FIND DELETED REQUEST LOG

dear all
how to find deleted request log

If you have deleted from SAP level. Then you need to check at the OS level in /usr/sap/trans/log directory else you can check for the SLOG and ALOG folder also.
If total request has been deleted then you can also do the transport manually at OS level.
or
If you have simply deleted the the requests from import queue through "Extras-> Delete imported requests" in transaction STMS_IMPORT and have not deleted the logs at OS level, then you can check in "Goto-> Import History" in the same transaction to view the requests.
Just double click on the request you want and you enter the "Display Object List" screen for the particular request.
Here you can click on the secong "Spectacles" icon to display the transport steps of the request in each of your SAP system.
Just double click on a step, e.g. 'Import', 'Check Version','Export' etc. to display the log for that particular step.
You can also view the logs from operating system in the directory <TRANSDIR>/log. The logs are named in the format:
<Source SID><Step ID><Request no>.<Target SID>, where step ID is a single alphabet denoting a particular transport action.

  • Delete request / role in ERM GRC 5.3

    Hi All
I have a Role in ERM that I need to delete. Buuut, Role deletion is not possible; it has sent for approval.
In CUP we have already deleted all request (following instructions by SAP note) and there is not any request in the system.
The problem is that I can't delete this role from ERM because has been sent for approval, but I cant find the request in CUP or ERM, what can I do? Please, help me !!
    Thanks in Advance.
    David. ..

    Hi David,
I was the same problem when i wanted to create a new role.
Confirm in the Approval stage what user you assign as approver. The system doesn´t check if this user exists.
If this user doesn´t exists, the only possibility to delete the role is create a new UME user with this user, giving the necessary roles and log in to CUP to delete the role.
    I hope this help you,
    Sergio

  • Delete request  in ODS  or  Change request status

    Hi Experts!.
I have been trying to delete a request from ODS,  and this have been Impossible.
Originally Data was in ODS and in Cube. I deleted the data from the cube without problems.
To delete the request from the ODS I turned the check status to red.
If I try to delete the request from the ODS, at first, the request is flagged with a 'Trashbin' indicator, and when click 'Refresh' again, the 'Trashbin' indicator changes back to the 'Report is available' icon.
    I have already checked:
    - Data from this requests are not in any datatarget.
    - There are not any process locking the ODS.
    - I checked T.code SM37 josb BI_DEL* after deletion and the message was there was no records for that request.
I decided to delete the data selectively and leave the request as already is,  but I can't get the request to green again. I have no message errors but it doesnt change.
I entered to the monitor for the request and turned the status to green again, but outside is still in red.
    Can anybody helpme?
Even deleting the request o turning it to green again will be a solution.
    Thanks a lot!.
    Ana M.

    Hi Ana,
I think that you're able to change the total status, but not the status in the administration requests of ODS, because the system feels that the active table and the change log table are not aligned. This is a way to prevent to update records from ODS to other data target.
So you have to realigned active table and change log.
Try to delete the request in the change log related to the activation of the records you've uploaded. You can delete that request in PSA administration, the name of the request is ODSR*.
For example: your request is REQU_1000. In the tab  "reconstruction" of the requests management of ODS you also find the name of the activation request for example ODSR_2000.  You'll find that request even if you don't use PSA during the upload!
Once you set the correct selections for PSA tree (settings --> display selections for PSA tree), search in the PSA administration the request ODSR_2000 and delete it.
    Hope this helps

  • Error in Deleting Request in DSO (Problems related to table RSTSODSPART)

I transfered data from one DSO to another DSO. After selecting the request and clicking the Delete in the second DSO, I found this error message
<b>'Request is already (partially) activated; no further QM action possible'.</b>
Then, I went to the log table. It shows me this msg.
<b>'Data inconsistency; Partition /BIC/B0001371000 not deleted' Message no. RSAR026</b>
(The table /BIC/B0001371000 is the Change log table of the second DSO.)
In the long text, SAP tries to explain something related to this table <b>RSTSODSPART. Please tell me what this table is used for.</b>
Then, I checked data in this table (RSTSODSPART). It shows me <b>one record which is the changed log table name (/BIC/B0001371000) with the Del Flag marked as 'X'.</b>
    1) How can I delete this request in the second DSO?
    2) Why is that record put into this table?
(I tried deleting this record from the table RSTSODSPART and then delete the request again. It works well, but I'm not sure if it is harmful to delete data from this table directly)

    Hi..
    try this ...........
The 'RSAR_PSA_CLEANUP_DIRECTORY' program checks the PSA tables in the systems against the directory entries. It also checks for inconsistencies related to partitions.
The program has the following options/fields:
Persistent Staging Area/Technical ODS Name:(RADNAME/RADTECH) These are radiobutton options. The option 'Persistent Staging Area' allows to find the inconsistencies based on the name of the PSA that is entered through the select options. The other option 'Technical ODS name' finds the inconsistencies based on the technical name of the PSA.
Persistent Staging Area/Technical ODS Name:(PODSNAME/PODSTECH) These are input fields and would be visible based on the radiobutton checked in the above option.
In directory, not in PSA:(DELDIR) This option if clicked will check the existence of requests which are present in the PSA directory (in table RSTSODSREQUEST) but do not exist physically (in the PSA). This option will also display the number of requests and the records physically existing for the PSA.
Partition Errors/Info:(NODROP)  This option displays inconsistent behavior of the partitioned PSAs where all the requests are deleted logically (in table RSTSODSPART) but the partition is not dropped. It also displays the information about the ratio of logically deleted requests to total requests, ratio of logically deleted records to total records and their percentage, for a given partition.
The logs created by this program can later be accessed by transaction 'SLG1' using the following select conditions:
    Object                  = 'RSAR'
    Subobject               = 'METADATA'
    External ID = 'RSAR_CLEANUP_PSA_DIRECTORY'
Depending on the release of your BW system, the program 'RSAR_PSA_CLEANU
P_DIRECTORY' is contained in the Support Packages below. Alternatively,
you can use the attached correction instructions. Note that first, the
program header for the program 'RSAR_PSA_CLEANUP_DIRECTORY' must be
created with the attributes 'Executable Program' for the development
class 'RSAR'. You can then copy the source code from the correction
    instructions.

  • Upgrade from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 now Find Service Request does not work.

I recently upgraded our Test machine from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 (RHEL 4.8). After performing the install and applying appropriate patches and most recent CPU when I attempt to 'Find Service Request' I can search by number, choose the correct SR I want in the form and click open. However when the SR form opens it just defaults to a new SR instead of the one returned in the search results. I have generated all form files again and that did not change anything. I have searched and not come across anything that appears to be applicable. Anyone have any ideas?
    Thanks

I am logged in as myself and using the 'Service' responsibility.
Service -> Service Requests -> Find Service Requests
    versions:
    CSXSRISR 120.208.12010000.84
I do the search and I find it, however when it goes to open the result the sr form is as it is new.
Oddly enough if I go under sysadmin and use the same responsibility, same path and search the sr will open the returned result.
As sysadmin however it has a different layout in the 'folder' at the top of the screen. Could this be causing the difference or should that matter?
    Thanks

  • Unable to delete request from write-optimized DSO (Error during rollback)

    Hi Gurus,
I am trying to delete a delta request from a Write-Optimized DSO. This request was uploaded with a DTP from another Write-optimized DSO.
The actual overall status of the request is RED and the description of that status is now: 'Error during rollback of request DTPR_4JW6NLSVDUNYY3GTD6F4DQJWR; only rollback allowed'.
I checked the log of all Request Operations in DataStore (from the same line where the red request is now) and I see my several attemps to delete this request under a RED radiobutton with the title Rollback.  The details for this error are the following:
