Field to add in Dynamic selection

If i want to add one field in dynamic selection in FBL3N report what is the procedure?
please give the steps

If iam not wrong you want select field from dynamic selection
for that goto fbl3n and select dynamic selection in that which field is required select that and execute you will get desired results
but if you want *** fields in dyanmic selection i think it is immpossible.

How to add into dynamic selection criteria (FBL1N) - custom field from LFB1

Hello all,
i have following problem. I added new customer field into table LFB1 (Z* field). And now i need to use this field as dynamic selection criteria in transaction FBL1N. I enhanced selection view for logical database KDF - i have created new customer view and I added my new field from LFB1. It is OK, i see this field in dynamic selection criteria in FBL1N but if i try to select according that Z* field, short dump occured.

Problem is in VF_KRED - this is database view (LFA1 joins LFB1). This view has no Z* fields and therefore it cannot be use in statement above -> dump.
Is needed repature of standard - enhancement of view VF_KRED?

thanks so far. I managed to show prompts in the report. But still my problem is nor 100% solved
I would like t achieve that the filtered criteria in the report title is separated through a comma like in the report filter summary - e.g.: {001, 002, 003, 004} followed by just 1chart/table that is including the whole information.
When I however just drag a variable into the report it automatically created different sections, right? Like ........ table, chart, whatever... .......table chart whatever........

Add new field in the fbl5n dynamic selections/ Need to add dunning clerk fi

Hi Gurus,
Currently, you can find the Accounting Clerk field in the dynamic selections. Would like to be able to use the Dunning Clerk field in the dynamic selections.
Beyond that, would like to bring both Accounting Clerk and Dunning Clerk as columns when looking at customer detail.
Would be willing to use other report that I can access that would give me these two clerks by customer number.

Hi,
the field dunning clerk is not available in Dynamic Selections because it is in table KNB5.
The fields which are eligible for dynamic selection can be reviewed for
the related logical database via trans SE36
1) Enter logical database DDF, KDF or SDF (for FBL5N, FBL1N, FLB3N)
2) Menu -> Extras -> selection views
3) Here you can find 2 origins of the view (SAP and CUS).
   The standard view SAP is used. Create your own using view CUS. First
   copy the view SAP.
   On the left side are the functional groups.
   01 Customer master => fields from table KNA1
   02 Company code    => fields from table KNB1
   03 Documents        => fields from table BSID
Only those fields from these tables can be used for dynamic selection

Adding a BSEG field to the FB03 dynamic selection screen

Hello,
We have a requirement wherein we want to add a field from BSEG in the dynamic selection screen of FB03.
We found that the logical database behind this is BRF. So we created a u2018CUSu2019 selection view for the logical database and added the field from BSEG to the functional group
and checked the checkbox u201CPreselectu201D for it to appear automatically in the FB03 screen.
But we still couldnu2019t see the field in FB03 dynamic selection.
On analysis, we found that only tables are that are defined in the nodes (Extras  Selection views) can be used to create the dynamic selection and BSEG was not available
as one of the node. So we added BSEG as one of the node by adding the below code to the SELECTION of the logical database.
SELECTION-SCREEN DYNAMIC SELECTIONS FOR TABLE BSEG.
Even after that, we couldnu2019t see the field from BSEG in the dynamic selection.
Are we missing anything here?
I see many threads here on similar lines but no one has posted the exact step. Any help is highly appreciated.

If you want to take the line item details than you can refer these t-codes rather than customizing.
S_AC0_52000887 - Receivables: Profit Center
S_AC0_52000888 - Payables: Profit Center
S_ALR_87012332 - G/L Account Statements
Here by using the dynamic selection you can get the results. Use object list display and select the layout for more fields.

In tcode CN47N,In the dynamic selection Under Dates Network/Order, Two fields start and finish date are needed.

I already did this in SE36. The problem is that my Z-fields do not appear in BSIK. They appear only in BKPF... And in SE36 if I try to select the Z-fields in BKPF, they do not appear in the dynamic selections.

Add certain field at dynamic selection screen in FBL3N transaction

Hello Expert,
I would like to add entry date field (BKPF-CPUDT) at dynamic selection screen in FBL3N transaction.
So, I went to SE36 transaction and changed something in selection view for SDF.
However, it didn't work.
Is there anyone who knows how to add a certain field at dynamic selection screen in FBL3N transaction?

Modify MB25 and add a new selection field

Hello All,
I need to copy MB25 to ZMB25 and add field to the selection screen and modify the select statement further. MB25 uses a LDB and I am never used LDB. Please help me how to do this and post some notes on LDB as I have lot of questions.
<b>FYI:</b> I made a Z copy of the program and in the program attributes, I see a LDB. I made a Z copy of the LDB and added a selection field. I donno if that is the right way or not. I am also not sure where to modify the selection based on the newly added selection field.

If you define the selection criterion for a column of a database table that supports dynamic selections, the values entered on the selection screen are transferred to the logical database. There, they are treated as dynamic selections. The logical database does not read records from the database table that do not meet these selection criteria. This kind of selection is much more efficient than for database tables that are not designated for dynamic selections.
Besides, the input fields for the corresponding dynamic selection are displayed on the selection screen from the start. This spares the user from having to choose Dynamic Selections to display the corresponding screen.

How to use Field-symbol with dynamic select query

The FIELD-SYMBOLS statement declares a field symbol <fs>. The name conventions apply to the name fs. The angle brackets of the field symbols indicate the difference to data objects and are obligatory. You can declare field symbols in any procedure and in the global declaration section of an ABAP program, but not in the declaration section of a class or an interface. You can use a field symbol in any operand position in which it is visible and which match the typing defined using typing.
After its declaration, a field symbol is initial - that is, it does not reference a memory area. You have to assign a memory area to it (normally using the ASSIGN statement) before you can use it as an operand. Otherwise an exception will be triggered.

Adding a dynamic selection to a logical database query

Hello,
I would like to add a dynamic selection to a SQ02 Infoset using logical database SDF. I need the report to show only documents created at certain dates. I've added a selection field "CR_DATE" for BKPF-CPUDT to the Infoset and added the following code:
SELECT * FROM BKPF
WHERE BKPF-CPUDT IN CR_DATE.
ENDSELECT.
However, the report displays documents created on all kinds of dates regardless of the ones I've specified at the selection screen.
I can only use SQ02 and SQ01. I don't have access to most other transactions such as SE36 nor have the authorization to edit the existing report transaction such as FAGLL03.
Please, help.

Only certain table fields are allowed in dynamic selection, please see this sap note for detail :
Sap Note 310886 - Line items: Dynamic selections ignored
Permitted tables:
SKA1: all fields
SKB1: all fields
BSIS: all fields
So BKPF-CPUDT field is not allowed for dynamic selection.

Thanks for your quick response, here for the report FBL5N the logical database is DDF and the field which should be add in dynamic selection is (KTGRD) account assignment group is available in KNVV table but this table is not available in DDF logival database.
Please suggest us how we can pickup this field into the report FBL5N for dynamic selections.

Dynamic selection screen for FDK43

HI All,
I need to add a field (accounting clerk - BUSAB)in the dynamic selection-screen of transaction FDK43.
I used se36 to view the current selection-screen view and it does show me the field accouting clerk under functional group - 04 (Company Code) .The field is ticked for preselect.
However I am not able to see this field (BUSAB) in the dynamic selection when I run transaction FDK43.
Any idea on how to make the function group 04 available for selection ? or maybe even the field in it available for selection ?

Yes this is possible. You need to extend the selection view for the logical database KDF using transaction SE36, to have more selection fields available in the dynamic selections of the line item display.
Call up Transaction SE36 and enter the logical database KDF.
Choose "Extras --> Selection views".
Select the origin of view.
Choose "Display" or "Change".
Vendors: logical database: KDF
Permitted tables:
LFA1, LFB1: All fields are permitted that are contained in the VF_KRED
view. If necessary, you have to include additional fields in
the view fields category using Transaction SE11.
BSIK: all fields
Change the source code in program SAPDBKDF, Form INIT as explained in the SAP note 310886.
