When I go to Time Machine to restore, only today's Sent Mailbox is available. Time Machine has been backing up seamlessly for months, so there should not be a problem finding a backup. What's going on and how do I restore the Sent Mailbox?

    Unless your TM drive is messed up, the backups should be there. So relax a bit.
    The mail is stored in your Home Library folder, not the hard drive Library folder. The Home Library folder is hidden in Lion. To get to it, select Go in the Finder and hold the option key down. Select Library in the submenu. A Finder window will open up in your Home Library.
    From there, you will navigate to the Mail folder, then V2 folder. All main mailboxes for each account will be in their account folder. There is another folder called Mailboxes which will store all local folders.
    If you select the V2 folder in the Finder window, then enter TM, you should be able to go back into time.
    Before doing anything else, first open Disk Utility and verify that your hard drive is OK.
    If it is, go into the hard drive and navigate to the Home Library/Mail/V2 folder. Open each mail account and click on the mailbox your messages were in, like the inbox. See if the messages folder contains messages.
    I just want you to see if the mailboxes are in the account folders and that they contain data. If so, we will continue from there. There's no use in trying to restore if there are problems just yet. Let's verify this first, then we will proceed.

    Do we have any option in Sender JMS adapter to archive the message before processing the message?
    I have searched in sender JMS adapter (XI7.0) settings, but couldn't find any option.
    My assumption is whether any option provided in configuration setting of adapter engine or any other alternatives.

  • Inter compay EDI invoice error "Enter G/L Account No. Message no. ME083"

    Hi Friends,
    There is one IDOC in to error with the error message of "Enter G/L Account No. Message no. ME083".
    This IDOC is an intercompany EDI Invoice and I have checked the configuration of EDI intercompany in OBCA, OBCB, OBCD, OBCC, OBCE. The settings are maintained properly.
    Can any one let me know what is the problem and how to resolve this?

    Dear Karthik,
    There was an logic in the idoc processing for the text segment of the idoc.
    If some text/number avaialble in this segment (text) then system will check for the first 4 characters as chart of accounts and next 3 characters as transaction and look for the GL account in the T030 table of the OBYC.
    In my case there was a space (more than 4+3=7) and system was taking 4 spaces as COA and 3 spaces as transaction key and looking for the GL account in T030 table. And unfortunately there was an blank entry in T030 table and due to this system unable to find the GL account for this combination (Spaces).
    To resolve this issue go to SE16 and give table name EDID4 and give the segment name (segment of text field) and idoc number and search. You will get all the text related segments and try to find the segment having Space before the text/numeric filled in that segment.
    There after edit the IDOC and remove the space from the text field of the segment and try to re-process the IDOC from BD87 transaction code.

    My super user has already done the following
    1. OB52 -- Current period open is 1 2012 to 2 2012
    2. Asset depreciation run is done
    3. AJRW has been executed
    4. AJAB has been executed .
    Still we are getting the following error .
    Fiscal year 2011 is already closed in Financial Accounting.
    Message no. AA669
    Diagnosis
    You have initiated a recalculation of asset values for fiscal year 2011. However, fiscal year 2011 is still open is Asset Accounting, but not in Financial Accounting.
    System Response
    Due to this inconsistency between the General Ledger and the the subsidiary ledger, processing is terminated.
    Procedure
    Close fiscal year 2011 in Asset Accounting as well.

    Hi:
           The logic behind the error is that It is not allowed to close first general ledger before sub ledger. This will lead to inconsistencies.Please open fiscal year in FI-GL. Use t codeOB52 to do so.
    Refer to OSS note 619969 for this issue, If it is not possible to open the fiscal year because audit has already been completed ,then there is a Workaround report RACORR20_A from note 29694

    It seems pretty clear to me.
    When you turn off your primary account the only active account the phone can send via is your Gmail account, and that's what you're seeing.
    The question is why do you need to turn off the primary account.. which you answer:
    When that is set up as the primary server and turned on I get a message that says "the recipient was rejected by the server
    That's because your ISP (megalink) is using access controls to manage who sends mail through their mail server. The first thing they're probably doing is using IP address restrictions - essentially saying they'll only relay mail from any machine on their network (including dialup/DSL/etc. customers), but you're not on their network, you're on an AT&T (or Verizon) 3G connection which isn't in their IP address range, and therefore not valid as far as their mail server is concerned.
    The typical solution to this is authentication - by authenticating to their server (via username and password) you identify yourself as a customer and they should relay your messages. So check your phone to ensure that you have authentication enabled for your primary mail account.
    If that fails (e.g. they don't support authenticated SMTP) the next option would be to relay the message through your cell provider's mail server - as an AT&T wireless customer you should be able to relay through AT&T's mail server... likewise for Verizon (or whatever national carrier your iPhone is on). You'll need to check with your carrier's site for the specifics of the mail server address to use.

  • Cant add jabber account to messages app

    Hi,
    When I try to add a new account to Messages the only option for an account is yahoo.  My other machines allow jabber, aim etc but the only option i get on this machine is yahoo.
    Perhaps the preferences have gone awal I have tried deleting them in the library to no avail.

    First, make sure that Parental Controls are not enabled for the account. If not, continue.
    Please read this whole message before doing anything.
    This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
    The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, or by a peripheral device. 
    Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
    Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including Wi-Fi on certain iMacs. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
    The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin. Test while in safe mode. Same problem? After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem.  Post the results of the test.

    I have run the query in note 1090457. "Reconciliation difference must be zero before reconciling [Message 3821-8]"
    Although the error message that the note refers to is different than the error message I am getting the query does return several transactions. When I omit the transactions detailed by the query when reconciling the account the internal reconcilliation works.
    Strange....

    Hi All,
    When doing an internal reconciliation on a GL Account I get the following error message -Invalid Account Code (Message 173-9).
    Does anybody know how to solve this problem?
    The automatic reconcilliation differences account has been set up in GL Account determination setup.

  • IHC Account closure

    Hi Guys,
    I am trying to close an IHC current account in SAP In-House cash system using transaction code F9K2-Change Current account.
    When I try to save the transaction after entering the account closure date along with the reason and a refernece account for balancing, I get the error: "Factory calendar read error" - Message no. FK883
    Could someone please help me out here and let me know what am I missing here?

    Please check the Holiday Calendar assign to account to be closed in tab “Administration Data”(T-code F9K2)  & see in  configuration whether same holiday calendar  is linked with factory calendar or not (using T-code: SCAL or table TFACD).

    I have recently noticed the message on my email account saying that as I havnt logged for a long time the mailbox will be suspended. how do i stop this as i tend to use my ipad to get emails but I have also logged in the conventional way and the message does not go away.
    having read some other posts it seems that it could be because i have changed my primary email address due to it being hacked almost monthly even after changing passwords
    can someone tell me how to sort this

    When I accessed "Manage Your Email Addresses", I noticed a pending "Account Suspension Message", on both my email addresses.
    It mirrors a previous issue, in the same style as the following link:-

    i'm using mail on osx 10.7 with multiple gmail accounts. when i create an email, i check to be sure i'm sending/replying from the correct account. after i send it, somehow it actually sends it from a different account, other than the one i've selected "from." this is evidenced by the reply email i receive. how can i fix this?
    in preferences, i have "send new messages from : account of selected mailbox"

    From the Mail menu bar, select
              Mail ▹ Preferences...
    The Mail preference dialog opens. Select the Composing tab from the row of icons at the top. From the menu labeled
              Send new messages from:
    choose
              Account of selected mailbox
    Note that this setting may have no effect if you start a new message while a VIP or smart mailbox is selected in the mailbox list. Those are saved searches, not actual mailboxes.
    If the problem remains, select the Accounts tab in the preference dialog, then select the affected account in the list on the left.
    In the Account Information pane, select the correct server in the menu labeled
              Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)
    If there's only one server in the menu, select
              Edit SMTP Server List...
    and add a new server with the correct settings. If you're not sure how to do that, try the Mail Settings Lookup.
    Another possibility is that the wrong card in your address book is selected as yours. Select your card in the Contacts application. Then select
