I am configuring the integration of SD billing with FICA, but as of the steps giving in the SAP DOC material some of the customizing menus are not there in SPRO like
As an alternative, you can make these settings in Customizing for Sales and Distribution under Billing -> Billing Documents _->{ Integration with Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA)-> Define Posting to FI-CA for Customer Account Group} is not there
Cold you please provide the details setups, you followed for this configuration.

Hi Sunil,
You need to perform the following steps for integrating SD doc with FICA-
(a) Define posting to FICA for customer account group- Inhere, you need to check the relevant account group that you want to post to FICA. FM FKK_FICA_FOR_SD_ACTIVE determines the activation of customer account group to FICA.
(b) Derivation of Main sub transaction for SD information-Based on the account assingment, you derive the main and the sub transaction
(c) Derivation of Document Type from SD-Here, you define the type of document that would be posted in FICA.
You will find these steps in the following SPRO config-
IMG->Financial Accounting (New)->Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable->Integration->Sales and Distribution
After performing the above activities, you also need to maintain the account assignment under the following configurations-
IMG->Financial Accounting (New)->Sales and Distribution->Basic Functions->Account Assignment/Costing
Morover, if you want that the SD document will be posted with the ISU invoice, then you need to code it in event 4000.

Need workflow config step by step for PM Notification change status

Hi All,
as per our requirement we need to trigger workflow when PM Notification Status will be change (Event will trigger for approval when sombody manually change the workflow status)
Kindly guide me step by step for configuration of that

try to do like this
1. Find a Enhancement spot for the Txn IW22 and check whether that enhancement is getting executed while trying to change the PM notification.
2.once you are sure that the user exit is getting executed then by using the FM SAP_WAPI_START_WORKFLOW trigger the workflow by passing the workflow template to the FM...
3. But before doing the second point develop the workflow template and make sure you have create a Z bor to implement your own logic.. or find a standard BOR which has the event CHANGED and if at all you have any standard BOR then use that BOR's event , I mean rasie the event CHNAGE from the user exit you found by using the FM SAP_WAPI_CREATE_EVENT

How to - E-Recruiting ALE-integration step-by-step (EhP4)

Can anyone tell me the step-by-step guideline to perform the ALE initial run from SAP HCM to E-Recruiting using transaction PFAL (RHALEINI)??
We are implementing E-Recruiting stand-alone constellation: separate ECC instance integrated with E-Rec via ALE/RFC, enhancement package 4.
We've done some try-outs in the new version, but we lack the certainty that we've done things right.
Please do not refer to note 997181 since it does not explain the details on how to run the initial load. It explains adequately how to set-up the config and very basically how to run PFAL on page 2 (scen. I2-A) and page 4 (up to rel. 6.03)... But it's not sufficient in my opinion... We've done exactly the same...
So what I'm interested in is the right sequence of runs and the selection screen values.
We also have quite a few SLG1 errors which are unclear. Some suggest as if the processing occurs simultaneously (parallel) and blocks the asynchronous processes... Is there a certain number we should enter in the field "number of objects per process"? It's defaulted on 200...
Can anyone shed some light on the best-practice how to run this transaction?

Step by step ABS pkg creation docs?

Hello.
I've been reading over the wiki and forum about building packages for Arch with ABS. I'm having a hard time grasping the actual specific steps required to get it done.
I'm willing to admit that I'm not a genius at this, and that the docs do seem to contain all the information necessary, but I want to make a suggestion:
Could someone maybe draw up a linear, STEP by STEP outline of what needs to be done to get packages built?
Like I said, I've read the wiki and I'm doing the best I can, but so far, I'm having difficulties...

I'm actually trying to build my own packages and I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around the directions.
I was wishing there was something more like:
1) put foo-ver.tar.gz in /wherever/
2) PKGBUILD goes in /wherever/foo/
3) extract pkg src to /wherever/foo/
Right now...I'm just unsure I'm following the directions. I put the downloaded tar.gz file in my /var/abs/local/ dir, created a directory for the pkg "pyrex" and created a PKGBUILD within that dir. Should I now extract the tar.gz file to /var/abs/local/pyrex/src?
Then I should make sure the build is set up correctly, and I run the same commands I put in the pkgbuild from the terminal?
Then I makepkg?
Hmmm... I'm commited to doing this, because not only could I then have all my software installed with pacman's knowledge, but I could also share the pkgs...I'm trying to put together the rox-related pkgs I want to use on my desktop.
Another thing is that this "pyrex" package doesn't follow the normal configure, make, make install paradigm. It has a simple .py script for all of that. The Install.txt file (follows) seems to offer no real options...How would this be handled???
