Financial / Ageing Report Preliminary Page
Hi Experts,
SAP prints a preliminary page when producing a few reports (ie P&L or Customer Statements).
Is it possible to switch this option off?

Hi,
In the current system it is not possible to prevent "Preliminary Page - Accounting" to be printed/ emailed.
As a workaround, please kindly refer to the following workaround:
- Open Print Layout Designer, choose document type "Preliminary Page - Accounting"
- Open the Layout Template, chooose all the fields and set them to be invisible.
- Save the template as default one.
- Now when print/ email, the preliminary page will be blank.

Hi Everyone,
I am trying to print a delivery document with Batches. The system prints the Batch transaction report along with the packing list which is good.
However, I do not want the first page that says - Batch Number Transactions Report - Selection Criteria page to be printed as it is of no use. Is there a way, we can disable this preliminary page from printing?

How to delete the 1st page of aging report
Dear All,
When we print Aging report from SAP (statement one page per customer), it print the parameters page to the 1st page. As our customer want to send the statement by email from SAP, they don't want to send the 1st page to the customer. Is there a way when we print the statement, we don't print the 1st page? They don't want to export the statement to a PDF file and send it from outlook. They want to send the statement directly. That means we cannot have the 1st page in the layout. Thanks in advance.

YukaGordon, Thanks for the reply. Their issue is, they don't want to print it to a printer. They want to SEND it by outlook integration. So the whole report will be in one attachment and they don't want to see page 1st.

Page Numbering for the aging report
Hi,
Does any one know how I can achieve the following:
For the customer ageing report we need to print all customer statements at once. On our print layout we currently use the following CurrentPage()/TotalPages() formula fields to dispaly the page number. The result we get is 1/10, 2/10, 3/10....etc.
We actually need the following, for total 10 pages statement would like to display the page number as follows:
Customer A: 1/1
Customer B: 1/3, 2/3, 3/3
Customer C: 1/1
Customer D: 1/5, 2/5, 3/5, 4/5, 5/5
Does anyone know how to achieve the above for continuous print?

You are trying to print the detailed aging report. Right?
It seems that there is no way of "splitting" the page numbers within a collection report.
The system could not count the pages for EACH customer.The total number per pages will be per whole document, and cannot be per business partner within the same document when using the formula currentpage().

We recently upgraded a customer to 8.81 and now some documents and Ageing etc are printing with this "Preliminary Page". How do I turn this off? Am not able to find a solutions in the layout or Report and Layout Manager.

AP Invoice Aging Report in BI Apps
Hi All,
I am working with BI Apps 7.9.6.4 ( Financial Analytic)
In AP DAshboard, we have AP Invoice Aging report.
In this report 1-30, 31-60, 61-90 and 91+ Aging Buckets are available.
I want all 365 days like 1-30, 31-60, 61-90, 91-120,121-150,151-180, so on.
Please guide me how to achieve it.

How to get Detailed Vendor Payable Aging Report?

I was trying to find the Detailed Vendor Payable Aging Report. I went to Financials -> Financial Reports -> Accounting -> Aging -> Vendor Liabilities Aging
I could not find the detailed information: what invoices are still open.

When you are in the Vendor Aging Report Window; please click on the Vendor Row for which you want to see the Open Invoices/Documents.
You can get the Open Documents details through this.

Aging Report with Customer/Vendor Ref. No. should allow backdate
Aging Reports for Suppliers and Customers.
The current printing of the aging reports using Sales Document tab or the Purchase Document tab does not tie with the GL balances when the dates are backdated. It is important that the detail aging report to show the customer/ vendor ref. no.
There are times when urgent outgoing/ incoming payment are entered into the system for the current period when the vendor detail aging reports or the customer statement with the customer/ vendor ref. no is not ready to be printed for the previous period.
By allow backdating, it gives the users much needed flexibility in creating the transactions into SAP Business One without having to wait till all the previous month financial reporting is finalized. This is especially important during the financial year end.
Current Workaround: None.Hello,

When we take report for reconciled transactions,reconciled amounts appears in
aging days(Suppose we have ap invoice in 0-30 days and payments made in 30-60 days it's
already reconciled)

would like to recommend you to refer to the following note: 1228363-Business Partner Balance does not match journal entries。
In any SAP Business One version lower than 2007, 2 separate
reconciliation engines were employed. One reconciliation engine worked
on the marketing document level, where partial reconciliation was
supported & the other worked on the journal entry level, where only
complete reconciliation was supported.
This duality led in some instances to reconciliation inconsistencies
which were initially highlighted with SAP Business One version 2004
patch level 29, where the red message 'Business Partner balance does not
match journal entries' was displayed when running the ageing report by
sales documents & inconsistencies were detected.
In the year end closing guides (available for download from the
Documentation Resource Centre) SAP have always recommended to run the
ageing reports by journal posting.
In 2006, SAP published note 752261, now retired, documenting the system
behaviour & offering a series of 'Select' queries to aid in
reconciliation inconsistency analysis. These queries were an excellent
tool but now SAP can offer a faster, better & more accurate solution.
In SAP Business One 2007 A & B the reconciliation engines have been
unified & partial reconciliation on journal entry level is now fully
supported. Any database that is upgraded from a lower version undergoes
a complex series of reconciliation upgrade algorithms, where any
reconciliation inconsistency is identified & a reconciliation upgrade
(RU) journal entry is automatically created. This RU journal does not
document any accounting transaction, but simply creates an update in the
'Balance Due' column, thus notionally re-openeing previously
inconsistently reconciled transactions.
These RU journals are then available for internal reconciliation.

waiting for your replies, thanks in advance.Thanks a lot for your attention, this T-Code was good but it is including the Address Block for the vendors which will make my report containing 100 pages, is there any way to show the same details but with out the vendor details, only the name or the Acc. number will be enough.

Aging report from a different base date
Hi,
There is a requirement in Aging report. The report should show the the 30, 30-60, 60-90 etc with a different base date/(reference date (OPEN DATE) in stead of the current date. In this case current date should be shown as RUNDATE and there should be one more date field as OPEN DATE in the page footer.
Please help me to solve this. Thanks in advance.
