Fiery Features Go Missing When I use CC

Running Mac OSX 10.6.8
Print to a Konica bizhubPro 6501
In Creative Suite 6.0, when I go to print (I print mostly out of InDesign), I have an option for "Fiery Features" after clicking "Printer" in the "Print" box. That lets me select trays and duplex and other assorted, important options.
Upgraded to CC on Tuesday. When I got to the same location in the "Print" box, I only have "Printer Features" which is a more generic set of options. If I switch back to 6.0, "Fiery Features" is there. So this is something CC specific, but I don't know what.
I went ahead and deleted the Printer (In Printer and Fax Settings in the Systems Preferences, and added the queue back in. I uninstalled all my Fiery software and reinstalled it and built the Printer queue again. I've restarted the computer.
Printer service tech confirms we are running up-to-date Fiery software, and he installed the most up to date printer driver, but it didn't make a difference.
I need those Fiery Features to be able to set up jobs correctly to print. I can work around it by sending jobs to Process and Hold and then use my Fiery Command Workstation to set them up, but that's a big step backward in productivity, which isn't what I was hoping for when I upgraded.
And I'm not sure what to try next - any help would be appreciated.

You're still in Snow Leopard and, I'm guessing, CS6 was more compatable with that OS and CC is nixing your Snow Leopard operating system which, in apple theory, would force you to upgrade to OSX8 ( not sure and not interested in what the bleep the latest version is ).  There is nothing wrong with staying with a system that works, at least until the two can cohabitate together.  My recommendation is you return the CC crapware and retain the muscle machine you had before.  That's just me.

I have been trying to create a multicam clip from two camera's. They sync properly when using the sync feature but not when I use the multicam feature does anyone know what I may be doing wrong?

Probably best if you could post screen shots of the Inspecror window in extended view with a couple of the clips you using for the 2 angles.
If you have audio from both cameras and have identified them separately, the sync is usually pretty reliable.

  • I get the following message when installing 11.0.5 "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" for windows install

I get the following message when installing 11.0.5 "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" for windows install

I just found a way to get Fixit to Run.  Go to http://support.microsoft.com/fixit/ and then pick "Install or upgrade software or hardware" and run Fixit from the "Run" button on the webpage.  I just picked run, instead of save, and ran it directly from the web page for each of the apple software.  If the window doesn't come up full size, hit "Tab" twice and then "Return".  You'll be able to see the prompts from there.  Have it attempt to uninstall iTunes on its own.  Repeat the process for any of the other Apple products, including Bonjour and iCloud.  Then, go to the iTunes website and install from there.  I had a downloaded copy and installed from there, but it came up with an error about missing the apple help, or something like that.  It allowed me to uninstall, and I reinstalled direclty from the website, and it all works now.

  • HT1925 I get a message saying The feature I am trying to use is on a network resource that is unavalable when I try to open iTunes.

When I try to open iTunes a widow appears called Windows Installer.  It tells me that the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavalable.  It tell me to Click OK or try again or enter an alternative path to a folder containing the intallation package iTunes.msi.  I suggests I should find this in a drop down box in the window.  There is a box but no folder iTunes.msi.  If I click the cancel button iTunes will open and work. I wish to uninstall iTunes and then reinstall it.  I am finding that I can play music on iTunes OK through my sound card but if I try to play streamed music from the web in YouTube and fom My Space the music is a poor quality with crackles and distortion. Other forums suggest uninstalling iTunes and then re-installing it.  I ahve tried to uninstall iTunes but it comes up with the Window noted above and then stops.  I need to stop the crackle when streaming music. Please help.

Before trying the update again, use Microsoft's Fix it solution at http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall. Use it to uninstall iTunes and Quicktime. It bypasses this not uncommon problem. When the solution finishes, the selected program will be uninstalled. It can take several minutes and I have seen as much as half an hour.
After iTunes & Quicktime are uninstalled, try the update again.

next download itunes. it worked for me hope this is helpful!!
oonce you get into the revo uninstallergo thru to delete itunes hit uninstall on the itunes icon then you will go thru to it will tell u the same nmessage about the feature and network hit cancell then go thru and hit scan (make sure bthe advance scan button is pushed) this will take awhile but go thru the list and hit everything associated with itunes. hit delete then install itunes again. it worked for me hope it works for you!
