Field is missing with T.Code MIGO
hi dear all
At the time of Goods Issue user use the T..code MIGO with M.Type:- 201 under WHERE Tab system display the Text field
But after 15.12.2007 when ever user use the t.code MIGO for GI under WHERE Tab system not display the Text field
I checked screen layout for m.type 201
Is any customization require ???

Hi,
Check the path:
SPRO->MM->Inventory Management and Physical Inventory->Setting for Enjoy Transactions-> Setting for Goods Movement (MIGO)-> Field Selection for MIGO
Here make text field as Input entry and save.
Note:OR try
Check OBA7 , document type "WA" and Required during document entry TAB and check document header text ,if require select and save.

We have different output types in system for output determination in inventory management.
eg: WE01,WA01 etc
Now while GR(101) how system will determine which output type it should use.
Suppose I am doing MIGO, then how system determining it should pick WE01 output type?

Check following are some of steps for GR collective printing from SDN only
1. Maintain the Printer Name in SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Printer Setting
2. Ensure that in SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Item Print Indicator, 1 stands for Matl Doc print out
3. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Print Version, maintain Print Version 2
4. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Maintain Print Indicator for GI/Transfer Posting Documents
5. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Output Determination->Maintain Output Types, for the Output types WE01, WE02 and WE03, ensure the foll:
a. Default Values: Dispatch Time is 3 or 4 as per reqmt. and Tr medium is 1
b. Print Parameter is 7
6. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Output Determination->Printer Det->Pr Det by Pl/StoLoc, maintain the Output device for all your Plants
7. Go to MN21, for Tr Type WE, Print Version 3, maintain Print Item as 1.
Now the settings are ready for Printing Material doc
8. While doing MIGO, ensure that in General Tab, you get "3 Collective Slip" beside the Print Indicator and you tick mark the field.
9. Now depending on the setting in 5a, the Matl doc is printed. If it is 3, you have to print it using MB90. If it is 4, it is printed immediately. -
How to insert/update Date field in Oracle with java code
Dear All
I have to insert/update a date column while creating a new item, but the problem is i am able to insert/update only date but i need both date and time along with AM/PM.
By using these 3 lines i am able to insert/update only date.
java.util.Date date = new java.util.Date();
long dateLong = date.getTime();
stmtPrep.setDate(33, new java.sql.Date(dateLong));
Below code retrives the date exactly what i need but unable to pass in the statement:

If you want something which matches an SQL TIMESTAMP colum (which includes both date and time components) then you should use a java.sql.Timestamp object. -
Group currency amount missing with transaction code FBB1
Hi,
Whenever there is a document posted using transaction code FBB1 there is no updation of amount in group currency. If the document currency is matching with local currency then even the local currency is also with zero value.
Can somebody explain me the functionality of FBB1

Invoice verification is not posted with T.Code MIRO

I created a purchase order with T.Code: ME21N, and Enter Goods Receipts with T.Code: MIGO after that Invoice verification with T.Code:MIRO, but it is not posted:
Error Message is: Error in account determination: Table T030K Co.Code: RK01 VST.
2)
Balance not zero 5000, debits 5000, credits 10000
for the second purchase order step 1 repeated.

I think there might be some configuration missing with regard to the tax.
You ahve assign a GL account ot the TAX code for the Transaction Key VST.
Menu Path: SPRO - > Financial Accounting - > Financial Accounting Global Settings - > Tax on Sales/Purchases- > Posting - > Define Tax accounts .

Please donot make any changes..in the field selection.
Please check if this field is maintained( has some data filled) in MB1A transaction, if you are using this for goods issue.
If this field is not filled then the text field will not appear in MIGO.
I feel that the users have not filled this data & they are trying to view it in MIGO.
You can verify the same by checking in the table MSEG in SE16 for field SGTXT for that material document.

User defined Catalog type3 - Valuation Code field is missing
Hi Quality Experts,
SAP Version : SAP ECC 6.0
I have craeted the user defined catalog type "S" coping the system defined catalog type "3".
In sytem defined catalog type "3", in transaction code QS51, there are 15 fields.
Where as user defined catalog type "S", for the same transaction code QS51,
7 fields are hidden including the "Valuation Code" field.
Hence the selection set can not be created.

Unbale to get complete output as some field are missing in z t-code.

for a new company code when i try to do GR using Migo getting error "Material control record missing in company code" i have maintained the OMSY periods for company.i see other answers for same question suggesting maintain OMSY recored for company code.i am getting the error even entry exist ,any help greatly appriciated,

Facing problem with the code for sending an .xls attachment via email, a field value contains leading zeros but excel automatically removes these from display i.e. (00444 with be displayed as 444).kindly guide .

the problem is not the exported xls. If you have a look inside with Notepad or something like that, you will see that your leading zeros are exported correct.Excel-settings occurs this problem, it is all about how to open the document. If you use the import-assistant you will have no problems because there are options available how to handle the different columns.
Another solution might be to get familiar with ABAP2XLS-Project. I got in my mind, that there is a method implemented, that will help you solving this problem. But that is not a five minute job

A user wants to upload a document and failed. SU53 says:
S_DOKU_AUT is missing with field values: <dummy>.
What need to be done to resolve this issue.

I am hung up when I try to change a standard SAP document using transaction CV02N. The system tests to see if I have access to object S_DOKU_ACT with the following parameters:
DOKU_ACT value <DUMMY>
DOKU_DEVCL value <DUMMY>
DOKU_MODE value <DUMMY>
I have found that this object with these keys has to do with creating Online Documentation within SAP. The documents that I am working on are standard SAP documents which were defined using standard DMS customizing steps. As far as I know, they have nothing to do with online documentation, at least, I didn't customize them that way (not knowingly anyway).
What could cause the system to want to test for an access right to these objects?
Oddly enough, the test only occcurs for certain documents within the affected document type (not all documents).

SLED field is missing in ECC 6.0

we're upgrading from 4.6C to ECC 6.0.
I have a problem with SLED field in MIGO transaction in ECC 6.0
For not batch-managed materials, the SLED check is activated.
1)In Custimizing, the plant and movement type are actived.
2) remining self life in Material master plant stock view -> 0 Days
3)The PO -> 0 Days
4) Info record -> 0 Days
WHen we enter the MIGO transaction, in Material tab, the SLED field is missing, so we can't enter de SLED. If I maintain in PO or material, more than 0 Days, the field is open, but It doesn't work with 0 Days...
In 4.6C version, the SLED filed is open, and It's OK.
I don't find the solution...any idea???

I think that there is not soultion. SAP told me:
Dear Maria ,
You have set the Maximum period, Minimum remaining shelf life and
Total shelf life as zero. I tested this on our internal test system
and when these are all set to zero the fields PROD & SLED are not
visisble in the Material tab in tcode MIGO.
The shelf life is only checked when you enter a goods receipt if the
following prerequisites are met :-
1.The minimum remaining shelf life is maintained in the material master
record or in the purchase order. The minimum remaining shelf life is theminimum number of days for which the material must keep for the goods
receipt to be accepted by the system.
2.The shelf life expiration date check is active for the plant and
movement type in Customizing for Inventory Management.In the
transaction SPRO,if you check in SAP Reference IMG
Material Management > Inventory management and Physical Inventory
> Goods Receipt > Set Expiration date Check,the SLExp/prDt field
is checked for plant and material movement
