Fields that needs to be populated for executing BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN

I need to execute BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to create Production Orders, Components, Operations and Equivalence numbers for co-procuts components.
Could you please help me with the fields that needs to be populated so that the BAPI can be successfully executed to get the desired result.

I have a related question though.
When I am posting the Delivery Note back to B1, I had expected B1 to generate the DocNum. However, it gives me an error if I do not populate the DocNum field. I have to put a value there, however, it appears to me that B1 is ignoring the value that I put and is generating a new DocNum. I am happy with that, however, need to know two things:
a) Is there a specific value that I should populate the DocNum field wth before sending the XML to B1, or just any random number will do?
b) How do I control which Sales Order the Doclivery Note gets posted against?

what I understood that you want to put some extra condition if that report is getting called from RFC...
you can use the system variable SY-CPROG....it will hold the value of the report when it is geeting executing directly...
but when it is getting executed therough RFC...it will hold that RFC name...

Apple Enterprise Support is aware of this issue. They have specific instructions which attempt to remediate the issue, however, attempting on two different MBP laptops, so far has not succeeded.
The problem to be specific is - hang at login. The Filevaulted user account gets its password entered, then the "progress bar" mid screen will be seen to halt, never resuming. NVRAM resets dont necessarily cure this issue, but turning off FV2 definitely does.
We are seeing this with 10.10.2 fully Apple-SUS updated machines.
Feedback has been sent to Apple over this as well.
Im recommending:
a. turn off FV2 until such time as a Apple provided update cures it
b. consider the Sophos WDE solution if WDE is absolutely required (disclosure: I havent attempted this, not sure about its workability)

Is it possible to create a form text field that needs to be filled out in Korean

Problem with primary key field that needs updating on commit

Taking on someone else's form and trying to tidy it up as it has no primary key on tha table.
The only primary key i can apply is (invoice number, line number)
This has to be displayed on the form as a provisional number when the user enters the form. So it need to show for example inv number 1000 with each line on the invoice being 1,2,3,4 etc.
The form then has a linked table for the lines per invoice that inserts invnumber and line number into a seperate table on PRE INSERT trigger. This means that if they put on various lines i need to do a post.
My problem comes because more than one person can use the form at the same time so user a will go into the form and see inv number 1000, user b will also see 1000. The original form was making these null and updating to correct number on commit but i wanted to add a primary key.
Im jusat wodering the best way to do this as if user a does not save before user b. there is a potential for a lock to occur on the post. Also they must be updated to a new number if someone else saves before them

either you create a sequence for this by create sequence command and populate the sequence value. but in this case if the form is cancelled the sequence is missed and the next sequence will appear. Another way to do is to generate the invoice number when the user press save button and then assign that value to text item. It is the best way to do. So the user will see invoice number only when they save and it happens in milli seconds so there is no question of overlapping invoice number.

There is lot difference what you said now and in your initial post...
For outside communication means? you want to access BI outside the network using url?
in that case is it not weblogic port? check with your network guys they'll take care of it.
if you are looking for network with other systems internally then you may/have to open as per that link.

Creating custom fields for manual entry and fields that gather data from Active Directory

So I am no SQL developer but I am being asked to do this.. I've spent the last few days researching but cannot find anything related to my particular situation.
I have made a copy of the following report to add or modify a few columns:
Hardware 01A - Summary of computers in a specific collection
So I have 2 questions:
How do I create a field that will search the "Managed By" tab in the Computer Properties window in Active Directory.
How do I create a field that can be manually updated for example: "Date Deployed" or "Deployed By: Analyst"
I understand I need edit this in SQL report builder and think I know how to create the columns. I believe all I am really asking is.. What are the SQL statements I need to write in order to get this to work?
I'm sure it's not as cut and dry as I hope it to be so I will be standing by to try to answer any further information that you will want to know.

Before you can accomplish this you need:

For "Date Deployed", I'd use a custom Tattoo script in your task sequence to "Tattoo" the installation info in the registry, after that I'd configure the Hardware Inventory to pick that from the registry, more on this here: http://ccmexec.com/2012/08/script-to-tattoo-the-client-registry-during-osd/

I would like to create a text field associated and linked to each photo in my iPhoto library so that I can more quickly retrieve photos. I would also like to have a field that describes what was taken for each photo that that information might be printed when printing a photo.

You can do what you want by printing the photos on a contact sheet. Add the keywords to the photos anb the description to the Description field in the Info tray at the right. Select the Contact list as the layout to print, select the no. of columns and, under settings, select Keywords and Description.

A customer is using a citrix client to log on to their citrix server, which is running a B1 client. They are getting errors in relation to the connection to the licence server failing, even though they have opened the port (30000) in question to allow access.
Do you have a list of ports/are there any other ports as standard that need to be opened for the client install to connect to the license server?

Need Ideas - Web Registration for External Learners

I am conducting an ELM implementation for a client that needs to track training for approximately 9,000 external learners annually. The learners DO NOT need HR records - they are attendees of conferences and certification programs.
The client would like users to register through a web registration form -- these registrations should then be queued for approval. Once approved, an external learner profile should be created and registration requests processed.
Are there any 3rd party solutions that offer this functionality? If not, what would be the best way to implement this?
