In plant maintenance, which table holds the field for CYSPLTIN-SHORT
it is the person responsible for a notification.

Hi All,
I need to add a substitution step in an already existing rule. I want to substitute the field PROJ-VERNR Person Responsible. My logic is like if Prerequisite Company Code = X Person responsible is 1000, if Company Code = Y Person responsible is 2000 and if Company Code = Z then Person responsible is 3000.
Can I define all these in a single step? Or I need to create three different steps.

Cannot get you. can you give me the steps. Because whenever I am trying to add fields for Substitution it allows one at a time I cannot repeat field selection in OPSN.
So I cannot define in a single step like if Company Code = X OR Company Code = Y OR Company Code = Z
Substitution: Person Responsible =1000
Person Responsible = 2000
Person Responsible = 3000.
May be this is not logical aso and neither can I find the Field VERNR second time even if I try to add fields. I can add different fields offcourse.

ELM mapping fields for Person details

Hi all,
I have added the person attributes (Eg. str_suppl2, str_suppl3, bprole, etc) in Person tab in tcode CRMD_MKTLIST_MAP by appending structure to CRMT_MKTLIST_PER_EXT.
Now, in badi CRM_MKTLIST_BADI i have created an implementation. In method CREATE_BUSINESS_PARTNERS i need to write the code to map the additional details. But i dont have nay idea how to do this. Please help. What code should be written there so that i can map the addtional fields for that BP?

Project Server 2010 - create a custom enterprise project field for persons (no text, no lookup table...)

I want to create a custom enterprise project field and would like to use instead of for example a text attribute or a look-up table a field for employees (e.g. project manager) which are coming e.g. from the Active Directory. But when creating this custom
project field I cannot see such an option. What solution do you suggest as I want to avoid that everybody uses different names and spellings for e.g. the project manager and without having to fill the lookup table with all resources of the company.

Person Responsible Table Field

Hi,
I need to find a table for "Person Responsible" field maintained in Service Order IW33.
I need to get the person responsible based upon Order number.
AUFK-USER2 does not contain any value for AUFK-AUFNR (Order number)
Suggest the required table.
Please help!

Table Name : VAFILOA
give the order number in VAFILOA table and pick the INGPR (Planner Group for Customer Service and Plant Maintenance),GEWRK.
INGPR description you can find in table T024I.
give GEWRK field to OBJID in table CHRD. pick the fields ARBPL,WERKS
give two fields ARBPL,WERKS in table M_CRAMA pick the discription Mn.wk.ctr

chose valid partner function for person responsible field.
In IW51, enter notification type S3 and press enter.In customer address screen, execution segment you can see the person responsible field

I've extended BUS2080 (ZBUS2080)- service notification. I would like to add an attribute- the responsible person for processing the notification (partner function 'VW').
I used CALL FUNCTION 'QQWF_RESPONSIBLE_FOR_NOTIF'
container-element = 'NOTIFICATION' .
ac_container-elemlength = '012' .
ac_container-type = 'C' .
ac_container-value = the function requires a value that contains the object type and the notification number
(e.g. BUS2080 000200000353)
can anyone help me with the value?

What's the control on List Forms for Person or Group?

Anyone know what is the control that binds to Person or Group field in SharePoint 2013? It does not have the Check Names and Browse buttons beside the text box like PeopleEditor does, and it displays a list of possible users for selection as you type in
the text box.
I would like to use this control in a SharePoint project in Visual Studio 2013.

You can fisrt check with your BASIS people if you have access to this object or not.
also you can check Under PM&CS > maintenance and service Processing > Maintenance and service orders. if the feild for 'Person responsible is selected on maintenance order or not.
Subsequently, you have to even do partner determination for the same w.r.t "Work centre" and or for the order also.

Hi Orly,
You have take it to your ABAPer, who will have to modify the attributes of CSKSZ-VERAK field in CSKSZ structure. ABAPer will have to define it with foreign key and introduce the name of the table, which will be used for deriving the available values. No standard table exists for it, but you can either create your own Z-table or take it from users table (USR02) if you have the necessary information there. Of course, this action would account for modification of standard SAP structure.

Person Responsible for Task is blocked for update in task catalogue in notification

Hi experts ,
I don't understand how come in one of my notification type, the field named "Responsible" , is open for update , however in anther notification type it is closed (the background of the field is light blue instead of white. white meaning open for update)
Both notification types consist of Task catalogue, Task sub screen, but different catalogue profile (the catalogue profile suppose to determine different catalogue code groups but nothing else)
Both notification types consist partner determination procedure which consist one identical partner function Person responsible (code: VW)

Hi Daniel,
possible reason could be the customizing settings for the field selection in the notification. Maybe the field "Responsible" VIQMSM-PARNR is not ready for input (= only display) for the notification type you mention.
Check if the field is influenced by the notification type.

Problem in makeing the Person Responsible field as mandatory

I am taking the following steps
spro --> plant maintenance & Customer Service --> Master data in Pm&CS --> Basic Settings --> Partners ---> Determine Partner Determination proc & Partner Funct --> Undr this am selecting the partner object as Plant Maintenance ->Change Partner button-->creating a new partner det proc as PM -->Selecting the PM and then clicking on the Partner Functions Folder-then i have selected the the check box and saved
after that i have created the maintenance order but it is not showing as a mandatory field, may i know the actual problem in this

1. If u want to make Partner as Mandatory for Maintenance Order then the config path u have given is correct and at the same time check whether that partner procedure is assigned to order type in OIOM ..
2. If ur looking for Making Person Responsible field as Mandtatory then check under field selections in config path
else u can use user exit ;- IWO10009 PM Order: Customer Check for 'Save' Event to perform validation while saving .. u can have an error message to be poped-up to fill that field filled..
