Field E1STATE/DOCNUM is missing! (ALEAUD)

Hello,
I have the following async scenario:
SAP => IDOC-SenderAdapter => FileReceiverAdapter
I receive an Acknowledgment (ALEAUDIT) back from XI to SAP, when the fileadapter has written the file, but field in E1STATE/DOCNUM is missing! In others words, I don't now exactly to which idoc i receive a ALEAUD idoc.
What could it be?

Hi Alexander did you get to solve the problem with the empty DOCNUM field in ALEAUD?
In your first post you stated that you were dealing with an IDoc-to-File scenario but then you mention that JDBC adapter doesn't support acknowledgements. I found that a bit confusing.
I managed to get system acknowledgements from File adapter but the ALEAUD idoc received by R3 is missing some fields (like DOCNUM and STATXT) in E1STATE segment.
Can somebody enlight me with this problem without posting any link (i have already visited all of them without an answer to my question).

i m working with a scenario SAP ECC 7.0 -> IDoc -> PI -> IDoc -> R/3 4.6c
I m sending a purchase order (ORDERS.ORDERS05) from SAP ECC and i want to receive an acknowledgment from R/3. Unfortunately there are only zeros in the field E1ADHDR / E1STATE / DOCNUM, this leads to the error "ALEAUDIT IDoc cannot find request IDoc in Integration Server" on PI.
Does anybody know what to do in the R/3 system to send the original IDoc number in E1STATE / DOCNUM?

FBB1 - field payment term is missing

Dear Guru,
When i post vendor invoice in FB01, field payment term is appear as usual.
But if we post with FBB1 (same posting key [31] and same customer number without special G/L), field payment term is missing.
Could you please suggest, how can we activate the field in FBB1?

in transaction FBB1 are taking the Baseline date is taking Due Date Calculation
During document entry for open item accounts, the date may be defaulted. For this, a terms of payment key must have been specified in the customer's/vendor's master record for which a default value is requested in the document.
The proposed date can be overwritten.
If the cash discount rates (and days) have not been entered, the baseline date for payment is the same as the due date.

Missing ALEAUD idocs

Dear Experts,
For one of our existing interfaces for Delivery Idocs from R3>PI>third party; we have an issue with the ALEAUD messages. This configuration is in place since a long time. Some of the Delivery Idocs are in status 12 in R3 system and they do not have the corresponding ALEAUD Idocs- hence the staus remains 12 and does not get changed to 39. The third party application has been receiving these delivery Idocs; hence I am not sure why we do not have ALEAUD messages getting created for these. I have checked the below:
In R3 WE09 I have searched ALEAUD messages for the Idocs in status 12 with filter: Segment:E1STATE and Field DOCNUM and heValue <Original Delivery Idoc Number>. For the 39 status idocs I do find ALEAUD Idocs corresponding to th original delivery Idoc. But for the Idocs in status 12; as suspected; I do not find ALEAUD messages.
In PI SXI_Monitor; I do not know how to corelate/find the ALEAUD message for a specific Delivery Idoc message. But I checked with approximate timestamp randomly and could not find the ALEAUD message for my delivery. Is there any other way to find if an ALEAUD message is created for an Original message?Checked in Trace and reliable messaging in SOAP header, response header; but no luck. For 1 hr I could find 2000 messages and going through each of them individually is not an option. I do not have time/aprovals to implement content based search on my production box within a short duration to apply any filter to find these messages.
Can you please help and tell me
1. How can I find/correlate ALEAUD messages for an original message in PI?
2. What could be the reason that ALEAUD messages are not getting generated; only for some messages; eventhough the same has been received at the Destination?

My issue was solved.
After further analysis it was found that the ALEAUD messages are created from the response messages sent by the receiving 3rd part system. Eventhough the 3rd party system was receiving all our outgoing messages; they failed to process the acknowledgement or confirmation for some of the messages. Inturn we received no confirmation responses from the third party and hence the ALEAUD messages were not created for the same. After finding this, the same was informed to the thrid party system and they are fixing the message confirmation/acknowldgement processing from their side. So the issue was closed.
I had also raised an OSS message for this where the analyst had asked me to check the below.. Please go through the same for your issue. Maybe it will help you...
"I looked at the example IDoc messages and i found no request message
created by the external system. Please give us the message id that
for the request message id that should create and ALEAUD-IDoc
for IDoc xxxxxx. If this is missing in the system please contact
the administrator of the external system why this request messages
was not created.
I found 126890 messages in the system with system error, possible
one of these messages contain the information for your idocs.
transaction SM58 i found many errors with function module
IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS, this function module transports IDocs
and these IDocs are possible missing in the receiving system ?
Please check the errors and try to correct them."

Balancing Field "Business Area" is missing

Hi Gurus,
I created a New Company Code,Plant,Sloc and Created Master Datas.I Did the PR and PO.When i tried to do MIGO-Goods Receipt,the system is throwing an error "Balancing field "Business Area" in line item 001 not filled".

Hotspot Field on Bold 9900 missing

Switched devices from a Bold 9900 (which hotspot was available and fucntioning) to another Bold 9900. Followed instructions as described in the blackberry desktop software, but have spent almost 2 days now updating software etc trying to get device to provide "Hotspot" field in the manage connections area. The previous bold 9900 worked fine with the "hotspot" used with a laptop. Have updated the OS to 7.1.0 Bundle 2807 which is the same as the old Bold9900. The replacement bold originally belonged to a corporation that upgraded to new devices, hence wiped the data before doing the device switch....but believe there are ghost issues as the last time it rebooted the previous BBM contacts showed up. My question is, are there settings somewhere that I may have missed that needed to be changed?

Did you cal your carrier yet? They could possibly be blocking this feature.

Custom Field in Infoset Query missing in Infoset

Hi Everyone,
I'm in a puzzle and I hope someone can help me. Basically I need to maintain an existing infoset Query - While looking through the query and it's related Infoset I noticed there is a custom field appearing in the query (SQ01) but this field is nowhere to be seen in the Infoset (SQ02) - I'm just wondering how can this be ?
The same custom field exists in another Infoset - is it therefore possible to build a query using an infoset while pulling in fields from another ?
I would appreciate any thoughts on this matter as I'm in a very confused way over this.

Hi Damien Kesle ,
There are ways by which you can create fields ( they are called Local fields ) in the Query too.
Please see , whether the custom field you are asking is present in the Query.
Even then , just to confirm that your said field does not exist in the infoset, follow the steps.
Go to SQ02, put the name of your Infoset and click on tab "Description ".
Then do a Ctrl + F (Find/Search) for the field. If its not there, then you can confirm that the field comes from Query and not Infoset.
Approach for any further queries.

MsAccess - Oracle10g : decimals from a NUMBER field in Access are missing

Using Oracle10g - Oracle 9i ODBC driver - MsAccess
When I link a table in MsAccess, the decimals from a Oracle NUMBER(14,3) field do not show in Access.
(e.g. 123.45 in the Oracle DB is shown as 12345 in Access. )

It's hard to tell what "logic" you are asking about. You have a cryptic diagram with some cryptic codes and no explanation of what it all means. So first you need to explain it, with a better diagram. Hint: using the tags will make your diagrams better because they put things into a fixed-width font.

Displays are messed up - half the fields are inoperable or missing

Don't know what happened. Everything looked fine, left for the day, returned to screen displays strange on pretty much every website. Some menu options underlined, some input fields not accepting input, search engine results not showing, etc. May have to reset Firefox, but forgot how to do that . . . any suggestions welcome.

ALEAUD to sending system in ALE scenario using XI

Hi,
I have a quite simple ALE scenario with following components;
SAP IS/OIL -> (CREMAS) -> XI -> (CREMAS) -> SAP Retail
I have read both how-to-guides; IDOC-XI scenarios and handle ack. for IDOCs.
By activating the runtime paramter ACK_SYSTEM_FAILURE, XI will send ALEAUD in case of error on XI - this works in a way.
By using program RBDSTATE on SAP Retail - this works in a way.
Challenge 1:
In case of error on XI, the ALEAUD message sent back to IS/OIL doesn't contain neither message type or the referenced IDOC from IS/OIL;
E1ADHDR-MESTYP
E1ADHDR-MESTYP_LNG
E1STATE-DOCNUM
is missing.
Anyone with ideas?
Challenge 2:
The ALEAUD from SAP Retail (using RBDSTATE) is not referring to the right IDOC from the sending system, seems to me that Retail is using it's own number range.
Anyone with ideas?

Even I have the same problem.
I have configured ALEAUD in Integration server. When there is an error ( sa incorect RFC Destination of Receiver), an ALEAUD message type iDoc is sent back to the sender SAP System. But i noticed that the iDoc has only data in the segment E1STATE ( with data status, statxtstamid). But the segments E1AHDHR and E1PRTOB are empty.
The acknowledgement idoc doesnt contain any reference to the message( like the message ID) which has gone for an error. It just contains error text.
Could you please let me know how you solved it

Control record in IDOC

The scenario where i have an R3 - > XI - > NONE SAP
where r3 sends idoc the none sap needs to send back aleaud but the orig idoc number is not in the ALEAUD idoc number but the control record holds a different want inorder for the r3 to think it is an ALeaud
how can i fix this and have the same idoc numeber also in the coming aleaud ?
or how do i associate between the idoc and the returning aleaud ?!

If you are doing this "manually" via a message mapping, you need to include the original IDoc number in the message to your receiving system so that it can send an audit message back containing the original IDoc number. From this audit message you should be able to map a correct ALEAUD message.

Fields missing from MYSQL table in Database Expert

I have just updgraded from Crystal XI to 2011 and I am still having issues with joining a mysql table to any other table.
Fields show up in field explorer but when I try to uise Database expert the only filed in the MYSQL table is the ID field.
Am I missing something here. Same problem with both versions. When I runa report using just the mysql table evrything works fine.

Typically if the field doesn't show up the CR can't figure out what type it is which means when we query the DB for the field type the client/server returns the wrong type or some type that CR doesn't support.
How is the field defined on the server?

Missing fields in IDoc FIDCCP02

Hello Experts ,
I am using FIDCCP02 IDoc to create a customer invoice.My item level data contains a field XMWST (Calculate Tax) which i can not find anywhere in the IDoc.Even BSEG-ANFBN ,BSEG-ANFBU,BSEG-ANFBJ,BSEZ-EGMLD,BSEG-HZUON fields are not present in the IDoc.I am mapping the above fields using LSMW.Please let me know how to map the above also it would be helpful if these fields are named differently in the above IDoc.

Thanks for your comment. I think it's a good idea to deactivate option to send IDocs immediately and create an own job to trigger it regularly. It would be great if according user exits would be triggered also only when the IDoc job starts. Otherwise I would have to create a copy of RSNASTED and enhance it to fill according values. Depending on the outcome I'll reward your anwser. Nevertheless thank you very much until then.
