File Missing - SHQuota.xml

Question

Hi,
We have the BIC2G: BI on Linux (May '08) image and we were following the [Oracle by Example workshop|http://bic2g.oracle.com/2/Creating_a_Repository_Using_the_Oracle_Business_Intelligence_Administration_Tool_Linux_BIC2G_v1.0_Final.pdf] .
In that we could not find the SH.zip file, however we found the sample file in oracle by example site (http://www.oracle.com/technology/obe/obe_bi/bi_ee_1013/bi_admin/biadmin.html) but in that SH.zip, SHQuota.xml file is not there and the example is bit different to BIC2G.
Please let us know how to get hold of this SHQuota.xml file.

I simply assumes that during the transfer on the network the xml file disapeared.
I even wrote that it was a problem with the gzip code issued by the appli to pack the Index.xml file into Index.xml.gz.
As far as working local, is there a way to have the files auto sync whenever a file is saved?
I wrote that I know nothing about networks.
The reason being is that two of us will access the same files at different times and at different stages of completion. Therefor, each change would have to be updated on a local version of each computer in order for the next person to take the files from there to do there part.
It took years to FileMaker to be able to work this way. So, I would not be surprised to learn that Numbers is unable to do that.
Looking at the PDF User's Guide, on page 179 we may read:
