Find deleted business transactions
In which way is it possible to display the business transaction number of the deleted business transactions (e.g. SDMN, SDMI, SDHF)?
Someone accidentally deleted the service desk transaction (SDMN) of a project and I want to understand who was and which was the service desk transaction number.

You need some kind of CRM expertise to fulfill your requirement.....

VenIn sap gui use transaction crmd_order. For 'Find' option set 'All'. For 'by' set '2 Customer'. in field 'Buspartner' type the number of customer. Start the search and you will get all transactions.

We are facing the following issue:
It seems that a business transaction has been deleted. I have been having a look to see if I was able to find the responsible user but didn't find anything.
Does anyone knows how to trace a business transaction that has been deleted? I would like to see who has deleted it and how to recover that business transaction.

Unfortuantely once the transaction is deleted there is no way to restore the transaction beyond a system backup. In terms of finding out the party responsible for deletion:
Go to table CDHDR, use Objectclas with value CRM_ORDER. You will use the CHANGE_IND field as 'D'. You then can see all the business transactions that were deleted in your system.

Error message when deleting Business transaction: Activity in CRM
Hi All,
I am trying to delete a couple of Activities from CRM (Production system) and encounter two error message: "Enter a Business Partner" and "Administration header not found."
I have tried three ways to delete/archive the activity numbers in the system:
1) Using T code: CRMD_ORDER and then while in change mode - trying to delete the activities. When I tried this I get a warning message: "Enter a Business Partner" after I hit enter the warning: "Administration header not found." comes up and then takes you to the Easy access Menu after hitting enter.
2) I used T code SE38 to open program: "CRM_Order_Delete", here I entered the activity #s that I want to delete, the Activity Transaction type, select check box "Parallel" and then execute. I see a job log which says "Number of archived records = 3", the log shows that no records were deleted.
3) I have also tried archiving using T code SARA. But this also didn't seem to work. Here, I entered the Archiving object: CRM ACTON, then click on Preprocessing. I created a variant with the transaction type and activity numbers then set the start time to immediate and executed (F8) it. Even then I was not able to archive these activities. I did set the activities to status Complete.
Am I missing something? Appreciate your help.

Please verify first if the issue is caused by badi implementation
of ORDER_SAVE badi. Please check method prepare and check_before_save.
Maybe inside your implementation the function crm_order_read is called
but that is not possible in case of deleting a document as document is
not available anymore.
If that doesn't work try this one:
Please check to see if you have a badi ORDER_SAVE method
CHANGE_BEFORE_UPDATE. Please deactiviate the ORDER_SAVE Badi and retestthe deletion.
This is how we resovled our issue - hope this helps someone else:
Check using T Code: SE80 to look for a BADI implementation which used BADI: ORDER_SAVE:
SE80-> Package: Z* (look for custom packages) -> Look under enhancements for any BADI Implementations which have used ORDER_SAVE (double click implementation and in the right pane look under Definition name).
Click 'Change' and deactivate this implementaiton. Now try to delete the CRM transaction. The error msg should not pop up now. Once deletion is completed reactivate this implementation.
This is just a work around. The problem lies in the code and the code within the implementation should be debugged and fixed so that this error message does not come up again. -

Follow-up Business Transactions
Hi Experts,
I have a problem with follow-up transactions. I created two transactions, a Quotation and a Standard Order.
Then I created follow-up for these transactions in the copying control, ZAG --> ZTA. Now, when I create a new Quotation in the Web Client UI and I open the drop down list "create follow-up" I just can see many diferent activities like Contact, Task, incoming e-mail, etc. but no Business Transaction.
How can I display the new created Business Transaction ZTA (Standard Order) in the drop-down list?

Thanks for your reply but thats not the problem.
Also in the standard I have the same problem. The standard also defines follow-up transaction for AG (Quotation), AG --> TA (Standard Order) in the copying control. When I log in whith the role salespro and I create a new Quotation, save this Quotation and try to create a new Standtard order with the drop-down list "create follow-up", I just can see activites but no Business Transactions. Why can I just see activities (Task, ...) and no Business Transaktions? All these activities I can see are not defined in the copying control.
Can you help me?.
PS: I can find my Business Transaction in the Web Client UI. I just can not find the Transaction in the "create follow-up" List as a follow-up transaction

How to know the function of each business transaction in OK02 configuration. For example, when I double clik on a new user status, I need to set the Business Transaction. Diagnosis
You used business transaction &1. However, this name is not unique in the language &2.
Procedure
Change the Customizing of the business transactions in language &2 so that each business transaction name is unique (transaction FBCJC2).

The error saying that you are trying to use Business transaction &1 but the reversal is for Business Transaction &2 , just check once again really you are trying to reverse the document using correct business transaction.

BUPA_DEL: Business partner still used in business transactions
Hello,
I try deleting some out-dated Business Partners by tr. BUPA_DEL.
But the transaction prevents from deleting BPs saying "Business partner still used in business transactions".
But I can not find in what business transactions these BPs are used.

Normally, for casj journal the suggestion is to introduce segregation of duty. For e.g. the user who create and saves (for review, no document is posted at this point) the cash journal should not be allowed to post (SAP document will be posted) cash journal. Then another user should be assigned cash journal deletion auhtorisation shold related document required reversal. Basically, you should have authorisation for update, post and deletion in seprate user role.

BADI for restrict creation of business transaction independently
Hello Experts,
I have a requirement where I need to check if the Business activity (say any 'Z' transaction) has a opportunity follow-up document then only that business transaction need to be executed else should give the error that "Z transaction need to be created through opportunity only and can not be created individually".
I found one BADI CRM_ORDERADM_H_BADI where I can check for the condition but the issue is that as soon as I entered to CRMD_ORDER this BADI gets triggered where I need to trigger this BADI only when the user is trying to create the 'Z' business transaction individually.
Any Suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Deepak GuptaDeepak, there is a parameter called CRM_MODE and this has the following values depending upon the transaction context:
A - Create
B - Change
C - Display and
D - Delete
Now, in the same BAdI, since you are restricting the creation of the activity, check the CRM_MODE for the Activity, if it is A, then, call the function module CRM_ORDER_READ with the GUID of the activity and extract only the document flow ET_DOC_FLOW. Check this export table and see if the parent is an opportunity (BUS2000111). If your condition is not met, add an Error message in the transaction. -

I put in place within ICWC the Interaction record creation as initial step followed by a creation of a Service ticket.
I would like at the Completion of my service tickets the interaction record to be completed automatically as we dont want any agent to manually complete them.

CRM 4.0Hi,
I tried to come back to the idea of the Status Completed as default when Interaction Record is created.
My scenario is:
Confirm BP
Confirm IBASE
Click Service ticket on the left Menu (Interaction Record Menu is not visible anymore)
then i am on the ticket...
I noticed different small problems:
1/ The service organisation determination is not trigger anymore at the ticket creation, it is triggered only when an update occur on the ticket, in my case only when the classification is filled.
2/ When i saved the ticket, the Interaction Record appears in the Business Context, when i click on it (it is completed straigh away), but an error is present in the Interaction record, CRM_ORGMAN - 039 (Enter an organizational unit (Service))
When i had set up my interaction record status profile with more than one status (not Completed straight away) the error number 2 never occured.
The error number 1 always occurs if i use the scenario in ICWEB:
When i use one transaction type to multiple transaction type as dependent business transaction type, in my case the transaction type linked to my Business transaction profile (interaction Rec) is ZS33, then as default Service Transaction in the Dependand transaction i used a ZEST.
Config done in SAP Implementation Guide -> Customer Relationship Management -> Interaction Center WebClient -> Business Transactions -> Define Business Transaction Profiles
In case that i used directly ZEST as the default transaction type for my Business Transaction profile the Org determination occurs correctly.
As anyone seen this problem before?
Or is there anything to do to transfer the org from the Interaction Record to the Service Ticket? is there a link?
I have been through all the topics about Interaction record but couldnt find anything related to my problem.

1. The business transaction concept has the following meanings:
- A business transaction can cover several business cases, for example, sales order and contact.
- There is a similar interface for processing all types of business transactions. There is a strict split between the user interface and the processing of transactions.
- Similar functions are available in all types of business transactions.
A business transaction expresses a business interaction with a business partner.
- The business transaction provides business structures and functions that can be used in various processes of a company, for example, in sales, marketing or service.
- Depending on the Leading Transaction Category (for example, contact, opportunity, sales, service), a
business transaction has a certain structure.
Examples
· Tasks have only a header level.
· Leads, opportunities and service transactions have a header and item level.
· Sales transactions additionally have a schedule line level (delivery quantities and delivery dates,
possibly after an ATP check).
2. The primary differences between Follow up and Copying the document are:
a. In Copying, Header and Item level data are automatically copied, whereas in Follw up only header data is copied, and there is an option to copy/not copy the item data
b. In Copy, the copied transaction also has the same transaction type as the original, however in Follow up any activity can be used as Source and Target transaction types
c. Further, in copying, the change documents within a transaction are not updated, whereas in follow up, the transaction change documents are also updated.
3. Copying control can be maintained in Customizing: IMG - Customer Relationship Management - Transactions - Basic Settings - Copying Control for Business Transactions

Go to Tx SMOEAC.
Open the details of the site R/3 and check wether 'All business transactions' is subscribed or not.
If it is maintained check the queues(Out bound in CRM and inbound in R/3)
If you find any thing wrong there open the respective BDOC in SMW01 and check it.
