Find Deleted Goods recipient of SC

Hello all,
My requirement is to get goods recipient and requestor details based on SC number, I am using BBP_PD_SC_GETDETAIL FM to get them but sometimes i get PARNTNER_NO as zeros

I assume its because goods recepient may be deleted , how can i get details of goods recepient if he is deleted based on SC number.

Hi,
Pleae make sure that your picking correct GUID version for your search. If the latest GUID verion is missing the Goods Recipient. Please use the previous version to get the same.
To know the more details on version and Goods recipient EMP code/ Name.
Use the transaction BBP_PD with BUS2121 as business object and shopping cart number for object number.

Using Function module - BBP_PD_SC_GETDETAIL, you can find the relevant data (Goods Recipient)
Using Function module - BBP_PD_PO_GETDETAIL, you can find the relevant data (Goods Recipient)
Also using BBP_PD transaction you will find the complete details... Here you will find the complete table names and fields (And incase you debug, you find the relevant SAP logic)..

Find Goods Recipient when creating SC

We are using SRM 4.0
When the user is creating the SC and selecting the option of "Find Goods recipient" The system gives an error "No Values For this selection"
This is irrespective of how the user is inserting the Goods Recipent's Name.
How can I resolve this issue?

Have you defined any value (user ID or the org unit) in the attribute 'Requester' for the SC creator. In the shopping cart, normally, the creator is the receiver, but if the creator is creating the shopping cart on behalf of others and wants the recepient to be other than himself, the requester attribute has to be defined properly. if you define a org unit in the requester, then all the users assigned to the org unit will be shown in the value help for recepient.

Find partner number based on goods recipient and ship to address

Hi SRM Experts,
Can anybody please tell me that how i can get the partner details like partner number, partner guid etc based on ship to address and goods recipient?
I have seen some shopping carts in BBP_PD. In those shopping carts, i have seen that goods recipient's partner details are same as requestor partner details.
Can i consider that generally goods recipient partner details remains same as requestor partner details ?

Getting the following error messages when trying to create a shopping cart
Enter exactly one partner of type Requester (Item 1 )
Enter at least one partner of type Location Or Goods Recipient (Item 1 )
I have checked the Org Structure and everything seems to be fine
Does anyone have any ideas how to solve this

Please check your Enhancements (customer specific Business Addins) because this is a clear logical error. The same partner function is added twice, hence it must be deleted programmatically in the enhancement logic.
We have faced a similar problems in our past previous Implementations.
Incase nothing works, then what I recommend you, in the BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI Implementation, go into BBP_SC_CHANGE & BBP_CT_CHANGE methods,
and write the following lines..
SORT et_partner by partner_id partner_fct.
DELETE ADJACENT DUPLICATES from et_partner COMPAIRING partner_id partner_fct.

Hi, I am totally new with iMAC.
I can't imagine that I just brought iPhone 4 a 3 years ago.
Now I brought 3 iPad after that then, finally I have iMAC..
but entire of my life I never used this Cool stuff but I am still not used to on it.
Please anyone help me that I have Spanish Wireless keyboard and I can't find Delete button.
I can see the narrow button on my right upper side but I think that is not working like Delete function.
Anyone could help me please??

Functionality around Goods Recipient

Running ESC 5.0
The requester defaults as the goods recipient. But in the basic data tab this can be changed.
When you use the search functionality here, which users should appear here?
Is it standard functionality that all users should be the search result?
What are the prerequisites for a user to appear here?
There are quite a few users missing in my system. I have already read the thread on this forum explaining about the BUT000, ADCP and ADRP tables being checked, but where are these tables maintained?

Stickies question - finding deleted Sticky on Ext. HD

Stickies question - finding deleted Sticky on Ext. HD:
I have an iMac. I deleted a sticky awhile ago on it... and have never backed up on my External Hard Drive since then - so the text must be on the backup. Does anyone know where it would be? I had backed up the entire Home folder on my Ext. HD. I do see in Library - Stickies Database - but don't know how to open it (it won't open without an application).
Is there a possibility I can still find the missing info?

Quit Stickies.
I'd right click on the one you have now & choose Archive/Compress, move the resulting .zip file to a safe place, or just move the present one to say the Desktop for now.
Once you quit Stickies again, move the old DB in, you can copy that Sticky & paste even in Text Edit, then move the present one back, or unzip the original & replace while Stickies is Quit of course.

where do I find where the goods recipient address is maintained.

You need to select SRM browser transaction "Edit internal addresses". You then see the main company codes. Select create icon against the org unit, enter your delivery address details and flag as 'ship-to address'.
When you save it, you should then see a delivery address number that has been created. You need to assign this number to users (or org unoits) in the org structure against attribute ADDR_SHIPT (delivery address), and flag as default for the user if required. This delivery address then defaults into the user's shopping cart.

Goods recipient field not available when creating a service purchase req

We are trying to create a release strategy for purchase requisitions with acount assignments K, F and P. The release strategy would use the requisitioner and goods recipient fields to determine the release group. The issue is when creating a purchase req with item category D for any account assignment, the recipient field cannot be populated. It is greyed out. I tried setting the field as mandatory in the IMG at the account assignment level but it doesn't prompt me for a recipient if item category D is entered. Is there a way to allow this field to be populated? I don't care if the value is transferred to the purchase order but I need it populated to determine the appropriate release strategy. We are not using workflow so that is not an option. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Srinivas, I appreciate the response but the requisitioner field is not the problem. I can set that field to mandatory. The issue is I cannot populate the recipient field that's located on the account assignment tab of the purchase req. The recipient field can be populated if the item category field is blank but as soon as I populate the item category with D for service, the recipient field is unavailable. Is there a way to populate this field when the item category is D?

I dont have any connection - I found their eBook in the store long ago and used it to learn more about iBA.
The best advice though, is be patient, go back over the process step by step, I cannot access the Help files for some reason.. but i am sure its in their.

Goods recipient field at the header level when reservation is created.

Hi Experts,
In SRM, when shopping cart is created and a reservation is created in the backend ECC system, the Goods Recipient field is updated only at the item level but not at the header level. That is, when I go to the transaction mb23 and check the values for the particular reservation, the Recipient field is updated only for the item and not for the header.
On the other hand when I create a reservation manually, Goods recipient can be filled at header level as well. Is there any way in which the Goods recipient value will reflect at the header level as well when I am creating a shopping cart and a reservation is created in the backend?
