Field Order not following Tab list

I used Adobe LiveCycle Designer to convert a word document to a pdf with fields to insert data. I used the Tab order tool to choose the order of the fields. Everything is ordered the way I want it from 1 to 53. It looks great till I actually start clicking on my finished document. On the 4th page It follows the order Till it is making the transition from the Training History section to the behavior section where it skips a box of "Always looks at you".
Any ideas why the tab order that I set up did not match the final products order?

Substitutions - field does not appear in list of 'substitutable fields'

Specifically, I would like to use a exit substitution to replace the content of the Structure PRPS-POSID field.
However, I cannot seem to use a simple substitution rule (since PRPS-POSID does not appear as a substitutable field in the PRPS list of fields that pops up when creating a 'Step'). Most of the PRPS field are availed as 'substitutable fields' but not POSID.
The user exit approach is proving difficult since I cannot add the following code unless I put in a data or tables statement (which is NOT recommended).
If proj-PSPID(7) <> prps-POSID(7) .
prps-posiD(7) = PROJ-PSPID(7) .
ENDIF.

The requirement is to ensure that the WBS element numbering (prps-posid(7) ) will always match that of the Project Definition (proj-pspid(7) ). This numbering rule is required to comply with the Fund Centre numbering since the fund center number utilizes the Project Definition number as an identifier ( I will email you some screen prints).
If there is a discrepency between the WBS element numbering (prps-posid(7) ) and the Project Definition (proj-pspid(7) ) number, the requirement is to assign Project Definition (proj-pspid(7) to the WBS element numbering (prps-posid(7) . The transaction used to call the substitution exit is CJ20N.

Why fields are not shown in list form ?

Hello,
I have performed below steps to create list programmatically in my project :
Programmatically created content types having columns named – Contact Email,Contact Person,Location,Type and Postion.
I manually created list named test and attached above content type.
Issue: Content type has been created and attached to the list named
test.I added columns from content type to list via modify view.
However when I click on Add new item, I am unable to see the content type fields in the form.
I can see only inbuilt Title field in list form while above fields are not there.
Any idea what can be the possible reason for this and how to resolve it?

SNP Planned order not following resource bucket capacity/factory calendar

I am running SNP heuristics for a product and expecting planned orders for it. It has corresponding production data structure and multimixed resource. The resource has an assignd factory calendar and SNP bucket capacity. The bucket capactiy availablity dates of the resouce is consistent with the factory calendar workdays/holidays. Using simple lot for lot strategy, I am expecting heuristics to schedule the planned orders on the dates of the demand in compliance with teh SNP bucket capacity availability of the resource. APO does not schedule on holidays consistent with bucket capactiy. This is true until...
We have a public holiday in factory calendar that needs to become a workday. To remedy this, we put a special rule for the factory calendar and explicitly made that holiday into a workday. The changes were synchronized with APO, and this is also reflected in the bucket capacity of the resourc: former holiday now has bucket capacity after the calendar change. However, when running heuristics, it still does not create SNP planned order on that former holiday that has been changed into workday. Even if it is a public holiday, there is already a special rule for the factory calendar and the resource bucket capacity reflects this correctly. But SNP heuristics seems not to follow this change.
Any ideas on this? looks like a bug.

Yes, when your resource reflects the addional capacity of the holiday turned working day, then it is expected to be considered for the SNP planned order.
Instead of SNP heuristics, you may try to check interactively in SNP planning book, if manual order creation in the bucket works out.
Since this is a mutlimix resource , it can also be checked if in PPDS planned order can be created on the day.
The above checking may not solve your problem , but will get to know if at least manully the bucket is being considered or not.

Hi,
Internal Sales order is nothing but selling the goods between 2 inventory organizations under same operating unit.
This inventory Org is always within the operating Unit/Business group.
Hence Item Cost defaults in the Item Cost and not the item Price.
If Items are sold to external Customers then Item Prcie will be seen in the sales orders.
iBut yes,upon customization we can still see Item Price in Sales Orders.

MIGO OMJX field delivery note

Hello,
Do you know how to influence "delivery note" field in migo during GR by "GR-based IV" field in purchase order. Actually I would like to have delivery note field as a mandatory field when GR if GR-based IV is flaged in purchase order.
GR-based IV field is not in selection list in T OMJX.

Actually, we manually fill this field with the delivery number of the supplier under certain circunstances. But this is not the case for all GR that's why we would like to make this field mandatory when GR-based IV is flaaged in purchase order. I didn't find the way to do it. I can put this field as mandatory (T code OMJX), other field in migo can influence this obligation but not the field "GR-based IV"

Field Order on Final Burn

What I did. I made video in PP CS3. Exported to mpeg-2 using adobe media encoder. Made dvd from adobce encore cs3. I then deleted the original dv-avi (need to buy more storage but didn't have time); DVD Played fine no problems; I then saw I needed to fix an error. So I only had the mpeg-2 file. Went back in PPcs3 and fixed the error. Used Adobe media encoder again to export as mpeg-2 again all default didn't change field order. When I compile the DVD the second time around in Encore cs3 the dvd plays back like I chose to do upper field first this time. Fast motion is strobe like.
Does re-encoding an mpeg-2 file cause problems??
Any suggestions or comments would be great for this newbie.

Burning to DVD would not cause this to occur.
Recompressing to MPEG-2 is the most likely the source of the trouble. It sounds as simple as the field order not matching. You could start by trying to find the field order of the source and the MPEG-2 setting.

The requirement is,
1. I need to add a field in Sales order.
Path for the same is as follows:
VA01> Goto> Header--> Accounting tab
2. The field will be a date field that needs to calculate date on.
a)create a new field. ex - zchdt (chq due date)
b)when customers enters value in Assignment,
i.e vbak-zuonr
after that trigger logic is
3.vabk-kunnr = knvv-kunnr
a)sy-date + knvv-kvgr2 (exclude sundays)
example - 14 sept + 30 days = 14th october
should populate value - 14th october i.e. field (zchdt)
4. This activity needs to be triggered before the sales order is saved.
kindly know whether this is possible or not.

Needs rows to be listed in a particular order(not ascending or descending)

Hi Friends,
I want rows to be listed in a particular order(not ascending or descending) when running a BEX query. for example, if there is a characteristic called name with the following values a,b,c,d , then i want it the rows in the output to be listed like a,d, b,c (not a,b,c,d or d,c,b,a). Can anyone help.

I think the only way to do that is to build a hierachy in wich you insert all the possible value in the order you like.
If exist a logic, you can use this logic at loading time to set an order fields to be used in reporting.

Cannot add hub-managed content type with external list lookup columns to a list -- Error:Id field is not set on the external data field

We are using SP 2010 Content Hub to manage our content types. On the content hub we've created a couple of exteranl lists, and then created some site columns as lookups against these lists. We then added the columns to one of our content types
and set it to publish.
After the publishing job executed, I tried adding the content type (which now appears on the subscriber sites) to one of the document libraries on one of the subscriber sites. When I did that it threw the following error:

The issue is not External Content type or external list but the look up column.
It's not possible to publish a look up column via the Content Type Hub.
If you need to do this then an alternate way is to use a Managed Metadata column instead, otherwise you will have to implement this via a feature.

since it's conditional, I think I would add code in SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE subroutine in MV45AFZZ, based on transaction code, prior values (YVBAP) and current values (XVBAP), and issue an error message, allowing user to return to the screens displaying Item table control, when the field is not properly populated.

I have seen several such lists, but are they trustworthy?

The method that zztoluca has explained is actually how I generally check for pre-orders we have listed, as I like looking at them by individual platform. If you start at the main “PRODUCTS” tab at the top of the main site, choose “Video Games, Movies, & Music” and then choose the console of your choice. Once there, there should be an option on the left under the “Games” section for browsing by Pre-orders. Here is an example of pre-orders listed for Xbox One.

VERSION FIELD FROM SALES ORDER NOT APPEARING IN COOIS REPORT

I am working on make to order scenario. Version field from sales order not updated when im taking MRP Run for specific Sales order in COOIS Report. But when iam creating production order with T. COde CO08 field getting updated. Its very important to get vrsion field as we have maintain old sales order No. in same. How this problem will get resolved?

Atul,
"MRP run" does not normally create production orders, MRP creates Planned orders. Planned orders do not contain Sales order version. I have never used this field before, but I would not be surprised if the behavior you are describing is 'standard'. When you create a production order using CO08, you are creating a 'production order with reference to a Sales order' (which contains Sales Version). When you create a production order using, say, CO40 or CO41, or using a program such as PPBICO40 in Batch, you are creating a 'production order with reference to a Planned order', (which does not contain version).
If it is imperative that you have the Sales Order version number in all production orders, you could see if Planning Strategy 82 (Assemble to order) production orders contain the data you seek. Otherwise, I am afraid you will have to have your ABAPers write some custom code to update this field in the production order.
Another way to get sales order data into the production order, that does NOT require custom code, is by using Item Texts in the Sales order. Any text placed in the Sales Order Item Text Field Production Memo (Text ID 0006) can be configured to be duplicated automatically in the Production order in an MTO environment. Production Memo then displays as another Tab in CO02.

How do I get Meas. Studio controls to follow tab order?

All of the standard MFC controls follow tab order but the NI controls do not. In particular I am usingg the CNi NumEdit controls. Once the user selects the control it is stuck in the control until they use the mouse to click in the next control.

I am having this problem as well. I'm using visual C++ with windows 2000. My tab order works fine if I take out the NI number edits and replace them with standard Visual C++ edit boxes. However, when the NI number edits are in my program, they act like a black hole for the cursor. The only way to get out of one is by using the mouse. This is a problem because the technicians using my software don't use a mouse. I'm tempted to use standard VC++ edit boxes and convert the text to floating point decimal myself. Can anyone shed some light on this situation? I've checked the sample code, it doesn't seem to work either. Maybe its a windows 2000 bug?
