Field EXBAS in J_1IEXCDTL is not updated

Dear All,
When I create Excise invoice, the field EXBAS is not getting updated in J-1IEXCDTL table, what could be the reason, Please help.

What type of excise invoice you were generating? (Normal sales / Depot / Export etc.,)
When you say the field EXBAS in J_1IEXCDTL is not updated, can you also tell me whether you could see in billing document and excise invoice?
May be if you can share the screen shot of excise invoice, it will be easy to show the right path.

Have a webpart that rolls blog posts from MySite and other Team sites.
Everything works fine excepts that the property ows_numcomments (which I have a managed property mapped to) is only updated after a full crawl has run (ie once per night or manually started).
Why is it so and what can I do to make updating during an incremental crawl?

Can you do full crawl and check this property is getting updated. If not then either incremental crawl is not updating the value or there is some problem with the field configuration.

Custom fields in migo table control not updating

hi ,
This is to have your valuable suggestion , wrt , following issue..
In transaction MIGO , i have to add two fields uebto and untto in table control .
I am able to add them in table control, but some how not able to pick data for these fields .
error coming is :
" System error: Incorrect Customizing for field
ZZUEBTO".

J_1IEXCDTL-EXBAS not updated after discounted price

Hello
My issue is given below ,
Base price of material A is 100 INR, qty 10
base value=1000.
discount 10%
sub total after discount 900
BED 10%=900*10%=90 INR
In table J_1IEXCDTL , BED value 90 getting stored properly however exice base value field (EXBAS) is getting stored with 1000 INR instead of INR 900 .Please let me know how to overcom this.

BUDAT and TPARTDOCNO field is not updating in HRPAD25 table

I am facing one weird issue where in HRPAD25 table field BUDAT and TPARTDOCNO is not updating for corresponding ADATNR of HRP1001 table.
Due to this when I am doing course follow -upi(marking attendance) system is throwing an error.

Folders last modified time stamp are not updated in Windows 7

After changing any .cpp file in Visual Studio, the last modified time stamp for the file's folder
IS NOT updated. What's happening ?
However when I change a Word (.docx) file, the last modified time stamp for the file's folder
IS updated ! How come ?

If you thought this issue gets worse and if you have already set NtfsDisblesLastAccessUpdate to 0, then please revoke it to 1.
From the above Blog we can see that in Windows 7, the "Last Modified" field on log files is not updated when a program attempts to open the file or the utility is stopped, this is a design change to NTFS , becase we cache the metadata for
folder contents and do not refresh it until a handle is closed on an open file or an explicit call is made to retrieve the properties of an individual file.
Per your current issue that even if you closed these Vistual Studio files, the timestamp still didn't update. Please try the following and check whether any of them work:
- open the file in a second program
- view the proprties of the file
- "dir <filename>" at a command prompt
In addition, if you edit these Vistual Studio files with Notepad(Before doing that, please close all the programs include Vistual Studio) and try to reproduce the issue, does the issue still occur?

PORDCR102 - Logical system not updated in EKKO

I am using idoc PORDCR102 to create Purchase Orders.
The PO is created successfully but the LOGSY field in EKKO table is not updated with the value from field LOGSYSTEM in the header segment of the IDOC.

When you change it in SLD and if not getting replected in the ID...make sure you run the cache again, perofmr the comeplete cache....
there is an option under the adapter specific mesage attributes compare with SLD you can click that, is nthing happening after clicking it?
Run the cache in the ID are there any errors there?
check the RWB cache monitoring is everything green there?

A contract modified in IS-U not updated at CRM

Hi!!!
I'm try to update the data of crm contract from sap isu contract, but isn't works fine, the status and the description of CRM contract for example is not updated. The Bdoc SI_CONTRACT is generated correctly, and the Badi's DOWNLOAD on ISU and CRM are enhanced with the fields, but the info is not updated in crm when initial load is launched or when a move-out it's do it in isu.
Can you help me please?

Please tick the below checklist and tell me if they are set:
1. Goto R3AC4. Is entry for object class BUPA present in the List. If not, add a new entry: Object class BUPA, RFC destination (destination of ISU)
2.goto transaction SMOEAC and check if ISU site is subscribed is for BUPA_MAIN. If not, please do the same.
3. Change and save a BP and check the status of the BDOC. Is it green? if not, let me know.
4. goto ISU transaction SM30. table CRMRFCPAR. Is RFC destination for CRM maintained. If not, please do the same.
Let me know if these things are in place.

Delivered quantity in co03 not updated

I'm using bapi 'BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE' to post goods movement (type: 101). After i posted it, the field 'GWEMG' (delivered quantity) is not updated with the value i posted. But when i try to post manually using mb31, it works. anyone have any idea whats wrong with this?

I am using this FM HRTRV_IF_ADD_RECEIPT to Add Travel Expenses(Add Receipt). I am facing one while Adding , I cant able to add Paper Receipts which was in the Tables parameter
RECEIPTS . I am passing 'X' to Paper_receipts field , but this value is not updating in the Backend. Remaining all values are updating. How to solve this..

SharePoint 2013 Active directory import -Manager field not updating
Concern/Issue-
We are using SharePoint and configured the Active Directory Import .First import it seems everything is working fine and OOB Organization chart built using User profile data is coming out right.
Now the user is moved from one Organization Unit to Another.
Now our Manager field is not Updating .There is change in AD manager attribute but not reflecting in the SharePoint User profile.
Manger field is mapped to "manager" attribute in SharePoint.
We tried removing the user and Re-Import using Incremental import but no luck.

Moving a user from one OU to another in AD won't normally change the Manager attribute in AD. You would need to edit the user's organization settings to change the manager value in AD. I've also seen these changes not be picked up unless something
other than just the manager field in AD changing. Try changing something like Office location and see if the manager change is picked up by AD Import.

Valuation field not updated in Profit Center view

Good morning Gurus,
I am facing a big problem in KE24 report. As I've checked here, one of my valuation fields related to Raw Materials (VVM01) is only being updated in Legal View from CO. Even I check it in CE1SA01 table (my table for CO documents), the value is not updated there for Profit Center view. I've check all exits that we have here, but the problem is not there. Derivation rules for the field are not customized, so I don't know where is the problem.
Anyone have already faced this problem? Could you please help me? Points will be awarded.

BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN not Updating Special stock indicator field

Hi Experts
I am using BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to create and then update a Customer Service Order. When am trying to update the Special stock indicator field in the Components Tab(of IW32) through BAPI, its not doing so, and no error is thrown as well.
The required qty and the batch field in the components tab get updated which ensures that the logic am using is the correct one.
Please let me know if anyone has faced such a situation before. Any workaround(some other FM) to update this field is also welcome.

Hi!
BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN is only updating a field, when you set the update flag also in CHANGE method.
So if you are maintainig the IT_COMPONENT table, you have to put an 'X' into the same field in the IT_COMPONENT_UP table also.
And of course don't forget to commit the modification.

We are using BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to update Special Stock indicator
(RESB-SOBKZ) at component level for a service order (IW32).
BAPI is not updating the value which we are passing for this field but
intrestingly BAPI is updating rest of the fields at component level,
like Component Quntity, Componen Plant etc. Only Special Stock
Indicator field is an exception.
We are passing value in "BAPI_ALM_ORDER_COMPONENT-SPECIAL_STOCK" field
and updating BAPI Update table with X for this field.
Can somebody provide help on this.
