Find email addresses to personal numbers in HR system

Hi,
I have to change a report, which is checking for expiration dates of qualifications and sends emails to managers, administrators, etc.
I need to enhance the report, that it is also sending emails to the employees themselves, if the qualification expires. Can anybody
tell me, in which table I can find the email addresses to the employees, by using the personal number?

Report / FM-To create/update email address from Personal detail infotype105

Any standard report or FM is available to update the SU01 email id by using personal details PA30 infotype 105 email ID.

Hi,
The FM BAPI_USER_CHANGE can be used to change the email id in SU01.
If you are looking for a method to bulk upload email address of users in SU01, you can write a BDC or LSMW to do the same. You can even write a custom FM using the FM BAPI_USER_CHANGE for bulk upload of email id in SU01.

I have the below query statement which returns the wrong results:
select * from mytable
where contains(a_text,'@msn.com') > 0
The problem is this returns ALL documents with msn.com and not the documents containing only '@msn.com' basically the @ is ignored. I just want to find the email addresses. Does anyone know how I can force a search for this query and get oracle text to use the @ ?? I tried escaping the character and everything but this no affect on the results.

Can't find email address assigned to my printer

Hello, This is a crazy question, but I'm new at this...I just hooked up my new printer and in the process, I assigned an email address to it.It works great. However I can't remember what the address was , does anyone have an idea where I find it ?I changed the first name and then it when something like @hpprinter .... thanks for any help, Silverbuzz

To find the printer's ePrint address from the printer main screen click on the web services icon in the top left corner of the display screen. iCloud is not a backup system and trying to use it as such will not work (as you see) do you have copies of your contacts anywhere else?

I want my Itunes/apps purchase emails to go to a different email address than my appleID.
I have changed the primary email address and even added an alternative.
But when I made my last purchase it sent the DO-NOT-REPLY itunes receipts to the originaly email address (which is still the appleID)
yes the new primary email address is verfied.
Am i missing another setting somewhere? in tunes or icloud? I just dont want the itunes info going to the AppleID (or original set up email address)

In Mail, you can go to the Window menu and choose Previous Recipients. This is a list of email addresses to which you have sent messages. It is separate from your contact list in Address Book.

View email addresses or BP numbers while scheduling actions

Hi All,
I am using actions to send emails to my business partners in a service transaction. When i schedule these actions using Web UI, I dont see email addresses of the recipient. Since, I need to send it selectively to only a few activity partners but not all its mandatory for me to identify the BP who is receiving the email.
Can you please let me know as to how can i see the email address or the BP number in the `schedule aciton`dialogue box?

Hi Reddy,
Well, your scenario can be fulfillted only through the custom method.
You need a define the action as Method call. In the method call, you need to bring upon a popup for the user to choose the email or bp number.

Invited external user created a Microsoft account because organizational email didn't work. User forgot email address-password. It is possable to see this email address somewhere. Invitation history shows organizational email.
My gut reaction is to delete their account, reinvite and tell them to create a new Microsoft account.

According to your description, you want to reset password for a user account.
What did you mean for "Microsoft Account"? Was it a Microsoft account like outlook.com/hotmail.com or domain.com?
If it was a Microsoft account like outlook.com or hotmail.com, the user can reset the password as the process of forgetting password.
If it was like domain.com, it could be achieved using “Active Directory Users and Computers” in DC server.

Your given link dosent opens "server not found" error. And Last time i had raised an incident to SAP and got the below reply(Some part of reply).
"Email body text field feature will be available in FP 1302 system the BO: /DOC/OM_DOCUMENT_OUT_REQ -> ROOT->ITEM->EMAIL_BODY_TEXT field is PSM write access is enabled."

template can further be modified by making the field
“EMAIL_BODY_TEXT” PSM enabled.
The hierarchy is ROOT->ITEM->EMAIL_BODY_TEXT.
This feature can only be available in FP 1302 and above systems".
Can you help where and how i can use this.
