Field Order Form OIM 9.1.0.2

Hi,
I have a query about the order of presentation of the fields in the form of identity OIM.
It is possible to insert fields with the fields spread out the box that offers OIM.
Where I can find information about this case

No you cant. All you can do is create Fields with Labels and Values. You can make them as Read only text boxes though and put like "---------------------" in the default value, and give a field label name for a grouping.

Which trigger are you using to do the "getting saved automatically'?
Does this trigger fire before the trigger that is making the field mandatory?
    Regards,
PS: Is this an Oracle EBS query? If yes, this is the wrong forum

  • In Sales Order form populate charges field after saving the Sales Order

Can we populate Charges field in Sales Order form after saving the sales Order automatically.
The charges to be calculated based on the amount entered and the item selected in Sales Order.
In the Manual process it is done by hitting the Actions Button and then select the Charges.
The charge type would be "Freight Costs"

by using process_order API, I am able to update the charges field.

  • Remove Planned Purchase Order from Type field on Purchase Order form.

Have requirement to remove Planned Purchase Order from LOV on purchase order form in 11.5.10.2. Tried to disable the Planned Purchase Order document type but Disable field isn't updatable. How can I remove Planned Purchase Order from LOV?

You can modify list of values in a form with CUSTOM.pll.

  • When reducing qty in quick sales order form, reason field is non enterable

    Hi,
When I am reducing the quantity of a booked sales order, its giving me message that "You must specify reason for the change" but reason field in quick sales order form is not editable. The same functionality is working fine in standard sales order form.

Check if 'Audit Trail' is setup in OM Parameters for the OU.
Also check if "Processing Constraints" are setup correctly.
For Qty reduction we need to add a new row called "delete".
    Thanks

  • Can someone please help me add a quantities field to my apparel order form?

Would someone be able to help me figure out how to add quantities to my apparel order form?  I created a rating scale for colors and sizes, but I can't find the best way to add a quantity field.  There are many different colors and sizes, and I would like to make it possible to order more than 1 of each item without filling out another form for every item.  Please help!  (I'm an amateur.)  Thank you!

    Hi,
Please take a look at this FAQ:https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-1632
In 'Purchase Field Mapping' section, you will see that you can set the Quantity field.  Your Quantity field will be a Number field (add a text field on  your form, then select it and on the Property Panel on your right change the field type to Number) associated with the corresponding Purchase field
    Thanks,

  • Calcluated fields dissapearing when saving? (And other order form issues)

I am trying to make an order form for my company.  I have three columns, quantity, rate, and total.  The form itself was imported from an Excel document, and the "Rate" column was already filled in.  I made "Qty" a fillable field, "rate" a hidden and read only field, and "Total" a calculated field that is the product of "Qty" and "Rate".
In Acrobat Pro, when I click "Preview", everything seems to work fine.  Once I save it, close the file, and try to open it in Apple Preview or Adobe Reader on Windows, it doesn't work.  When I reopen the file in Acrobat Pro, the calculated fields are set back to "value is not calculated".
I have spent a LOT of time on this form, and now it seems that all of my work has just dissapeared.  Not to mention when Acrobat decided to just up and quit on me, corrupt my file, and delete it.  Luckily I work in Versions, and save a different file everytime I save.  But then I had to go back and edit all the fields to make them calcluate, only to lose them when i save.
I have two questions here.  First, is this the correct way to be doing an order form, or is there an easier, more reliable workflow?  Second, why doesn't Acrobat Pro save my field properties?
I'm on Acrobat Pro XI on OSX 10.8.5
Attached are two images, the first is how I set the field to begin with, and the second is what happens after I save and reopen the document.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Apple Preview is a known "assassin" of PDF forms, and tends to corrupt them in many ways. Avoid using it as much as possible! Even just opening a PDF file in it can cause it to be irreparably corrupt.
Having said that, I did notice a bug in Acrobat XI that causes scripts to "disappear" when you open the Calculate or Validate tab. This happened to me mostly when a custom code was used, and I don't know of a way to prevent it or predict when it happens... It's rare, though.

  • Field value disappeared when saved in Quick Sales Order form

    HI,
We have developed a custom form which is similar to the Find Customer Search form in Quick Sales Order form (Navigate to Tools --> Find Customer).
The custom form searches Customer and populates the selected customer details in Quick Sales Order form (populating the values in Quick Sales Order form is handled in Custom.pll).
When we select Bill to or Ship to Contact in the Quick Sales Order form and save the Order, the Bill to and Ship to Contacts are disappeared (If the Bill to and Ship to Sites are not Primary).
Can anyone please help me on this...
    Thanks.

Check if 'Audit Trail' is setup in OM Parameters for the OU.
Also check if "Processing Constraints" are setup correctly.
For Qty reduction we need to add a new row called "delete".

  • How can i get the order form to display only those fields selected by user?

    Hi everyone,
I'm a newbee so please bear with me.
I would like to create an interactive form in a multi-page format. I would like to display our fifty odd products, divided into 5 different categories. The client browses through these pages then selects those that he wants to buy.
The interactive order form at the end should display only the client’s choices along with the Total purchase order.
In short, a little like a on-line catalogue and cart/basket that we see while buying online.
Now, I've created my pdf brochure, and I have the order form on page 12-13 at the end with the subtotal, Vat and Total ...all that's fine. My only problem is I want the order form to display only those items selected by the user and not the entire list of items as shown in my current order form.
Have a look at my pdf here http://www.upperside.fr/vijee/mpls09ex/EXHIBITOR%20SPECIAL%20ORDERS2010.pdf
Can someone please help me/guide me to the right resources that I need to look up to achieve my end result.
    Thanks a lot in advance.
    Vijee

The poster already posted at the Acrobat Users Community, Interactive Forms that sums up a client order from catalog. The sample form posted to Acrobat.com was a revision of the sample form that came with Acrobat 4.0. There are some fairly advance scripts, templates, and document level functions involved with this form.

  • How to construct an order form in Muse

want to use this form as an order form and need to know how to enter elements (checkboxes, pull-down menus, radio buttons, number fields, etc). This info was not covered at all. How do I achieve that level of form? I notice that I can build a form by accessing the Admin Console, but I don't know how these two form building areas work together. I'd like some help with that.

    Hi
With Adobe Muse CC 2014.1 , Checkbox field and reCaptcha can be added to forms.
Please install our latest update to try these new features.

The order that fields appear in the request object is somewhat arbitrary. If you want to control the order, then you can reference each field by name rather than iterating through the collection. Or, you can try this method:

  • Using PDF form as a sales order form on Android device

    Hi,
I'm working on a digital sales order form solution, and found Adobe Reader for Android looking to be usefull. However I'm stuck with some questions and hoping to find answers here on the forums.
I don't have a lot of experience with creating PDF's, but I do have sufficient experience with Javascript, so I managed to create form that does some calculations. Everything looks and works alright, but for it to work in the field there are some showstoppers.
The form I've created has 2 signature fields
Here are my issues. Please keep in mind that the user (sales representive) is filling in the form on an Samsung Galaxy Note.
After the form is signed, the user can still make changes to the form. Is there a way to disable this?
The signature default uses very thick lines. How can I force this to 1px default?
The last used signature is stored. How can I disable this? (Customers don't want their signature to be stored, as the sales rep could use that to sign other forms as wel..)
Adobe reader overwrite the original file upon closing. Is there a way to force a 'save as' screen?
Adobe reader allows a user to make comments and write free hand. I'd like to disable this.
(I've tried Document Restrictions, but this ruins the document by removing every form field.. )
I've read something about Adobe LiveCycle server. Could that help me achieve wat I'm looking for?
I hope someone can help me out and explain some of this

    Check out http://www.pdfemail.net/
With PDFEmail.net, you can submit XML, FDF, XFDF, XDP data formats or PDF format.
PDFEmail.net can merge the Data (XML) submission with a blank form using ASP.net, and attaches it to an e-mail message and sends it through SMTP, without client side e-mail software such as OUTLOOK.
PDFEmail.net is installed on a workstation, and generates scripts and libraries you "UPLOAD" to your ASP.net webserver. There is no server-side installation, and zero programming knowledge is required. PDFEmail.net creates the scripts for you, and you just point your submit button action to the URL of the script.
PDFEmail.net uses iTextSharp technologies, and includes 1 year of free technical support.

  • How to add additional lines to the Order Form template?

I purchased and installed Acrobat Pro 9 because of its ability to create forms and found the Order Form template is just perfect for what I need, why reinvent the wheel, right?   Except I found I can't figure out how to add additional object that duplicate what is already there.  I highlighted an entire row and tried to just copy and paste but the past function put the copied objects at the bottom of the form in what looks like a group, all out of order.  I tried looking in the online help for a possible key combination that would inset an additional row of objects but couldn't find any.
Also the form doesn't move down and create a new page keeping all the other elements in line, it moves to the bottom of the current page and stops.   Thought the template was based on a table so I was going to insert additional rows thinking once it reached the bottom of the current page it would automatically break to a new page and continue, but it's not a table.  So my question is, how can I add duplicate object that match the Order Form templates Item, Description, etc. objects?  I've come to realize learning to use this product is not going to be as simple a proposition as I was lead to believe.  O well, live and learn!
If someone can point me in the right direction, any help is greatly appreciated.
    Tony Rodriguez

Thanks, Barney! It's even easier than the solution I came to: copying and pasting into the field.

  • Item should not duplicate in sales order form in line tab ..

    Hi All,
Not very sure this is the right forum for this if not please tell me the correct forum to post this.
We have a requirement(11.5.9) which we have to achieve it using custom.pll, as I am very much new to use it need help on this.
In Sales Order form once we enter in Lines Information TAB,
For example we will enter Item 'ABCD' at Line 1.1 then again at Line 2.1 if I try to enter the same item 'ABCD' it should pop up a message saying "Item Already Entered" once we press Tab on Ordered Item Field.
If we enter a different Item it should take as usual.

If you are in the WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger, you cannot navigate back through the list of already entered records (especially if record you are in is not complete). It does delay the validation, but duplicate checks are typically done by querying the database on both WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM and PRE-INSERT/PRE-UPDATE triggers. This means when entering a new Sales Order, you won't be warned that Line 2 has the same item as Line 1 until you save, but there are no navigation required to avoid issues such as trying to leave the current record before it is valid.
