Find download pictures not in gallery

Please help, I cannot find downloads after downloading a picture... I go into my gallery and there not always in there... example if I download a picture from facebook then this screen comes up saying downloading and then I can't find that area again I have a few pictures I think like 15 I can't get cause I can't figure it out ... hope I don't sound to **bleep** but I need help figuring this out

I've seen gallery take some time to update before stuff that was just added becomes available. Have you checked to see if you can find the pictures by "browsing" for them using some sort of file explorer (I understand that Astro File Manager is a popular one, but I don't personally use it)?

Download pictures not recognized in catalog

I downloaded pictures from my camera into the folder where all of the other catalog pictures exist (by date 5/24) and they do not come up into the catalog (as May). After getting photos I get an error message that reads "The ODBC data source returned the following error: (Internal error: Data not found)". I can see the pics in thumnails, but cannot open them with Adobe. Thanks.

I have the same problem. APS 3.2 starter editon worked great for a year. All of a sudden I got the "ODBC data source returned the following error: (internal error: data not found)"
Is there a solution to this problem? What is the Problem??
Adobe is ruining its reputation by not responding to emails or this forum or tech support. I really like the product but would be reluctant to buy any future products from Adobe because of this.\\

Download pictures not working

I am having trouble getting pictures to go from my iPhone5 to my PC with iCloud. I can get pictures to go from my PC to my iPhone but not the other way around. Any ideas how to fix this?

Do you have iCloud set up on all of your devices? Is there a checkmark in the Photos section the iCloud Control Panel on your PC?

Also, please be aware that Lightroom is not a file browser like your operating system Finder or Explorer is. If the photos are not in the folder you expected them to be in, it is because you (accidentally) imported them into a different folder.

Did you import an iPhoto Library from the old Hard Drive? Do you still have that old Library?
The way to clear out a Library is to Export the photos - Apps like iPhoto2Disk or PhotoShare will help you export to a Folder tree matching your Events.
For the annoying start-up message:
Go to your Pictures Folder and find the iPhoto Library there. Right (or Control-) Click on the icon and select 'Show Package Contents'. A finder window will open with the Library exposed.
Look there for a Folder called 'Import' or 'Importing'.
Drag it to the Desktop. *Make no other changes*.
Start iPhoto. Does that help?
If it does then look inside that folder on your desktop. Does it contain anything you want? If not you can trash the folder.

I downloaded my pictures from memory card, and once it was done, iphoto asked me if I wanted to keep the pictures into the memory cart, I pressed no, and now I cannot find my pictures anywhere... Is there a way to find them back ?

do not use your memory card until you resolve this - you may want to use software like Media Recover to recover the images on the card
You can try Back up your iPhoto library, Depress and hold the option (alt) and command keys and launch iPhoto - rebuild your iPhoto library database
For the future a best practice to is to never have any computer program (including iPhoto) delete the photos from the card but to import the photos and keep them and then after at least one successful backup cycle has completed and then reformat the card -- I use three very large (32 GB) cards in rotation so I do not reformat for typically a year or more giving me one more long term backup of my photos

Try removing any other extensions and plugins and if that works introduce them one at a time, you may find it is one of those causing the problem.
If that does not work create a new post, this one being closed will gather less interest and someone who as an answer could miss it.

Have you looked in iphoto application. They may be there.
Have you deleted the photos from your camera or the memory card. If not download them again.
I take the memory card out of the camera and use a USB card reader to download my pictures.
The card appears as a drive icon on your desk top which you open up and can then save your pictures anywhere you like.

It means that iPhoto can't find the photos.

IPad mini does not find downloaded tv shows.

Bought iPad mini last week and bought a TV series today from my iPad. Left it to download and came back to find that the whole series had not downloaded. Not surprised by this due to space however then went to play an episode however the video app cannot find the show. Went back to iTunes Store and the series shows up in my purchases however the download symbol appears. When I tapped it it says insufficient space. So went to the settings area to have a look and it comes up with 12GBs used, however music and videos say 'no information'.
Weirdly earlier on today iTunes wouldn't let me sync any music. I selected manually manage but when I dragged and dropped it said preparing transfer and then did nothing.
Can't help but think these issues are inter-related.

Iphoto is trying to download pictures from my iphone 4s that is not connected. How do I fix this?

My imac began to download pictures from my iphone 4s, it was unplugged before the download of pictures was complete, now iphoto is trying to download without success and I can not get it to stop. How can I get iphoto to stop trying to download?

I had not set up iCloud on my iphone...my oops. Photostream is off and iPhoto on the mac is still trying to download from my iPhone. I have tired shutting off the phone, plugging it back into the mac and still no luck. It still has 53 remaining and the little colored wheel is turning.
