FI: Scenario of general accounting is missing

Hello together,
I found out that I have to activate additionely the scenario FIN_CONS for a company code which is activ for 3 months.
In Customizing I open the F4-Popup, see the entry FIN_CONS - without description, select it, press Enter and an error occurs:
Message No. 00058
Entry FIN_CONS doesn't exist in FAGL_SCENARIO
In SE11 this entry really doesn't exist.
But how can this happen? What went wrong?
It's an SAP Standard Scenario.
Can somebody tell me what to do? (otherwise I have to open a SAP Call)

I had a similar problem once, but with using different functionality.
In the end I found out that the email body which is sent as html could only be created if the user who was used for sending the mail (in my case WF-BATCH) had a local printer maintained in his users settings (su01)

Hello,
Is there additional scenarios to assign in FI apart from the following ones : FIN CCA/FIN CONS/FIN PCA/FIN SEGM/FIN_UKV/FIN GSBER as I am looking into retrieving from FAGLFLEXT the transaction type (RMVCT) and plant fields (WERKS) which I already added to the table but the fileds are blank although the informations is on the document on BSEG.
So I assume I have to assign additional scenarios to have the data duplicated from BSEG to FAGLFLEX.
Is it possible to create scenarios and if so how to proceed in custo?

I active Cost Center Update scenarios on this month.

After this setting I post one document with cost center.
I view documents , in the GL view, there is no cost center information.
It's meaning that the field of RCNTR not update in table FAGLFLEXA .

Accounting data missing

Hi all,
I'm getting an error called 'GL account is missing (1) Message 131-46' at the time of passing AR credit Memo by referring an AR invoice. Please let me know the way to tackle this error and also let me know the general accounts to be determined for normal business scenarios.

Purchase Credit memo - G/L Account is missing

I purchased some items (not the service) from a vendor, but i like to return it so I wants to create a A/P Credit Memo. I am copying all the information into the A/P Credit memo from Goods Receipt document. When I click add button the system throws an error saying the G/L account is missing. What could be the problem.

This A/P down payment clearing account is already defined. Also I tried to enter the G/L account for Purchase Credit account , still the problem is exist.
if I am raising a A/P credit memo for an item type is Purchased item and Fixed Asset , in this case would be the scenario be different? I am copying all the information into the credit memo from is A/P Invoice. Please reply

Symptom
You are working in Indian localization. You post the Service Invoice with tax code containg the CENVAT tax type. The CENVAT tax is calculated and posted to the CENVAT Clearing Account. When you want to credit such invoice the error 'On hold account is missing' pops up and Credit Memo cannot be added.
Please, use Service Tax Type when post Service Invoice.
You can post standalone Credit Memo with the tax code used in the service Invoice and later reconcile transactions.

How to get general account for a billing document ( BSEG) ?

Hello,
For a billing document to a client , We need to get the general account for each item of the invoice . We based on the field XBLNR of table VBRK to select a document from BKPF with condition : VBRK-XBLNR = BKPF-vbeln . If yes we will get from table BSEG for bseg-vbeln = bkpf-vbeln and bseg-posnr = vbrk-posnr . then get HKONT.
But as you know BSEG is a cluster table, Select directly from this table is extremly long and seems impossible in our case. Could you please show me the way to do this ?
Our main purpose is to get HKONT ( General account ) for a billing document .

Hi Hoa Binh Xanh,
Why don't you look into tables BSAD and BSID (Transperant Tables) rather directly hitting BSEG ( Cluster Table)
Pass VBELN (Billing Document) in above two tables and get the doucment numbers and then if you need further info hit BSEG with the data you got from BSAD and BSID
OR else Pass KOART = 'D' while selecting data from BSEG it will help in improving performance

Hi,
If the item is not an inventory item but a sales item, check if the particular item belongs to an Item Group.
If Yes then go to Administration -> Setup -> Inventory -> Item Group
Move to the Item Group where your item belongs to and under the Accounting tab, check whether the Account names are defined with Account codes.

Since your item inventory valuation method is FIFO, it will be difficult to find the real problem. Did you try to transfer some of those 200 to the negative warehouse?
Check your OINM table for this item.

Unless you subscribe to Match, you will have to transfer your non-iTunes stuff from your old computer:

If you want to copy non-iTunes music off of your iPod (eg, if your old computer doesn't exist), you'll need to use a third party program. I don't know of any free ones anymore, but if you google, you can find several in the $19 range.

G/L Account is missing in item data in sales order with reference to quotation

Dear SAP Guru,
I have a problem in accordance with G/L Account missing sales order. Initially, please find the below lines.
1. If I do the sales order without reference to quotation there is no error in G/L Account missing.
2. If I do the sales order with reference to quotation there is an error that G/L account is missing in item data.
I have checked the VKOA, the settings are fine.

Many times, it has been discussed on this issue in SCN and please search with the same text so that you will find many threads asking various areas to check. Take the inputs from there and post here still if you have issue.

If they are Tunes purchased music you have to sing into the account that purchased them.
Is this the iTunes library/computer you sync with? You can rally only "sync" with one iTunes library/computer.However, yo can manually manage music and videos among different libraries/computer. See the manual method of:

I installed PeopleTool8.5 in Windows7 ultimate(64bit version) . while i am tring to login first time in to datamover to populate the data to peopsoft. I am getting the following error message.
