Fill not showing in Reader

Recently when we view a PDF in Acrobat 9 Pro Reader the background colour (or image) is not visible. It is okay when we print it out to our laser printer but missing from view in Reader. It views okay on a PC. It appears okay when the PDF is opened in Photoshop.
It must be a setting in Acrobat Reader.
The image below when viewing in Reader only shows the border - not the burgundy fill!
Any thoughts...?

Is this popup asking about Update or Upgrade to the new version?
Which Reader version you have installed?
Is it possible that Update popup is for Acrobat, not Reader?
Can you post a screen shot(s)?

According to your post, my understanding is that the read only user could not see the list view web part.
Per my knowledge, the issue may be cause that the user do not have the proper permission for the list.
1. Check whether the user can access the list.
2. Check whether the user can view all the items instead of partial items in the list.
3. Check whether there are some fields refer to other lists or terms, especially the lookup field or managed metadata filed.
If that is the case, make sure the user can access the lookup list.

Mail not showing as Read between devices

I have a macbook pro running on OSX and an iPhone 5. Whenever i get mail on either of my devices and i open the email and "read" it, it does not show as read on myother device. I have 3 hotmail accounts and 1 gmail account, and they all seem to have the same issue. Any ideas how to fix this?

Background/ broweser fill not showing up in preview

In the website I am currenlt building I tried adding a picture as the browser fill, it shows the result in the workspace but when I press preview or even preview in browser the background does not show up it is just the default grey. Even if I take the picture down and try to simply change it to a color, it wont change in the preview just stays grey. I need to add a new page and paste all I have into it to be able to change backgrounds again, but I can only do colors no images otherwise I run into the same issue. I have no idea what to do, a few images do work but a lot of them dont and I don't know why, I tried .psd .jpeg .png and sizes from 150kb to 5mb, still can't figure out what the problem is.
PS. I have the same issue on both my laptop and desktop (they even run different operating systems, Win7 and Win8) I just don't get it, nor what I can do.
Edit: I just so happen to realize something 7 minutes after posting this while having the problem for 2 days, I have a large HTML element on the page. The issue occurs only when it is on the page, (it is basically a PDF that got converted into HTML). Still not sure how to fix the issue though

They will not re-align if I drag the page smaller.
That's because you are using a combination of AP divs and tables. AP divs are taken out of the flow of the page and they stay constant depending on their co-ordinates.
I've noticed that you use AP divs exclusively and I'm afraid it's not the optimum way to lay out a page... here's why:

The pages I've seen can easily be created using plain old styled divs - they don't have to be absolutely positioned at all.
You may want to check out the valildation errors - on this page;

Fixing those errors may very solve the problem.
Put your other pages through the validator and see what needs fixing:

Fix the validation errors and see where your page is at that point..

Why does an email not show as read in Mail (Mail 5.2 on Lion 10.7.3) when i read it outside of Mail?

I use google apps at work thus have a gmail email address. I have the setting in iCloud set to sync mail but when i read an email on my iphone (or even when i log into gmail directly) it does not show as a read email in Mail. I would very much like to use Mail on my laptop, but having to read every email multiple times has stopped me from doing so. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you use IMAP settings in Mail on your laptop or is it POP ? The first one is recommanded for what you want and it will sync between devices.
And check again your preferences in Gmail to see if everything is correct and if IMAP is activated.

Fill not showing up

Hello!
I'm having two main issues right now. It seems I may be pressing random buttons, and I'm unable to reverse the effects they bring.
First one being that all of my shapes now have these grey boxes around them that I cannot remove, cannot edit or interact with. I thought maybe they were just really annoying guides, but when I export to png to test this, low and behold there they are! How do I remove these?
Also, my shapes are not filling. When I give them a fill color, everything behidn them is still showing through and the colors are not there. Every item has a different fill color, but none of these colors are showing up! because lines are showing through from the back, this is very problematic. Please tell me why this might be!

Cmd-Y is the default shortcut to toggle Preview and Outline mode. The command is located in the View menu.
What do you see when you open that menu? If you see "Preview", just click that item to go to Preview mode. If you see "Outline", then something different causes your issue.

Mail not showing as read across devices

I have my macbook, iphone, and (new) imac all setup as icloud accounts for email. All email is coming through just fine on each device. However on the new imac messages which have been "read" on the iphone or on the macbook are still showing up as unread in mail on the imac. Any clues?

I'm have the same problem with an iCloud @me.com email address across my iphone, new iPad, and MacBook Pro. Everything is running the lastest and greatest software/OS updates.

Icloud emails not showing as read on iphone & iPad

In the past couple of weeks both my iphone and ipad have stopped showing emails as read when I've already read them on my macbook.
I've tried several things including, disabling mail and renabling it, switching off and on, restoring ios device and restoring from backup.
I see emails coming in but they are staying as being unread when I have read them.
Anyone any ideas please?

Seems I fixed it.
Something had changed with my icloud settings and on my two ios devices under icloud mail settings it had the my email as [email protected] which I didn't even know about.
But on my MacBook the icloud setting had the email address as my old [email protected] which is also my account name for my icloud account and used to be the same email address on my ios devices until this problem started happening which I think coincided with the ios 6 upgrade.
So on my MacBook removed icloud from accounts under the Mail Preferences and then added it back in but set the email address as [email protected]
Then it took a while for all my mail to load back into the Mac Mail app on my MacBook and when it had finished it said I had 300 or so unread emails which is the same number that were showing as unread on both my ios devices but the same emails I had already read on my MacBook when the email address was [email protected]
So I went through again those unread emails on my MacBook and lo and behold looking at the ipad and iphone the unread count had been fixed.

Acrobat PDFs not showing in reader app

I have uploaded some PDFs from my computer into acrobat.com, but when I open my reader app on my iPad and click the acrobat.com tab, none of those documents appear. It says there are no documents to display. I am logged known both my computer and my app. What is wrong? How do I get my app to sync my acrobat documents?

I figured it out! I was using acrobat workspace. I clicked the icon in the top of the four boxes then clicked acrobat.com and that took me to the actual cloud.

Attachments not showing in pdf

We are having an issue where attachments are not showing in reader 10.1.14
We can open the same pdf file in Nitro and see the attachments but again, cannot see them in adobe.
I have searched unsuccessfully for a day on the internet but still have not found a solution to this issue.
Any help is much appreciated.

Are the PDF files showing with the PDF icon or other icons in your local disk?
Please start Outlook in sate mode and test again. To do this, press Windows key + R to open the Run command, type
outlook /safe and press Enter.
In addition, you may also try to clean out the Temporary Outlook Files folder to check the result. See:

Actual date hours PROBLEM - Displaying or not "Show time" in "User preferences"

This is my current issue. I have a 5 days calendar with hours 7AM -> 8PM.
AM ->When I check "show time" in "user preferences", I show the good hours in ES and EF. When I apply AS and AF, AUTOMATICALY the good default hours are applied if i change the date (7AM -> 8PM)...
But, if i check, "do not show time" in "user preferences" and then i apply AS and/or AF changing date, PRIMAVERA apply automaticaly 00:00 in the hour ans "forget" the hours of the calendar...
It represent a big big problem for me, first of all in the gantt representation.
Any idea to fix this issue ?

I think you need to do setting in grantt chart view setting..as Day,Week,Month in stead of user preference as " do not show time".

I have the same problem, the Icon is not showing up. I have Mountain Lion and the latest Apple TV update. I have Mirroring checked, but the pull down menu says no devices available. Apple TV has Airplay turned on. I turned it on and off and back on are restared both the Apple TV and MacBook Air and it still won't see the Apple TV.

Why does my mail not sync as read across devices ios7 and mavericks

When I read an email on one device why does it not show as read on my other devices. I end up having to go through my mail three times. Is their an option I haven't clicked or is my mail not set up right.

Your email accounts have to use the imap protocol in order to sync across devices.Are all your email accounts on all devices configured to use the imap protocol?

Boris plug ins not showing up in effect menu?

I had to uninstall and reinstall my system. Everything is fine except my Boris effects are not showing up the effect menu. The disc was installed and the a copy of the folder is in the library app support and the FCP system support folder. Why don't I see them in the program?

yes- I have the few Boris options that come with FCS.
But I'm talking about the full Boris Complete effect application. The effects should be in the video filter drop down menu. For some reason they are not showing up.
