Hi bristolmaid1,
With ExportPDF, you can choose the language to use of OCR (optical character recognition). However, ExportPDF doesn't translate text from one language to another.

  • X2-02 camera issues - .nrw files not converting to...

I've got X2-02 and am experiencing the same problem on this link: http://discussions.nokia.com/t5/Cseries/C2-02-camera-issues-nrw-files-not-converting-to-jpeg-files/m...
I tried all of the tricks mentioned and nothing became fruitful in converting the files to jpeg (viewable on PC).
Anyone who has a solution to this, kindly post it here...!

    imranshahab,
    Welcome to Nokia Discussions!
Try this online image convertion site: http://bit.ly/1dyiDQm
Or try sending the .nrw files to another bluetooth capable phone and see if it does convert the file to jpeg after receiving it.
    Good luck

  • File not converting correctly

I downloaded a file several time to convert PDF to Excel.  The first line of the file is converted correctly and all subsequent lines are put in column A only and not separating into columns A thru F.

    I got it.....
    Thanks,

  • Part of Excel file not converting

I am batch creating Excel files to PDF using Adobe Acrobat Pro (9).  My settings are such that all tabs convert, but I have "parts" of one of the worksheet tabs that do not fully create.  In my Excel settings I am repeating columns A-D on each page and then approximately 5 columns of additional data show.  However, in certain documents I only get the first 3 pages.  I have done this successfully on another similar document template, and don't see any differences in the file page settings.  Does anyone have a suggestion for how to ensure that Adobe "sees" all the columns in the sheet?  Or, is there something I have done differently in the two templates and what is it?
I have hundreds of files to convert.

Upon further review, the other template  is also not publishing correctly.  If there are any number of pages past 3 that are required, the file will always be short, but by differing amounts.  (Some files may be short 5, others are short 4).  I have tried setting my default printer to Adobe and printing from Windows Explorer and choosing Convert to PDF from the right click menu (also in Explorer), but both these options will only convert the current page, not the entire workbook.
I am DESPERATE for a solution!

  • Why are raw files not converting to DNG?

I currently have Photoshop CS3 with ACR 4.6.   I just purchased the Nikon D300s which doesnt work with this version of ACR, so I downloaded Convert to DNG 4.6 and unzipped it.  The box came up to convert and I hopefully entered all the correct info, then I received the Conversion Status box which shows all the files I chose, but it says none of them were converted with the following message:  "There was anerror parsing the file".
What does this mean and how can I fix it.  Thanks, Karen

Thanks Jim.  Are you talking about 5.5?   As far as I can tell, anything starting with the number 5 only works in CS4.  Which download would you suggest trying?
    Thanks, Karen
Camera Raw 5.5 is only compatible with Photoshop CS4.  But the DNG converter 5.5 is a stand-alone program.  It runs by itself, it does not need any version of Photoshop to run.  DNG converter 5.5 will convert images from the most cameras, and will create DNG files that are compatible with ALL versions of Camera Raw since version 2.4.  So, yes, I am talking about DNG converter 5.5.  Download and install it and look at the options.  Choose appropriately, and then do your conversion.
As far as the version number is concerned, you need to concern yourself with it only because the version number will enable you to know which cameras are supported.  The DNG converter is released right along with Camera Raw, so the supported list is always in sync.  But it doesn't mean that DNG converter is only compatible with that same version.  I hope this clears it up for you.

  • C2-02 camera issues - .nrw files not converting to...

I've found that sometimes after taking a picture, the initial .nrw file doesn't automatically convert into a jpeg. Although the .nrw files can be viewed on the phone, they can't be editied, nor can I find any apps for my computer which will open them. Also, the .nrw files are not recognised by websites I've tried to upload them to (Picasa, Facebook etc).
Has anyone else come across this problem or found a solution?

well there is a creepy way to take photos and WAIT THE HELL till the kindness of that cam to make a decision atleast to try save as jpg....
try 3mins ...it worked for me.....o
note ( dont even think about touching the phone while this superprocess is being done)
or put Mr.nrw  back again on phone and edit then save as another file ....
C'mon nokia,, forget that intermediate Nikon Raw file....its really getting on our nails.....we can afford lag but not these useless rash measures....

  • Formulas in Numbers 3.0.1 files not converting to Excel

When I save a Numbers file as Excel the formulas do not work in Excell, I have to export it as a iWork 09 file, open it in iWork 09 and save it as Excel. Seems crazy to release this to the public without the function working?

    Hi Badunit,
Australian (non-US) exported to Excel then reopened in Numbers 3
Rows 1,2 and 10 added (Row 2 is Table name in horizontally merged cells), but the currency and formula work .

  • WMV file not converting to FLV Properly

I am trying to use the Flash Video Encoder to convert a WMV
file that a client provided to me into an FLV file. The audio works
fine in the FLV, but the image stays stuck on the first frame
    through the whole movie.
This file needs to be uploaded by tomorrow. I've tried
compressing with about 6 different compression settings (both in
Sorenson and the newer On2 VP6 codecs).
I'm about to rip my hair out.
I even downloaded a trial version of Adobe Premiere Pro CS3
to export it and it's taking an hour to do so. My suspision is that
it wont work in there either.

I would recommend converting the WMV file to an intermediate
format before encoding to the FLV format. In general, advise your
clients to give you a better source video format--WMV is already
compressed, and recompressing it just deteriorates the video
quality. (I'm sure you know that already, but I just had to point
    it out.)
In the past, I've used River Past's tools to convert WMV to
an AVI file which I then convert to FLV:

Trying to convert a few files from pdf to word and I don't know what's wrong.

    Good day,
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble.  Are you logging into the ExportPDF service directly or accessing the service via Adobe Reader?
Are you getting an error message?
Hopefully we'll be able to assist you with a bit more information about the problem.
    Kind regards,

  • .mov files not converting or transfering

I uploaded a .mov video onto itunes and tried putting it on my ipod but it said the format wasn't right. So, then I highlight it and go to "convert for ipod" and after it "finishes" converting, I try uploading it again but it still says it can't use the format (I check the info on the file and it's still a .mov). Can someone help me here?

  • CS4 files not converting to cad- help

I've been trying to export some CS4 Illustrator files to cad for laser cutting.  Fab shops here use mostly Solidworks, but can use autocad.  I'm selecting dfx/dwg in the export, and scaling to inches, even double checking the scaling is correct from a decimal measurment found on another forum thread, and it is-- but I've tried this about 8 times now with 2 different fab shops and they both say when they open the files the scaling is WAYYYY off, and there are breaks and "splines" all over that are disconnected.
Can anyone help?  I'm on a killer deadline of course too.  A big sculpture commission is riding on me firguring this out.  Please???

First find out what version of Solidworks they are working withy and what is the highest version of AutoCAD it supports that is 2006 0r say 2010 etc.
It may be that they are using an older version then I would say eps or opening in Draftsight and saving back to an earlier vesion of AutoCAd would be the way to go.
BTW they should be more specific as to how youy should export the file rather than leaving the responsibility of you to figure out their work flow. Not too professional on their part.
However they may be wanting you to pay them a fee to make it work and do some this for you, if you get what I mean. Printers use to do this when they sense the party was new to printing.
We use to ask well if this isn't correct or that isn't correct how would you want it and they would say well don't yuou know when there was ten possibilities of course only one workjed for their woprk flow and you could hire them and their staff would do the work for you. I am not saying this is their game but it strikes me as odd that they have never come across this issue and don't know how to handle it.
I am using CS 6 and thyis was my results with with back and forth between Draftsight and AI CS6 the latest AutoCAD version is 2006 that Illustrator supports.
I exported this to dxf from AI CS6
I got this in Draftsight when iopened it
I alteresd it in Draftsight like this and exported a dwg AutoCad 2006…2010 the latest version does not open in Illustrator
I then opened the dwg file in AI CS 6 and got exactlky what one would expect so this should also work in CS 5 and CS 4 since there is no difference in the support in those version.
