Files not syncing...

Files not syncing in Creative Cloud, for the last two (?) weeks.......
I´ve tried everything, renaming the files, restarting, reinstall, you name it......nothing seems to work....
I´m working on Imac by the way...

A change has been made on the server which should address this issue.
Please quit the Creative Cloud application, then launch it again. You may see a message in the Files panel similar to "Updating file sync...". This should take just a few moments. When it is finished, you should be able to sync your files.
Please let us know if you are still unable to sync files after updating file sync. And I received you attached file, but it’s not the real log file, Can you resend the file in below location
Mac: /Users/<yourusername>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/
Windows: C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CoreSync\

Application file (cab file) not syncing

Hey all.
I have packaged an eVB application using wtgpack. There was a single cab file included in the package.
Problem is, when I sync using msync on the hand held only the database comes across, not the cab file.
If I look in the Mobile Server Control Center under Application --> Files, the cab file is listed there (about 4 directory levels down).
Anyone have any thoughts as to why the cab file is not syncing across to the hand held?

I'm having the same problem, can't seem to get the application to be copied onto the handheld along with the database....this isn't a big problem with what we are doing since we just use Activesync to copy the apps over instead, but it is still annoying as to why it won't work....if anyone has an idea let us know.

Why is there an alert as to some files not syncing when it looks alike everything is synced?

I see a red exclamation point and a notification that some files did not sync, but it looks like everything did sync. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that did not clear up the condition. I did have to add a "Creative Cloud Files" folder… Could that be the issue? Why wasn't it there when the program loaded?

What files? What system? What else? You need to be more specific.

Greyed-out movie file not syncing

I imported a short MP4 video file into iTunes 10 for Windows. (An old educational short from RiffTrax if you're interested) It appears in iTunes okay and plays fine, but when I attempt to sync my iPhone 4, the title for that video file is greyed out on the Movies page. I have iTunes set to sync unwatched movie files, and this method has always worked for me before: download the file, move it to my movies folder, drag it into iTunes, edit the tags, and sync the device. Any ideas?

The movie files are syncing again. It must've been something with the one that started it.

Photoshop files not syncing to CC. No reason or help on why.

Below is an image of the error I get. My Internet connection is good. I'm signed in to CC. No idea why they won't sync. Any help?

Thanks for the help. Unfortunately none of those links help solve the problem. Phantom folder was the closest, so it got me thinking to restart the whole process.
BTW I'm on a Mac, OS X 10.10.1. The problem appears to be when I added the Creative Cloud Files folder into my dock from my sidebar. I then was dragging and dropping files straight into that folder on the dock. Apparently that's not good.
So I took them out of that folder and went to my browser. I then went to "My Assets" page and added the files from the browser. Worked like a charm. The files are in my CC files folder in my dock on my Mac as well and all appears fine. But I won't be adding files into that folder on my dock any time soon.

.wav audio file not syncing up to project

I have a project of a concert that i have recorded in DV/NTSC 29.97fps and 48kHz rate for audio and wanted to sync a master audio .wav file, replacing the original audio from the recording but at the end of the set, the audio goes out of sync. I tried to export the audio file from a sequence w/ 29.97 fps and used the exported audio file on the concert and it is still doing the same thing. Its there something i am not doing right?

I believe that there's your problem - because 30fps is not exactly the same as 29.97fps. It is 0.1% slower and that may be causing your drift. Try doing a speed change on your audio file (command-J) and just make it 101% of its original speed. See if that works?

Quicktime Movie File not syncing

Hi have just recently purchased an Apple TV and love the functionality of it, but I cannot seem to sync the movie files from iphoto which were taken from a digital camera. The files are described in itunes as 'Quicktime Movie File' but it seems to only sync MPEG4.
What happened to the slogan - 'if its in itunes, its in Apple TV'?
I have not experienced this yet!

Yea, that slogan is a little overboard.
You will definitely need to convert anything you want to watch to MPEG4 if it isn't already, and (further) it needs to meet the specifications of what ATV will play (that is to say, ATV won't play any MPEG4 but one that falls within the parameters it can handle. Luckily they are broad and reasonable parameters).
Your best bet is to right click on the movie in iTunes and choose "Convert to Apple TV". That ought to do it.

ICloud Pages file not syncing with iPhone

My iPad and Mac sync perfectly together, but my Pages documents on my iPhone 5 isnt syncing.
I have tried turning the cloud off and on, on my iPhone, and opening and closing docs which sometimes forces the docs to update, but still no joy.
If I login to iCloud.com, the docs are all correct, its just my phone which isnt up-to-date, any ideas why?
Its running the latest iOS, not sure if its a bug or other, any thought peeps?

In the end, I went into Settings > iCloud > Docs & Data, then switched it off. I got an option to delete the files off the iPhone but keep them in the cloud, this I wanted.
When I switched it back on, it seemed to download the latest batch of docs I had, and since then appears to be syning too.
Clearly a bug somewhere, but so far, this is the first time I have had an issue since the cloud launched so thats not too bad.

PDF files not sync in Ipad

After sync Ipad with Itunes Podcasts on my Macbook, pdf files downloaded with Podcasts are not showing up in Ipad. Please advice how can I also sync pdf files in Ipad and read them as as well.

Connect your iPad to your computer and launch iTunes. Select your device in the left side of iTunes. Click on books at the top right side of the iTunes window. Make sure that Sync Books has a check mark in it. Select all of the PDFs, books, etc. that you want to sync to your iPad by putting a check mark in those boxes. Click apply in the lower right corner of the iTunes window, then click sync. This will put the PDF files on the iPad.
You can download iBooks in the app store for free and you can read PDF files with it.

Local files not syncing to mobile app

I have local files on my desktop synced and can listen to them there; however when I click on local files on the mobile app it says it's currently empty. Any ideas on how to trouble shoot? Make an new playlisg called "Local Files" and then copy all local files into this playlist.
Then go into that playlist in the iOS app and switch on the "available offline" switch.
Does that start the sycning process? Make sure both devices are on the same WiFi network

Video file not syncing to 80gb classic

I bought an episode of Family Guy off of the iTunes store a few days ago, but when i Sync my iPod, it won't transfer to it. Everything else does, but this. Help =(

Did the problem start just after updating to i-tunes V9?

Offline Files Do Not Sync Correctly or Show Error

I have a problem with files not syncing correctly and not showing errors. The client station is running Windows 7 Professional Version 6.1 Build 7601: Service Pack 1). A clear example of the problem is listed below:
On January 9 the laptop was connected to the server with the shared folder. Three files in that folder were open (in Notepad) on another computer running Windows XP. That computer does not have offline access setup for any folders.
After the files were closed on the Windows XP computer, the Windows 7 computer was shut down and physically disconnected from the network.
On January 10 I was working offline with the Windows 7 computer and noticed that the files did not include the changes made on January 9. Since the changes were minor, I was not concerned and continued working offline for several days.
When I returned to the office on January 20, I reconnected to the network and opened the Sync Center expecting to see sync errors for the files in question, instead the conflict Window showed "There are currently no sync conflicts."
When I attempted to open the files, I found they were the version saved from the Windows XP computer on January 9. I quickly disconnected the Windows 7 computer from the network and was able to find the offline version of the files in the \Windows\CSC
directory and copied them to another location.
What causes this error and what steps can I take to ensure all sync problems are displayed, instead of having the system revert to out of date files without warning me?

I noticed that when the files finished on Windows XP PC, Windows 7 PC is not connected to the network, and Windows 7 PC was stayed offline(No connection to the network folder) until January 20,
right?
If I understand correctly, the files on Windows 7 PC have no connections to perform a sync. On Windows 7,

Windows 8.1 not syncing setting to onedrive

I have windows 8.1 pro and have read and tried to follow the instructions to sync my settings from 8.1 to onedrive but nothing seems to happen, theres no extra files there or anything.

Make sure the OneDrive Sync Engine Host is running in background.
You can open task manager, check the background processes:
If you still have problems with files not syncing, run the
troubleshooter.

IPod cannot be synced. Required file not found?

I havent had any trouble syncing my ipod until last week when i purchased a song. When i dragged the song to a playlist on my ipod, it appeared grey in my playlist (because it was still loading) and then disappeared. I repeated this until i gave up and I reported this as an issue to itunes. When i tried again it worked and i thought maybe the problem had fixed itself, but i tried to add a CD to my ipod a few days ago and it only synced half of the songs. Now when i try to sync the leftover songs an error box pops up saying "The iPod (name of ipod) cannot be synced. Required file not found."
Some songs will sync perfectly normal, some load but disappear, some eventually just sync, and some won't sync at all. Has anyone had this problem/ can anyone help SOLVE it? please and thank you!!!

Try this:
Let your iPod charge up.
Attempt to sync a large play list.
When the iPod shuts down and you get the error message, quickly click through the dialog boxes on iTunes so when the iPod comes back up iTunes will attempt to sync again.
When the sync starts again after the iPod reboot, click the little X in the bar that shows how many tracks have been loaded. This will stop the sync and you'll be able to eject your iPod.
After it's been ejected, unplug the connector from the iPod and see what happens to the battery indicator. Mine goes down to almost gone and red - then after a few minutes it comes up to about 2/3 strength - but it should be full after being fully charged and just syncing a few hundred tracks.
