issue is already opened reports or Business objects will not clearing as you had after log off and lo-gin back.
    Can i setup any property to clear the BOBJ cookies or Can i create sap note for logoff option button on BOBJ via portal.
    Can you please suggest me to resolve this issue.
    Thanks,
    Naveen

  • Forms & Object Types

    Its Urgent !
    I tried to create types in Personal Oracle 8.0. but it gives an error message 'Object Types not enabled'. Is there any way to enable these objects and types ? Another query is on Oracle 8i on NT, objects acn be created. But while connecting through forms 5.0, it does not allow to make data blocks with tables which have user-defined types as their datatype. What I believe is that it might be because forms 5.0 uses SQL 3.3 to connect to database and SQL 3.3 does not support objects. What is the solution for this ? Is there any patch of Oracle which enables such features ? Its very Urgent.

    I havenţt managed to this with objects but with plain types works... :)
    this is my package:
    create or replace package n is

      -- Purpose :
      -- Public type declarations
      type s is record(

      type x is record(
        y varchar2(100),
        z s
      ready boolean := false;
      function getX return x;
      function getReady return boolean;
      procedure setReady(b boolean);
    end n;
    create or replace package body n is
      function getX return x is
        vx x;
        vs s;
      begin
        for i in 1..1000 loop
          null;
        end loop;
        ready := true;
        vx.y := 'gata '||to_char(sysdate,'dd/mm/yyyy hh:mi');
        vs.n := 1000;
        vx.z := vs;
        return vx;
      end;
      function getReady return boolean is
      begin
        return ready;
      end;
      procedure setReady(b boolean) is
      begin
        ready := b;
      end;
    begin
      null;
    end n;and this is how i use it:
    DECLARE
      x n.x;
    BEGIN
      x := n.getX;
      message(x.y);
      message(x.y);
      message(x.z.n);
      message(x.z.n);
    END;...and it realy works... but unfortunately i haven't managed to use with an object
    So why 'type is record' is serializeble but 'type is object' no?
    And as far as I figure forms complains about the 'new' keyword (call the constructor)... I wonder if I get just the object allready constructed on the server....
