I am mentioning here the run name, Termination date & time ( time how many minutes I have to increase is it like that for these many records these much time we have to mention) I say execute ,it is giving me the error
Error determining rate foreign currency INR local currency
Eur date 02.01.1997(doc 4969)
What I should do to solve this
what I did is I specified the doc no from 33 to 4968
& executed then it is asking for archive session, what is this archive session & is it mandatory to specify the archive value ,if so what value I should specify in that

Here the Curency conversion factor maybe missed in R/3 .Show this error to your FI functional peoople to slove this.

Dear Experts,
i am facing an error while filling the set up table for 2LIS_11_VAITM in the source system.
The error was "Company code for sales org 9000 does not exist (document 1326)".
when i checked the document in the Header table VBAK,company code was blank for the document .
Company code was there in the selections for the setup table.
The error means that company code should be maintained for the sales document as per my knolwedge.i think document was not created properly in the source system.
Could you please help me out to over come the problem.

in the selection screen for filling the setup table, there is a parameter No. tolerated faulty documents
you'll have to enter at least '1' here in your case
it might be that there are other erronuous records, in that case it will crash again, and you'll have to increase the value for this parameter
(under "normal" circumstances, all documents in the source should be correct... but apparently it's possible to circumvent this)

Error when Filling the set up tables

Hi Friends,
I'm trying to fill 2LIS_03_BF, I think it is not mandatory giving selection criteria rigt!! I have 2 issues here
(1) when I give no selection criteria, no records are getting loaded
(2) When I give the slection criteria , I'm getting a message " Plant 6001 Doesnot exist".
How should I handle this?? I need to fill this extractor, can someone help me,

no need to give Selection criteria. may sme other field you are missing (either run name or termination date etc).
No need to fill posting date or document number... it's not mandatory.

Filling of set up tables for Full and Delta updates

Dear Gurus,
How do I go about filling the set up tables if I want to load historical data to BW using LO **** pit when set up table is running on delta ?
I want to know how many set up tables will be there for each data source, Because if set up table is running on delta and using the same table I want to load historical data also then will I have to delete and fill set up tables or there will be a separate set up table for full upload and delta ?
If we have multiple set up tables for one data source then in the T-code OLI*Bw, where * -> App logistics num, so to fill I just say OLI6BW, then which set up table it is going to refer.
Clarify my doubt and get rewarded with plenty of points.

Why to give New Run Name every time for filling up the Set UP Tables

Hi,
While filling up the SETUP Tables we have to give RUN Name.
Every time while filling the SETUP Tables we have to give New Run Name.Is there any special reason for this
every time we have to give NEW Run Name while filling up the SET UP Tables?

How to extract data into the set-up table for 2LIS_06_INV LIS structure

We are using ECC 6.0 and SAP BI NW 2004S. I activated the 2LIS_06_INV (Invoice Verification) structure. Interestingly, I don't see any Events under this structure (MC06M_0ITM) - my understanding is the events usually determine what type of data is generated for a given structure.
I see Invoice Verification when I use the Inventory Management -Perform Setup option when doing the set-up tables. However, when I use this option, I get a message saying " No extraction structure active or no BW connected".
Can someone list the pre-requisites and the steps to load the set-up table for the 2LIS_06_INV structure.

Error while filling up set up tables in SAP R/3

Experts,
I trying to fill up set up tables for application component 11 (SD) for my LO extraction. It gives me the following error

when I check in RSA3, I have data before 06/19/2007 but nothing is filled up after that.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Filling of set up tables for several company codes

hi
i am filling a set up table for the application specific inventory control statistical data. But while setting up data filling selection parameters contains selection parameters for the single Company code.
But in my scenarios there are several company codes whose data resides in the R/3 and i need to bring data for all company codes in the set up table.
so now filling up the data in set up table, shall i have to fill up data for individual company code, OR i have to fill data for one company only and on delta load data pertainig to other company codes will be populated to the set up tables.
kindly give ur expert advice in this situation.

i dont understand why should it be mandatory to fill the company code on r/3 side while initialisation!!
But even if it is mandatory, u have to do one by one init runs on R/3 side for all company codes that you need.
Check in rsa3 for records after the init runs.
If it was not mandatory, u could have run the setup(init) run on r/3 side for all company codes at a time by keeping the field blank!!
Also again in the BW side you can have company code for selection in the infopakage!! there u can also have it as a range rather than running for one at a time.

How to fill up set up tables for 2lis_03_UM and BF?

I am working on Material movements, and i have a How to do document. According to that, its showing me to fill up set up table for 2Lis_03_bf by using TCode OLI1BW, and in the very next step its again telling me to fill up set up table for UM, by using the same TCODE ( OLI1BW ) .
Now, if i do that, how would the system know that it has to fill up set up table for BF and then UM ? , no where in the screen its asking to fill up the Data source.
OR i just have to fill up set up table ONCE, and it will fill up for both the DS ?
please help.

Hi,
I think you can follow the same procedure. After completion of setup table filling you can check the result in RSA3.
In case of UM, you will have the provision to load data based on specific Company codes, but if you don't have any such requirement then you can simply fill setup tables.

Problem in filling the final internal table

I am working on a code in which i have to fill up the final internal table which will store the values coming form different internal tables.Here's the code which i am trying to do but it is not giving the execat functionality.In this code ITOUTPUT is the final itab which is storing the values of all other internal tables.

Ok,i ha d checked my code by using your logic and giving the run time error ......
i had debugged my code (orignal onementioned in above thread with little modification) in which i am able to see that finaloutput (intrenal table) is getting filled properly and the problem arises when the cursor comes to the write statement ... it is repeating some of the values when output is displayed where as before displaying output this iternal table is having the correct data. i am using the following code :-

How to get required fields in the selection screen while filling a set tabl

i was filling the set up table for 2lis_13_vditm.but while filling the set up table in the selection conditions in the tcode OLI9BW.
I would like to have the a field added in the selection condition which is not existing in the OLI9BW.

As far as I know, you're just limited to whatever fields are in the transaction... That applies for any of the setup tables processes.
If you need to limit the data that goes to BW, you can do so by putting the logic in CMOD, EXIT_SAPLRSAP_001, Include ZXRSAU01 for the specific extractor.

How to fill set up tables with out missing the delta records

Because,when i start the filling set up table by 10.AM if there are any posting at 10:05,10:06....like that
how can collect them i.e will i miss any records in second delta run?What setps to be taken care?

Hi.
You can fill the set-up tables during normal operation hours ,if you load the data into ODS and the update queue is 'Queued delta' .Downtime is needed to avoid the duplicates .But if you use 'Direct delta' you miss the delta documents. Hence it is better to go for downtime approach for this case.
Initially your delta records will be stored in the extraction queue and then when you run the collective job, records will be moved into delta queue. You can run the collective job (LBWE) anytime after the init run.If you need a daily delta ,then schedule this job before the delta loading. You can schedule this job either hrly or daily .This will move your records into delta queue. At the time of delta loading ,all your delta queue records will be moved into BW .

And another point I want to make u clear............LBWQ is not the Delta Queue.............Delta queue is RSA7...............it comes into play in delta loading.......LBWQ is Extraction Queue.........While delta loading....if we use the Update mode Queued Delta........then any Changes will not directly get updated in the Delta queue.....For the Delta set up.........
1) First u hav to run init with data transfer(After filling the set up table)
2) After that any Changed ........will be recorded in the Extraction Queue(LBWQ)........
3) After a certain number of records get accumulated in LBWQ........We hav to run V3 jobs to bring the data in the Delta queue(RSA7)...

Why do we need to fill the set up table when there is not user activity in the source system?
Is this going to lock the application tables like vbak, vbap, vbuk etc,.,?
what happends if i run the statistical run when the users are active in the system?
I want to do set up fill for orders starting from 2005 to July 2009.
When is the best time?

Hi,
Prod system will be busy during your set up tables filling time.
Try to check ECC system load burden and fill set up tables data when system have required free application servers(SM50/51). Even try to fill set up tables in background.
if possible, use selections and fill set up tables.

Missing the prevoius months data from Set up tables..

Hi,
I have filled the set up tables for 2LIs_11_VAITM for the g iven number range for Doc.No.(which is up to 02 Jan 2008)
Unfortunately the records were missing in the months of Nov and Dec 2007.. The missing Doc. Nos are with in the range..
If I see the LIS Log, I can see the end date is Aug. 2007(31.08.2007). Does it make any difference in getting the data..
