Final Confirmation of the operation

Hey Gurus
Where in the work order we can find out who did the final confirmation, I checked in the action log but didn't find any thing there?

hi
Are you refering the confimation of order ,if so then from menu Extras>Change documents>Complete confirmation. you can get the person user id name
if you are refering to TECO the order you can check in the action log from menu Extras>Change documents>Action log

  • PP confirmations Goods movements ONLY allowed when final confirmation.

    Dear All,
    Transaction CO11N.
Is there a possibility to do the goods movements of components which are on back flush only on final confirmation of the operation?
Any help is more then welcome!
    Best regards,
    Luc Knuts

    Thanks for the quick reponse!
I will explain the problem a little bit more in detail.
Every operation is executed on a different work center.
We deliver the components to the supply area which is assigned to the work center.
For this reason it's not possible to do the component allocation on the last opereation.
We also produce by-product which should be available on stock when the final confirmation of an operation is been done.
To start and stop activities on an operation we are going to use a scanningsystem which is going to transfer, the hours spend on the operation, via PP-PDC to SAP R3.
The confirmation of the goodsmovement will be done manually via a final confirmation of the operation because it's necessary to adjust the qty of the components.
These are on backflush and the business here does not want to use transaction Migo for this process.
I'm going to check the user exit's that you wrote down to see if I can solve the problem via these.
    User exit - CONFPP05 or CONFPP06 or BAdi - WORKORDER_CONFIRM

  • Bapi for final confirmation serviceorder

I'm looking for a bapi which enables me to give a final confirmation to a serviceorder.
in the current scenario people are using cats for hourdeclaration on serviceorders. most of the time it is not known after hours are entered if the job is finished or not. when it's know after a few days the engineer has to declare 0,01 hours to make it possible to give final confirmation.
I 'm searching for a bapi where I can set the final confirmation for the serviceorder
the other alternative is to use IW41 to set the final confirmation only that can't be fully programmed inside cats with bdc
if anybody has any alternatives they are also welcome
    kind regards

  • AFRU table when a confirmations at the order level is entered?

    Hello,
I know that the users can enter a confirmation in the operation level (with the co11n transaction) or in the order level (with the co15 transaction).
What I want to know is if physically, in the AFRU table, when a user confirm directly an order (co15), do we find lines of confirmation for all the operations with quantities for all the operations (proportional) or just one line with the operation empy (at 0 for exemple) and all the quantity in this line?
    Thanks a lot,
    Regards,
    Julien

    Hi,
When you confirm order using CO15 at order level, there will be only one entry in AFRU table for all operations and Operation field in the AFRU table would be blank.Only Order number woule be present.

  • Process Order Partial confirmation (PNCF) and Final Confirmation

    Hi expert,
I'm already running t-code COHVPI to mass processing process order so it status change from TECO to CLOSED. But there is an error message "process order partially confirmed". Is that true if process order must be final confirmed before it changed to CLOSED. Should we change the status of partial confirmed (PNCF) to Final confirmed (CNF) before process order CLOSED.
    Please give me a suggestion.
    Thank you.

Correct. Final Confirmation is THE signal to the rest of the world that that this order is DONE (at least from the GR standpoint). This will also retire the order from the APO/SNP radar.

  • Final confirm one operation sets order status CNF

Here is the issue I am having.
I have PM Order with multiple operations. If I confirm any one operation with 'Final confirmation' checked then Order status changes to CNF and I am unable to do any further confirmation on the order.
I am expecting the order status to be changed to CNF only after ALL the operations have a CNF status, but it is not behaving like that. I searched oss and could not find any relevant notes.
    Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    PJ

    Some questions:
    - Do all operation have time
    - Do all operations have the same Operation Control Key
    - Are you using any batch programs to update the order/confirmation
    - How are the confirmations created
    - Are there any user-exits/BADIs being used on the confirmations

  • Good Movement at the confirmation of an operation

    Dear All,
I tried to make good movement when I maked an confirmation for an operation.
I configured whit TC: OPK4 automatic good movement and whit TC: OP67 I choosed option automatic good movement for control key.
However, when I maked an confirmation (TC: CO1F), the system didn't propose the material from BOM, for issues, or the finished good to get in stock.
And an additional question: if I have many operations on the routing and each of them have the same control key (PP01, for example) the system cannot accept any automatic good movement.
What can I do in this case?
Thank you very much for the answers.
    Regards,
    Marian

    Hi,
You are trying progress confirmation right...
As per my knowledge for production order confirmation you could findth egoods movement...
    in CO15 or CO11N...
For th e second question if u have N number of operations then you could confirm operation wise in CO11n and for first operation goods issue and for the final operation goods recipet will happen

My internal boot drive is NOT showing up in the Event Library in Final Cut X. My external raid drive is showing up.
I am also getting error message "The operation couldn’t be completed. Cannot allocate memory"  when attempting to create a new "event".   Any ideas?
If I had a application disk, I would unistall and reinstall FCPX.  I am assuming there is a way do do this without a disk - just have not been able to easliy find out how.
I am using an IMAC Core i7 with 8GB memory, OS version 10.6.8
    Thanks

Well it did NOT work.  Here is a screen capture as FCPX loads showing the drive while it loads. Then when it is loaded, NO drive showing up in the Event Library ( I have turned off the external drive).

  • Inspection RR should be allowed for the operation confirmed qty only

    Hi  Friends
I have one requirement , Inspection results recording should be allowed for the operation confirmed qty only
    i.e
        1. Release Production Order for 100 qty
        2. Inspection Lot created for 100 qty
        3. Production Confirmation done for 1st operation for 50 qty
        4. Next operation is testing or Quality inspection
        5. Used 03 insp type(WIP inspection)
        6. Result Recording should be allowed only for 50 Qty
        7. If i go for 51, system should give message(i.e confirmation not done for 51)
        8. Usage decision saved for 50 qty, Remaining 50 qty,we have to do separate RR & UD once confirmation done
Please let me know the settings,
    Thanks & Regards
    Gajendranath

    Hello Gajendra
    Please find my inputs
    1) PLease activate in OPK4 for the production order type these 3 setting
    a) Operation sequence :  Error when operation sequence is not followed
    b) Overdelivery : Error when overdelivery tolerance is exceeded
    c) Results Rec. (QM) : Error message if no insp. result exists
by doing this a) you make the sequence of operation mandatory. no body can confirm operation no 30 without confirming 10 & 20
    b) if you have confirmed 50 in the first operation, you cannot confirm more than 50 in second operation
    c) it will not allow you to confirm through C011n if the result recording is not done
    2) Kindly understand for 03 inspection the lot quantity will be of 100 (PO quantity as in your case). so it is impossible to give UD for 50 quantity and then do the UD for the rest of the quantity.
UD is for the lot and not for the confirmed quantity. And please note for 03 inspection confirmation holds the importance rather than the UD
So use 03 for intend of its use
    Regards

upgrading to osx 10.6.8 fails. I see errors in the /var/log/install.log of "An unexpected error occurred while moving files to the final destination." Underlying Error=(Error Domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=5 "The operation couldn’t be completed. Input/out. Any thoughts on what is causing these errors and the upgrade failure?
    Thanks

I have no idea what the specific error code means but input/output errors can sometimes mean a disk is failing. Make a couple of backups of all important data before doing anything else.
Verify your startup disk using the First Aid tab in Disk Utility. If the disk needs repair boot from your Leopard DVD and repair your disk from Disk Utility under Utilities on the screen after you choose your language. Repeat the repair process until Disk Utility reports all is well.
If Disk Utility doesn't find any errors you might want to try a new download of the update and keep a sharp eye on your HD for anything else that might indicate all is not well. Take special care to back up important data.
If Disk Utility finds errors it would probably be a good idea to pay a visit to the Apple Store to have them check out your hard drive even if Disk Utility is able to repair the errors.

  • Can not confirm the operation because of Status inconsistency?

    Hi Gurus,
I have error message BS013, System Status is active for Operation.
The Opeartion status in CTRD and REL (both are active)  the workorder is REL.
When I am trying to confirm the operation through IW41, I get the error message BS013.
When I search the SAP notes I got the note 638826, but it is already implemented in my workpackage 4.7.
There is no other note I can find.
                 kindly help.
    With regards,
    Narendra

    Hi
Pls check the standard system status maintained in the BS22, in your Dev client and check whether any body have changed the standard settings. If so reverse it to the standard SAP setting with the help of your administrator.

  • Qa32-confirm the operation before proceeding error even though operation is confirmed.

    Hi,
In qa32, while doing ud and while saving, it is showing the error message as confirm the operation before proceeding.even though the operations are confirmed. we are doing the co1f conformation.please find the screenshots for the issue.
we are 3 in process inspections operations with operation nos 25,65,75. The 25,65 operations we are closing in qa32 with force closer. i.e when operation 75 doing ud, the inspection operations 25,65 happening force closer. But in order even though operations are confirming also,it is showing the below error message while doing ud in qa32. Please help me on this. why it is showing that error message even though operations are confirmed.
    Regards,
    Mastan.

Memory errors have nothing to do with actual lack of RAM. The file is damaged or references a potentially critical external component like a specific printer driver whose info has been stored in the file, a font, a color profile, a linked image or whatever. You need to figure out those problems instead of blindly throwing more resources art the program. As a start, try to open the file on another system. If it works you can limit the investigation to the specific machine and even if it doesn't it may give you a more meaningful warning that helps to diagnose the error.

  • Preventing additional component consumption after final confirm in PM Order

    Hi,
I am trying to block the consumption of additional components after the final confirmation in a PM order, this is causing erroneous component consp. especially in orders with multiple operations.
The user may choose a confirmed operation while recording a component, system gives an error but it does not prevent the recording of that component, I want the users to get an error and stop there in such a case.
I hope I made myself clear, thanks in advance
    IW32 Screen: https://picasaweb.google.com/koray.tulumen/Paylasacaklarim#5707123654338971234

OK once more I thought I should add screens to better tell what I was trying to ask, I could not do that with the old forum layout. Anyways, could I get that result (in the screens) thru customization. There have been other comments relying on Orders' user statuses but with multiple operations they are not usable, every operation is confirmed individually and order status does either let or deny material movements thru the whole order (all operations)
Here are the screens, thanks again.

now I want to confirm the production qty through QM lot 03
I set a Insp point at header and sampling procedure for insp points also in operations details mentionedI Inspection point completion - Qty, Valuation and ticked the radio butten Qty related.
But still i dont get the pop up for qty confirmation for the Inspection lot.
I used customized insp point and valuation is maintained but the tab for Function module is not maintained.
    Pl suggest whats missing?
    Regards,
    Anil

    Hi anil,
    Use RR worksheet QE51N
In this work sheet, click on the save button after you valuate your Characteristic for the operation. A samll window will appear named "VALUATION". Here you need to select the Radio Button :"Final Confirmation" to proceed further.
Ifyou fails to do this refer these notes
    Note 88740 - QE11 for process orders
Note 82959 - QM: Activity confirmation for process order from QE*
