FI Credit/Debit note printing
Hi all,
I need to print the standard Credit/Debit notes.F140_DOCU_EXC_01 this is the SapScript. Is there any stadard way to display these FI credit/debit notes int the system.Or we need to convert it into Z.
Thanks and Regards,
Seema.
This is not standard. Not sure whether this can be achieved. But, you will end up in printing everything and your cost of stationery gets increased. What is business logic you want to automate the printing of documents.

Hello Expert,
I would like to know if is there any possibility to display invoice print (PDF) in sales order (Credit/Debit note) as attachment.
Issue: Customer raise the credit note with the reference of invoice, sometimes user don't explain the reason for credit and don't attach any reference document in sales order(credit request).
Customer requirement: Customer want to display reference invoice print (PDF)in sales order(Credit request) for validator so validator can cross check with invoice and validate the credit note.
Could you suggest the best solution?
I am thinking to give mandatory text box (Text determination)at sales order(Credit request)
VipinHi,
You can enable Document Management System (DMS)

Intercompany Billing Credit & Debit Note
Dear All,
I have configured intercompany billing. Now i can able to create invoice for Supplying part to Ordering Party. This invoice creation without sales order na. So, if i want to create credit & Debite memo for supplying party to Ordering party how to create. Because here we are creating invoice wioth out sales order and creating with reference of delivery note. In this process sales order creation belongs to ordering party to customer. So where we can maintain Credit & Debit note for Supplying party to ordering party. I think when we create invoice can we maintain billing type as credit note? please suggest me to maintain Cr. & Dr Memo In Intercompany billing between Supplying company to Ordering company.
Thanks & Regards,
AnjHithere,
For intercompany stock transfer if you want to implement credit & debit memo in intercompany you need to reference credit & debit memo requests CR & DR or the returns order with delivery NL. You will define them in the sales area of the supplying plant. Then you maintain the copy controls from RE to G2 / D2 or CR / DR to G2 / D2.
For intercompany sales, the customer returns the goods to the ordering plant. Not the supplying plant. Coz customer doesnot know from where the ordering plant brought the goods from. So in that case customer to ordering plant is standard returns process. Returns between the ordering & supplying plant is again like mentioned above.

Which iDOC Type for Credit/Debit notes generated from SD Module ?
Hi,
We are implementing an EDI Solution for SD Invoices which would involve sending EDIFACT Messages generated out of mapping the SAP iDOC TYPE INVOIC02 to the EDIFACT fields.
We also have to send Credit and Debit Notes generated from SAP in the SD Module in the same path. We are currently planning on using INVOIC02 for doing this.
My Question: Is this the proper approach ? We don't want to use the Credit / Debit advises in FI-GL to post to Credits to Customer Account.
Is there any other iDOC Type or message type that we should be using for SD Credit/Debit Notes ?Hi Mahesh,
Thank you for your help.
In my client location data is posted non-sap to sap through SAP XI/PI.
so i need to tell the xi guy to which IDOC is used for this interface and technical names.
Can you help me. -

Sharvari. You have to look the form name you used. Then you are looking with a programmer to the form
TC SE71. In the most cases ther is a window adres with the perhaps the following code
/: IF &PAGE& EQ '1 '.
/: INCLUDE &T001G-TXTAB& OBJECT TEXT ID ADRS LANGUAGE &T001-SPRAS&
/: ENDIF.
/: ADDRESS PARAGRAPH AS
/: TITLE &DKADR-ANRED&
/: NAME &DKADR-NAME1&, &DKADR-NAME2&, &DKADR-NAME3&, &DKADR-NAME4&
/: STREET &DKADR-STRAS&
/: POBOX &DKADR-PFACH& CODE &DKADR-PSTL2&
/: CITY &DKADR-ORT01&, &DKADR-ORT02&

/: COUNTRY &DKADR-LAND1&
/: REGION &DKADR-REGIO&
/: FROMCOUNTRY &DKADR-INLND&
/: ADDRESSNUMBER &DKADR-ADRNR&
/: ENDADDRESS
You have only to found the reason for the cases when you are missing the text and change it here.
I think in the case from one time vendors or with partner roles -
Credit/debit note issue against a PO?
Hello Guru's,
how do we issue a subsequent credit / debit against a PO and not invoice?
ThanksHello,
In MIRO, you will have drop down box.
1. Invoice
2. Debit memo
3. Subsequent debit
4. Subsequent credit.
To reverse an invoice, post debit memo.
However, the posting procedure is more or less same as Invoice only.
Hope this solves your issue.

Both the above cases, system generate notes msg. and transmit to the concerned authority.

Between Rs, 1,00000 - Rs, 2,00000 - workflow to User1 and then to User2.

Dear Friends,
After invoicing how to create rate difference Credit/Debit Memo, without hitting Stock. I do not want my inventory to be affected with these Entries.
Thanks
JohnHi John,
You would create a Service credit for the amount and then do an internal reconciliation to link the credit to the invoice.

Hi All
I need to print debit notes in bulk for a customer. I need to know if there is a program in SAP(Accounts Receivable) to print these documents in bulk. we follow F.64 where in i give multiple documents it only allowing one debit note at a time.
Please suggest
Regards
nanduEarlier we had the same requirement, we achieved this with Z developement.
We have created a smart form and the main screen input parameters are the following
Company code
Document Number
Fiscal year
This way you can give the multiple documents for print.
Also we have the option of the printout while designing the smart form.

FI Debit Note (interest on arrears) printed immediately
Hello all.
We've activated interest calculation on arrears. We use t-code FINT.
The system automatically posts a debit note and prints interest calculation detail.
What we would like was the following: while running fint we'd like to obtain simultaneously debit note print and interest calculation detail. At the moment we can only print debit note later through F.65.
Best regards
Joana TrigoDear Nikhil,
Thank you again for your suggestion. At first, I was thinking of two independent forms because we're already printing debit notes, they've been developed in sapscript and i did not intended to create a new form in smart forms. So, that was the reason i wanted to obtain the prints through two different transactions - we print debit notes through f.62.
I've already talked to our programmer to see if he could change the smart form in order to obtain simultaneously debit note and interest doc detail. We just have to be sure that all the information is there.
It is a great tip and we'll try that way.
Best regards and thank you very much for your time and help.

Credit Note / Debit Note in B-One
Dear All,
I would like to know the process for creation of Credit / Debit Notes under financial module of B-One. Here i do not found any option to create those. but the the transactions are defaults when you use financial accounting.
Means without creating an invoice or payment to the BP / Vendor, the payables or receivables adjusted within books of accounts, not through an JV / JE.
Pl do let me know the options available in the B-One system.
Thanks / Regards,
Vijayakumar VHi
in B1 credit and debit notes come under Sale and puchase module A credit note is usually issued when the invoicing has been done and goods have to be returned back thus creating a credit note it creates a reveral of entried in terms of accounting and the vendor wose account was debitted in case of sale gets credited by equal amount and vice versa

Document type for Subsequent Credit/Debit for idoc invoic01/02
Hi SAP Gurus,
We are implemeting an interface to post incoming invoice with idoc Invoic01 idoc type.
We could able to post debit invoice and credit memo using document type in idoc (BSART) as "INVO" and "CRME".
But we would also like to post Subsequent Credit/Debit memos also with this idoc type but not sure what should be used in document type field ( BSART) in idoc.
If any one has come across this scenario please suggest whether is it possible to use Invoic01 idoc type to post Subsequent Credit/Debit notes if yes what is the document types used? also I see in OBCE transaction we can only mention Invoice document type for debit and credit invoices only. How to handle this incase of subsequent Credit/Debit invoices.
Thanks.Hello Rish,
Please, be aware that if you look at the document at MIR4/MIRO etc, they will apear as a INVOICE/CREDIT MEMO (in the "Drop down" box, in the top of transaction)even if they are sub. credit/deb, but that is the standard system behavior ! In order to check if it is a Subcequent debit/credit, you can check directly into rbkp table or even better, just check in the PO history! it will be in a separate category !
Give it a check if this is not the case!
