Field data not visible in Association Applet

Hi all,
There is a vanilla applet "Organization Assoc Applet" of type association list based on business component "Assignment Group Organization"which has two list columns namely Division and Organization.To this applet I added one more list column based on a vanilla field Main Phone Number,but after compiling when I checked data for field Main Phone Number is not visible but as usual data for other two fields(Div and Org) were visible.
Could someone help me in this?

Hi,
Where you've added the column? to the Base or Query applet template?
May help you:

Open the Applet in web layout and check the selected Application, it should match your application.
If you don't see the Application follow thiw:
in tools --> View --> Toolbars --> Configuration Context
if the selected Application is the correct one then go to "Applet web template" --> select the wanted template --> goto the web template items --> make sure that no duplicate "item identifire" exist!

On my Crystal Reports installation I can see the button SQL Expression Fields in Field Explorer but it is not visible on client's installation.
How do I make it visible? I need to create a new report with SQL query for client.

Commands are intended to replace the standard linked tables that must users are accustomed to.
I suppose Commands would be considered an "advanced" feature, considering that they require the developer to be able to hand write SQL (our at least copy it from another SQL editor).
If you are comfortable writing reading, writing & editing SQL, Commands will open a the door to a whole new level of control when it comes to creating your data sets.
The biggest problem w Commands is also it's greatest strength... If you're using a Command, CR will assume that you know what you're doing and will not try to rewrite or optimize your SQL in the background. You write it, CR sends it. That means if you write crappy SQL, CR will send your crappy SQL to the db server...
It also means that you can use join types that aren't available in CR and use sub-queries in in your SQL... Basically anything you can do in the db's native editor.

PDF form data not visible when opened in Illustrator CS5

I've been searching the forums but have been unable to find an answer to my specific problem.
I've created a form using Adobe Acrobat Pro. The PDF form fields are then populated with data via Netsuite. When I open the PDF (with data) in Acrobat all of the information shows up, however when I open the PDF in Illustrator CS5 the field data is not visible. Is there a way to force the data to be visible when opened in Illustrator?

You could try first flattenening the fields. This converts the field appearances to regular page contents. You can do this with JavaScript, PDF Optimizer, or a Preflight fixup.

Data not visible in ODS though available in PSA

Dear All,
I am working on BW where data extraction is from CRM. The client needs reports after survey is carried out in a set of questionnairres containing questions and answer. Currently four set of questionnairres is created in the dev server and sample data is updated.
Till last week we were getting all the transaction data for all the questionnairres, now one of the questionnairres is modified and after extraction we find that for the modified questionnairres we are able to extract the corresponding questions and answer option upto the PSA but the data is not visible in the ODS.
what could be the reson for the same?
Any help will be suitable awarded with points!

Hi ,
Are requests reaching the DSO...IF yes Try to check whether your request in DSO is getting activated .
Check whether new field is added and same has been mapped through transformation.
Did you try to see the monitor at the time of loading and try to trace the cause there if the requests are not getting updateded to the DSO

Enhanced field was not visible in DataSource

Hi ,
I Enhanced one field to DataSource, But it is not visible in that datasource.

he procedure which i followed is:
RSA6 -> Select DataSource -> Click on "Enhance Exctract Structure" -> It will show Append Structure -> Continue -> Add filed -> Activate + Back
When i checked again the same datasource it is not showing the appended field.
Can any one suggest me, wht can i do now to see that Added filed to DataSource.

go to LBWE Lo cockpit there u find the Datasource click on the link there u find the appended field is marked as Hide and Field only Check boxes u can un mark the Hide check box and activate the data source u find the appended field.

New field data not passed from BupaSearch to BupaCreate

Hi,
We have 2 new fields on BupaSearch. When we hit the create button to create a new BP, any data entered in the 2 new fields is not then passed through to the BupaCreate view. I've debugged in method 'CREATE_ACCOUNT' in BupaSearch, where it sets up parameters but the fields are not available to use at this point for some reason. So, for example, the following will fail:
lv_nickname = lv_query->get_property_as_string( 'NICKNAME' ).
Can anyone point me in the right direction ?

I need your help. Im trying to create a new field "identification type" in a view. This field is existing as a attribute of "BuilIdNumber" object. Im able to add this as context node. But when i include this field in view, and launch webclient, this field is disabled, Can you help me on this. I have used the wizard for creating a context node.

Navigational attribute data not visible in BEx Report

Hello All,
I am facing following problem in one of my BEx reports:
I am fetching data from an ODS. With other columns of ODS, I have also to show few navigational attributes( which are master data of some info-object) . In report the corresponding data in navigational attributes is not visible for few records, although when I see the master data of this Info-object (whose navigational attributes I have to include), in Adm. Wrkbench the data is visible. I wonder what step is missing.

While trying to activate the Infoobject's master data (by right-click) I get the following message,
"Lock NOT set for: Loading master data attributes"
And the data is not activated.

Qty of PO is visible in the ´stock in transit´ field on SAO transaction MD04 under plant FI28
when corresponding delivery 1202400481 have been PGId at FI25 (2014/07/07)
Stock in transit NOT visible on MD04
STPO 28502250 is internal stock transfer from FI31 to FI28.
The ´stock in transit´ Qty of PO is not visible on MD04 under plant FI28.

    transport orders with order confirmation (notified orders)?
    Answer:
    Purchase order confirmations do not have to match the original
    purchase order delivery schedule lines. Moreover, the purchase order
    confirmation (view MDLA in materials planning) does not contain the
    same information as the purchase order to determine the stock in
    transit. The display of the stock in transit is therefore not
    implemented for the purchase order confirmation in the materials
    planning evaluation transactions.

Loaded data not visible for Reporting?

In the info cube, the data is not visible for reporting, How can i make it available for reporting,
When i select the Manage option from the context menu of the cube and select the Requests Tab, i get a pop up message that tells
" There is an inconsistency between the load status of the data and the option of reporting on this data.
There is data in the InfoCube/ODS object that is OK from a quality point of view, but is not yet displayed in reporting.
The problem, for example, is to do with request 0000018049, number REQU_F4ZBFRMDGBULE9WCUN3R5UX5X."
How do i find out the inconsistancies?
PS: All the requesta are delta upload

Use the RSRV transaction and check the inconsistency of the cube ..If any inconsistency is there repair that with the repari option in the toolbar..

Dashboard data not visible for the users - buffer issue?

It occurred several times last weeks that some out of 7 dashboards are not visible to the Dashboard users.
The scenario is the same all the time: users fills in the data, reviews it and posts some comments. Next morning the user canu2019t see the data in the system.

IF your Company has NEtweaver License and the SAPNET User has access right to download section, you must be able to add SP Stacks to Download Basket.
If you have license and use have access, then please contact with local SAP Subsdiary for this problem.
But to be able to download some patches, you must have Solution Manager & Maintanance Optimizer to approve the items in basket.

Having a try with HCI, newly mapped data not visible in Payload?

Hi experts,
I'm playing around with HCI on our Test tenant as we would like to map a few more fields. I'm trying to map the Customer Group field which is at the Customer level in Sales Data in C4C, with our Price List Type field also in Sales Data in our SAP CRM.
The idea behind that mapping is just that this is the only field we are using to determine the Price List used for a Customer in a given Sales Org and we would like to get this data in Customer Group in C4C as it's also a field used in Price List determination.
My test is fairly simple:
Made sure my test data was in the Code List Mapping in my C4C Project Implementation
Used the web interface to map my field with the Sales Data-Customer Group field in C4C (see attached)
Pushed a change from on premise to C4C (IDOC and Payload attached)
Unfortunately the field doesn't appear in the Payload even if there is something in the IDOC with the mapping configured.
I'm sure I am missing something now, any help?

Bumping my request and adding some other clarifications.
Instead of trying to make this Customer Group field work, I tried integrating another simple extension field (text type) to avoid any mapping issues if there were any.
Unfortunately even after redeploying the iflow, seeing that the mapping is OK in the web interface and that the data is properly generated in the outgoing IDOC, the incoming XML is still not showing this new field/data.
The field was extended properly to the scenario and the WSDL has been updated properly in HCI to reflect the new field (I can see it in the mapping). Everything was deployed/restarted as far as I can tell.
Am I missing something or should I create an incident?

Data not visible in query output

I have a report which is being published at the portal but the data is not visible for it...now when i check the query for that report and try to run it. i still don't see any data..now on further analysis when i use the same filters used in the query on the multiprovider on which the query is created i can see the data and when i run the report in RSRT, i can see the data...but don't know why its not visible when i execute the query or the report on the the portal....plz suggest..points will be awarded..

Check the query with Bex Analyzer; If it give you the correct result then It might be configuration problem with your JAVA settings..
Please try And also run Support Desk Tool
(SAP Note 937697 ) to figure out the configuration Issues....

Data not visible in filliable forms.

I am using windows 8 and couple months ago purchased Adobe XI pro to create filliable forms. I send those forms to other people and once they complete the form, they send them back to me. The problem is that once I receive the form, it aprers blanck, but once I position the cursor in the text box the data appears, ...once I position the cursor out of the box the data desapears. What is it that I am not doing right? How can I fix it?

If a person fills in a PDF form using Apple's Preview and saves or emails the form (requires saving), the form field is corrupted in such a manner that the data within the field is no longer displayed with other PDF viewers. The form fields need to be fixed by a script.
Have you talked to the users sending in the problematic forms?

Data not visible in ODS

Dear All,
I have loaded the data to the ODS through a falt file . the load was successful and when i tried to see from contents the data is not visible.
But when iam seeing indiviually from all the tables the data is visible.

Hi Mahima,
To see the data in ODS, you need to activate it by going to Manage screen of the ODS and then click on the Activate button at the bottom of the screen.
Choose the appropriate request from the list and click Start.
After activating the data will move to the Active Table of the ODS and you can see it through contents.

Tab Purchase Order Data not visible via CIC

Hi All,
I have a problem with displaying the tab Purchase Order Data via the Customer Interaction Centre. If I create an order via CRMD_ORDER then this tab is visible, only not via the CIC.
In tcode CRMV_SSC we use the folling for other tabs like Partner, Sales, etc.:
Screenprofiletype TSAL
Screen Profile: ZRAP
Tabstrip Panel: HDTSAL
Programm: SAP_LCRM_TSALES_UI
With the combination above the tab Purchase Order Data (function code SALES_PURC) is not visible in the dropdownlist with available functioncodes. The system indicates that this functioncode is not available in programm SAP_LCRM_TSALES_UI.
Questions i have are:
Is SALES_PURC the correct functioncode for the tab Purchase Order Data?
How can i make this tab visible via the CIC?

Hi Michael,
SAP is designed to send a XML file from a purchase order or any other document type (delivery, sales order, transportation, etc) with very little effort. This means, that SAP delivers already a solution for that which the customer needs to set up.
To create a PDF file actually requires quite a lot of custom development, specially to comply to the layout the customer requires. This is usually a task that goes from the testing team to the development team back and forth a few times before it is accepted.
