Field for GR Processing time in CLM

Hi Experts,
Is there any suitable field available in standard CLM system to maintain "GR processing time" in master agreement line item, to publish it into ECC?
I also request to advice business relevance of below fields of master agreement line item (in CLM). If we maintain values in those fields of a master agreement and publish data to ERP, which of the fields in outline agreement must update?
Field
Description
Program Lead Time (Days)
Enter the lead time required to set up the program, if any.
Order Lead Time (Days)
Enter the lead time the supplier requires to place orders for items.
Delivery Lead Time (Days)
Enter the number of days to allow between order and delivery of the line item.
Minimum Order Quantity
Enter the minimum quantity of the line item you are contracted to order from the supplier.
Please advice.
With regards,
Prabhakar

Hi
If GR processing time in Material Master say 5 days Then..
During MRP run or when Scheduling or forcasting is done then this Lead time will be addd...
Now inhouse production time eg 5 in days ......means it  determine the planned dates for planned orders in materials planning.
This will add little valu in your understanding..

  • Scheduling Agreement - Priority for GR Processing Time

    Dear Forum Members,
While defining Scheduling agreement for a material we can define the GR processing time and Planned Delivery time, likewise we
define in the material master also.
1.While running MRP which one has the higher priority?
2.After running MRP for the schedule line we are able to see only the delivery date,is there any setting to display the release date
or the start date based on the planned delivery time of the scheduling agreement?
    Please suggest.
    Regards
    S Mangalraj

    Hi Mangalraj,
    For your question:
1.While running MRP which one has the higher priority?
-->GR processing time MRP-run will take it from material master data
-->Planned delivery time, you can use t-code OMI8 to define the higher priority of SA or material master data
2.After running MRP for the schedule line we are able to see only the delivery date,is there any setting to display the release date or the start date based on the planned delivery time of the scheduling agreement?
-->Yes, in standard SAP system, you only can see the delivery date after MRP-run! As to the release date or the starte date which take planned delivery time of SA into account, it's only used to inform the buyer with purchasing transaction.
Hope my answers can help you!

  • Performance Analysers for ALBPM Processing Times

    Hi,
Do we have any performance analysers for albpm, which gives us an accurate time taken by each of the automatic activity, for loading of forms, on submission of forms etc? We need to measure the performance of our application on a server, to see where the delay is happening.

    Hi Carola,
    For your queries:
If there are several data sources on one query - is the query execute once or as many times as I have data sources?  - You have the option to Refresh All - this action will refresh all the queries in your work book with one click.
Is the processing done parallel or sequential - can I influence the processing? - Yes, you can influence the processing in sequence by refreshing only desired query at a time, right click on active cell by placing with in the query region and select Refresh option.
    Hope this helps!

  • Problem in updating the GR processing time using BAPI 'BAPI_SAG_CHANGE'

    Hi,
I am using the BAPI 'BAPI_SAG_CHANGE' for uopdating the GR processing time(BAPIMEOUTITEM-GR_PR_TIME) of the scheduling agreements.
Issue: when there is no value maintained for GR processing time for a particular scheduling agreemnet the BAPI updates the GR processing time successfully but when there is some value already existing for a particular scheculing agreement then the BAPI does not update this field eventhough the return parameter shows the message 'successfully updated'.
Can somebody suggest what could be the reason.
    OR
Is there any other way/FM to update the scheduling agreements.
    Thanks,
    Ravindra

This appears to be old-style BAPI, with ....X tables.  Did you populate the field in the X version of the outitem for the column(s) to be changed?  Did you call the COMMIT bapi after the update?

  • GR processing time can be customer based

    Hi There
    What you meant by shortage,,,
    AV- Available date,
    GR- Availble date+GR processing time
if you have not set up the GR processing time in Master, it may come as ZERO days,, so AV and GR date may be same,,
if this is not your quesry, please provide more details on your query,,,

  • How to show the processing time taken for a BPEL process in BAM report.

    Hi All,
I have the data as below in the Data object. I would like to show the time taken for each order to complete in the report.
instance Id     order Id     product Name     product Code     price     status     instance Time      updaterName
    1360010     ord004     Guitar     prod003     2000     requested     9/22/2008 12:12:11 PM     Invoke_InsertSalesOrder
    1360010     ord004     Guitar     prod003     2000     Approved     9/22/2008 12:15:11 PM     Invoke_OrderStatusUpdate
This data comes from simple BPEL process where sensors are configured at the start and end of BPEL process. Also have a human task activity in between to create the time difference.
In Enterprise link design studio, I tried to calculate the time difference using expression calculator and store it as calculated field. But that doesn't seems to work because when I execute the plan, second sensor data reaches only after human approval whereas first sensor data would be waiting for calculation and ultimately nothing comes into data object.
How and where the calculation be done to show the processing time in the report. Please someone throw some light on this.
    Regards
    Jude.

I would suggest modifying your data object so that the data can all be in a single row and use the sensor at the end of the process to upsert (update) the row created by the sensor at the start of the process. The time difference between two fields in the same row is then an easy calculation on a BAM report -- No EL plan should be needed.

  • Define Time-Based Fields for Cost Centers

    Dear All!
I would like to know , how I'm abale to cahnge the setting
of business area for Time-Based Field of Cost Centers to period
    Transaction is OKEG
    Would be thankful

You can maintain master data for cost centers, cost elements, activity
types, and business processes with time dependencies. You can make
changes at any time for any given time interval. Data storage also takes
place with a time reference. In this way, a master data record can have
multiple database records storing different information.
The smallest interval is one day. To ensure data consistency, you
cannotchange each field daily. The timeframes in which you can change a
field depend on the field functions, which are fixed by the SAP R/3
System and cannot be changed. Master data maintenance includes an
automatic check for each field's time-based consistency, resulting in
individual time-based maintenance for each field.

  • Goods Receipt Processing Time in Days field

    Hi,
what does "Goods Receipt Processing Time in Days" in material master affect ?
    Regards

    Dear SAPBUG,
    Goods Receipt Processing time
in-house produced materials, 1 day GR - after completion of production of Huge lot size then they see Whole lot is
Made as per Requirment or not. so this takes time 1 day. so this time will get effected in Scheduling. MRP takes into
account this 1 day & schedules the dates accordingly
For Purchase materials, 1 day GR - same applies after purchasing concern persons will check the material is as per
requirment or not. MRp schedules as per days given in this field
in simple words SAP has given Flexbile option

  • VL06O - General Del List - Field: Tot.processing time

    Hi there,
I was wondering if someone can enlighten me as to how field Tot.processing time (VBEAK) is calulated within the delivery list? Also how to activate (if required)
I ultimately want to capture how long from delivery creation to delivery PGI it takes and thought this field looked promising. It currently returns with 0.00.
I have searched all the usual places and cant find any documentation.
Any help / or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Adam.

Tot.processing time (VBEAK) is calculated according u201CDelivery Scheduling and Transportation Schedulingu201D customization (Logistics Execution->Shipping->Basic Shipping Functions->Scheduling->Delivery Scheduling and Transportation Scheduling).
    The simplest configuration is to
    "Define pick/pack times"
    "Define loading times"
In  Define Scheduling By Shipping Point IMG task
You can also define material dependent  shipping processing time in material master  (MARC-VBEAZ) for base quantity (MARC-VBAMG)
On the IDES system (HU2) I have prepared example u2013 delivery 80015830.
Shipping processing time for the entire document = 3,34 and is calculated:
( Delivery quantity  / base quantity ) * shipping processing time + 1 day  (from shipping point )
    Shipping processing time for the entire = ( 29/40 ) * 3,23 + 1 = 3,34
I hope it helps. (Reward point?)

  • How to calculate the Processing time for material based on its route ?

    Hello experts,
I would like to calculate the Scheduled in-house production time based on route.
Actually this is done in the prod. route in tcode CA02. (via menu Extras => scheduling => schedule).
After getting the schedule table press the 'scheduling results' button I received the Processing time, Setup and teardown time,... Scheduled in-house production time.
So I'm looking for a function or any tool to use it in report.
    thanks,
    Eli

    hi,
from routing screen, extras>scheduling>schedule(give a variant name)>scheduling results>update material master.this writes the info in the temp file.use tcode CA96 to update material master.this updates lot size dependent in house production time in work scheduling view of material master and  deletes the lot size independent inhouse prod, time in MRP2 view.this tool gives more accurate results  for your  inhouse prod. time.

  • I created a form with Single Choice fields, 4 days with times listed. But, I want the user to only be able to choose one time, and the time chosen to be unavailable for other users. How do I do this?

I created a form with Single Choice fields, 4 days with times listed. But, I want the user to only be able to choose one time, and the time chosen to be unavailable for other users. How do I do this? I have 4 blocks of Single Choice fields in order for the summary page to give me each day in the final report. But, I need the user to be able to make a selection of any day and time and that apointment to no longer be available to future users when they log in. Plus, when the user clicks on the time, they are unable to change their mind and choose another time. Here's the link if you want to see what I'm talking about: 2015-2016 Workload Apportionment Review

I'm afraid not.    It's not rocket science but you need to do some coding.
You'll need to find a script (php) and save it to your local site folder.  Then reference the script in your form's action attribute like so.
         <form action="path/form-to-email-script.php" >
The input fields in your HTML form need to exactly match the script variables.
I'm  assuming you're hosted on a Linux server which uses PHP code.  Linux servers are also case sensitive, so upper case names are not the same as lower case names.  It's usually best to use all lower case names in your form and script to avoid confusion.

Hi i have 50 infoobjects as part of my aggregates and in that 10 infoobjects have received changes in masterdata.so in my process chain the Attribute change run in running for a long time.can i kill the job and repeat the same.

    Hi,
I believe this would be your Prod system, so don't just cancel it but look at the job log. If it is still processing then don't kill it and wait for the change run to complete but if you can see that nothing is happening and it is stuck for a long time then you can go ahead and cancel it.
But please be sure, as these kind of jobs can create problems if you cancel them in the middle of a job.

my phone has switched off for the second time this week, however when connecting to itunes the restore process wont complete. the error is 2006 however i have tried a number of USB cords, and none seem to be working.
I am in the noerthern [parts of australia and accessing an apple store is not possiable for another month. this is my only soucrce or telecommunication. please help

This is what it says about error 2006
    Error 2000-2009 (2001, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2009, and so on)
If you experience this issue on a Mac, disconnect third-party devices, hubs, spare cables, displays, reset the SMC, and then try to restore. If you are using a Windows computer, remove all USB devices and spare cables other than your keyboard, mouse, and the device, restart the computer, and try to restore. If that does not resolve the issue, try the USB issue-resolution steps and articles listed for Error 1604 above. If the issue persists, it may be related to conflicting security software. If the errors persist on another computer and known-good USB cable, the device may need service.

  • What is Microsoft's official policy regarding the processing time for HCK2.1 Driver Submissions?

What is Microsoft's official policy regarding the processing time for HCK2.1 Driver Submissions?
Can someone point me to a document that states the official policy stating their maximum review time?  This info used to be in the WLK1.6 FAQ but I don't see it for the HCK2.1 suite.

    Ian,
Thanks for your reply. Yes, I'm sure LabVIEW uses the (default) Windows timer. And yes, 1 mS is not guaranteed due to the preemptive nature of Windows (and even "RTOSs" to varying degrees), which is why I see about plus or minus 2 mS.
Apparently the Windows timer can be set by API calls. See: http://www.lucashale.com/timer-resolution/. Here's a screen shot of his TimerResolution.exe on a Windows 7 PC:
Here it is on my Windows XP PC after I set it to "Maximum" (initially it was 15.625 mS):
Notice that it sets the Maximum to less than 1 mS, which is supposed to be the max, so there are some bugs. Plus the Default button does not reset it in XP, but does work on Windows 7 or 8. (I know this is not the place to "debug" non-LabVIEW applications!)
I'll bet LabVIEW sets it, too. The only caveat, as I said, is it looks like another application can change it, since the hardware timer is a "global" timer. I have not seen this issue in my LabVIEW applications, have you?
I guess I need to do some more digging to see the code to set the timer, but it looks like the developers of LabVIEW have it figured it out.
(FYI, I did notice that running my LabVIEW app (which gives about 2 mS resolution) or a C# app, which gives 15.625 mS resolution, does not affect what TimerResolution.exe reports, so I'm not sure if it's really working correctly. If I figure it out I'll post the results.)

  • Use of field STCEG in One-Time Vendor PopUp for non EU Company Codes

When enter a One-Time Vendor invoice by FB60 or MIRO transaction for Company Codes in non EU-member countries such as Switzerland, Norway or Canada the field VAT-registration number, STCEG, is hidden even when they should have a similar treatment. The field needs to be open when the local legal requirements are the same. How to activate the field for these countries?

    Hi Shriharsh,
Why do you want to use one time vendor in this scenario? If in the current legacy system seperate data is maintained for all the vendors, then do not go for one time vendor.
Create the vendor master for each vendor or for the group of vendors.
You can do Auto generation of PO at the time of GR, that is best suitable for this scenario.
