Find elements serial number costco

cannot locate correct serial number for a costco purchased copy of elements 12.  Have a reflective adobe sticker but no variation unlocks.  Installing under win7.  is there a support 800 number?

Update: Purchased on eBay from a bulk distributor.  Seller claims 100's of sales and never had this happen. 
The serial number on the Costco (new in the box) is 18 digits.  The installer program requires 24 digits.  Both the seller and I are stumped. Install failure happens on Win7 and Win XP desktops. Adobe support via chat and actual 800 number were useless.  Seller investigating other activation scenarios.  Standing by.

  • I got Photoshop Elements 11 when I got my Wacom tablet, but I can't find the serial number anywhere?

    I got Photoshop Elements 11 when i got my wacom tablet this summer. I recently got a better computer so i want Elements 11 on it too. The problem is that I cannot find the serial number anywhere to be able to use it on my new computer. Since I got Elements through Wacom, it does not show up as a product on my Adobe profile. Does anyone know what I can do to get it back?

It should be possible to browse your purchase history. You are looking for a 24 digit number commencing 1o57.
