FI document reversal process

Hello freinds
I have an issue. Basically there was a posting happend for about 25 transactions in FB01 for posting the entries, and latter we found that it was posted through error, as it was automatic posting done in FB01, through an interface. Hence, we had reversed all the transactions in FB08 in mass reversal. But now we need to recorrect some of the entries in it to another GL, which was reversed in FB08. Hence, how to reverse those documents which is already got reversed in FB08, is there any transaction code for this... can anybody help me out ...

Hello,
There is no transaction in SAP that can be used to reverse already reversed documents.
Only option is to post those documents manually again. The maximum that can be done is the new documents can be posted with reference to the original document to avoid manual entry errors.

There is no specific terminology or process to describe Reversing Process order. The possible reversals are,
Goods Movement -
Goods Issue 262 Mvt Type MB1A transaction or MIGO
Goods Reciept 102 Mvt Type MB31 transaction or MIGO
Confirmation Reversal
CORS - Basically this is cancellation
If the process order was designed for Backflushing and Auto GR, then the reversal of all goods movment also happens when canelling confirmation.
Material Document Cancellation
You can also reverse goods movment by cancelling the material documents using transaction MBST.

If it is GR reversal then movement type should be 102, if it is components Issue reversal it should be 262.
If the process order is designed for Auto GR & Backflush, then you can cancell the GR & GI along with confirmation using transaction CORS.
If they were seperate then Confirmation cancellation is CORS, GI Cancellation in MB1A and GR Cancellation in MB31 or you can use MIGO for both.
The other alternate is to cancell the material document using transaction MBST. You can see the material documents created for materials movment in the order->Lists->documented goods movment.(COR3).

Payment document reversal

Am doing payment document reversal for normal company code.document using function module
Point1;
CALL_FBRA (am passing BUKRS,AUGBL,GJAHR) executing fine but unable to grap the REVERSE / RESET fields)
please let know we will i get reverse aand reset??

For cross company code am using , CALL_FBRA for reset. And for reverse i came to know their is another function module
(Please let me know the FM, i think from FBU8, but unable to identify).

can u plz tell me how to create document in process chain and wat i need to edit the text for particular info package when document.

Goto Tcode:RSPC and select your load data process type where you have to right click on the process chain and select Select create message,there are three types of messages
1>Successful
2>Error
3>Always
If you already created message then go to maintain message
Where you have two buttons
1>is for Edit Document
2>Maintain Recpiants
Goto Edit Document and put your comment and set their mail address in Mail recipiants.
Note there are 2 types of messages you can kept at execution of infopackage process type.
If load is successful send the mesaage to recipients
If load is failed send the message to mail recipt.
It would help you.

SUB-CONTRACTING CONDITION RECORDS - ME21N
RELEASE STRATERGY FOR PURCHASE ORDER - ME28
TRANSFER POSTING OF CHILD PARTS TO SUB-CONTRACTOR - MB1B 541 Mvt Type
SUBCONTRACTING CHALLAN - J1ILN
GOODS RECIEPT - MIGO
RECONCILING SUBCONTRACTING CHALLAN - J1IFQ
INVOICE VERIFICATION - MIRO
For reversal Status C is for Completed. Go to J1IF11 and give Challan No and inside Try to Delete items.
Also try to Reverse the Subcontracting Challan in J1IF13.

Attaching word documents with process intsnace??

Iam using WLI 8.1. One of our reqmqnt is such that we need to attach many word documents with process instances.
I believe this is possible using a data type as RawData. Can somebody confirm this??

How do i reverse a process order and process order confirmation.

Reverse Process Order Confirmation: CORS
Recalculate Actual Costs: COFC
Reverse Overheads Costs: KGI2 (Overheads --> Reverse)
You can reverse the "Status" of a Process Order by calling the order in the Change mode, Control Data tab, and reverse the Confirmed status.

The ODI reverse process use too long time

I run the reverse process for a customized essbase model, it just keep running and never come out? should I reinstall ODI? I make another test, odiaess_93110_samples.zip, I import the ODI sample_essbase work repository. and I make a reverse process for the essbase using the next parameters,
MULTIPLE_DATA_COLUMNS = Yes
DATA_COLUMN_DIMENSION = measures
DATA_COLUMN_MEMBERS = sales,cogs
EXTRACT_ATTRIBUTION_NUMBER= No
It just keep running for a few hours, and never come out, what's wrong with me?

Are you using a defined agent instead of the local agent to reverse, I recommend using an agent as sometimes there can be issues reversing with the local agent.

Is it possible to use the organization structure from HR (R3) for the approval process of documents in cm repositories?
in other words
Whether it is possible to maintain the approvers from HR (R3) for the documents in cm repository?
We want to use the existing approvers (superiors) in HR for the document approval process in portal.
Can any body help me?

use of universal worklist may be one of the solution and again enterprise portal support adhoc workflow if documents are made available to the CM repositories.you can built as a workaround in folderstructures in CM repositories and classify the doccuments Using taxonomy and classification and also for respective folders can be made available for set of approvers and also this docs comming from HR can be searched also .This are suggestions work on this lines it may help you please do not forget to give points

Cancel document deletion process (tr. va42)

Iu2019m trying to cancel the deletion process of a document ( tr. va 42) in in a particular case.
Iu2019ve tried to use MV45AFZZ include programs FORM USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT and USEREXIT_DELETE_DOCUMENT u2013 I check all necessary condition but I donu2019t know how to disallow
to delete document - massage with type u201CEu201D is Illegal message.
How and in what user-exit can I cancel document deletion process?

Reversal Process Model using PUOCBA

Hi Guys,
There is a requirement in our Co. to set up a reversal process model using PUOCBA.
As far as i know, it is a pretty standard process and we need to copy standard process model SAPUSOCV and create our own and use the same in PUOCBA selecting the reversal option.
I am doing my every steps correctly, but some how in table T52OCG the Processing type field is not converted to 'V' which is necessay for reversal and it does not allow me to do reversal.
Kindly brief me on the same , if you have face the same kind of problem or have worked on it.

Hi Jim,
So this is my understanding. You have two different sequence files that are run for two different Test Environments. These two environments uses two different data structures to perform some initialization on two different instruments.
The best way to do so without any modification to the sequential process model is to create Sequence File Globals. So lets say that you have test sequence 1 and test Sequence 2. The two data structures will be DataStruct 1 and DataStruct 2. So open your Test sequence 1 in the sequence editor. From the "View" drop down box on the sequence editor, select "Sequence File Types" and create your DataStruct 1 here. Similarly do that same for Test Sequence 2, create DataStruct2.
Now use the ProcessSetup and ProcessCleanup callback. Again you shouldn't modify your process model. Go to Edit Menu >> Sequence File Callbacks. Select your callbacks and click add. This will automatically add your callbacks to your Test Sequence files. Now you can add the code relevant to your instruments here and you have access to your datastructure as well. The beauty with callbacks is, you can override the ones in your process model by the ones in your sequence files. This is automatically done, when you place the callback in your sequence file. Now we have accomplished what you wanted to do without a single modification to your process model.

lemme explain what i did.
I loaded the masterdata on a infoobject in a full upload .. then installed the process chains.. and the process chains had the init delta infopack in it .. so when i executed the process chains, the init has been done.. I assume.
Now when i go back to process chains and execute it again, this is the msg the system throws at me. As this process chain is a part of meta process chain.. so i'm not able to execute it .. when i'm trying to execute the meta process chains... its dumping me. I have a few new records that needs to be loaded.
When u say that i included a wrong infopack in my process, the ones i'm using are pretty much out of box solutions(content), so i dont think it has something to do with the wrong info pack....What do u say?
When i showed to the other guy he said, material XXXX is not loaded yet, attribute change run didnt take place, and another material YYYY is still in version M ...
What do u think i should do?
