Find my iPhone can turned off without password !!!!!!

Im shocking when knowing and it's really fact when I found that Find my iPhone can be disabled easily without need to use my password!!!!
This is big mistake required to solve

It requires physical access to your iPhone and that you have no screenlock passcode on it, and that you don't have Account Changes locked out in the Restrictions. Set either and you have no worries other than if someone restores the iPhone which removes it from Find My iPhone (though not the Activation Lock). Apple has also reportedly fixed this issue in the upcoming iOS 7.1 release. So this is not something to get your knickers in a twist over.

You can't do anything if Find My Phone was not enabled.

HT201365 I tried to restore the backup to my Iphone but I can get the "find my Iphone to turn off

After the latest update to my Iphone, I had to remove my music to make room for the download. After the download I went to Itunes to restore my playlists and it stated I needed to turn off the "Find my Iphone". I went to settings/icloud and the "find my phone" is showing 'on' but it's greyed out and I can not access it.

I think it is asking for the password for your encrypted backup.

You did not describe the problem very well. Go to iCloud.com, log in with your Apple ID, and select Find My iPhone. Click All Devices In the header. Do you see your iPhone in the device list? If not, Find My iPhone was activated using a different Apple ID.

There's no way to locate your phone other than physically looking for it. You can call your carrier & have them cancel service & Blacklist the phone, if they offer Blacklisting.
I'd suggest you change all of your passwords...Apple ID, email, etc.

There is no way to remotely enable that feature. It has to already be turne don in Settings > iCloud > Find My iPhone in order for you to locate it.

New here and have been researching this for weeks. This is a work related question, I take in traded phones and of course the most common are iPhones. The trouble is that even when the Find My iPhone option is turned off within settings, after resetting the phone at least half of the time the device is still locked.
I'm perplexed as to why it says its off but is actually still on.

I just lost my iphone. I've lodged a police report. The police said they will blacklist my phone imei/serial number. How to know whether my 'find my iphone' is turn on? Because i'm scared i've disabled it before it lost. I try to track my iphone using find my iphone and it says 'Offline'. Is that means my 'find my iphone' is turn off? If my iphone is blacklisted, can it still works?

Find My iPhone works only if all conditions are true:
1. Find My iPhone must be ON before lost.
2. iPhone has Internet connection (Wi-Fi/Cellular data)
3. iPhone is not switched off.
4. iPhone battery is not dead.
Blacklisting does not affect FMiP.

If you are the original owner of the phone and know the Apple ID and password that were used to activate it originally, and if you have an existing backup to restore from, you can force it into recovery mode (which will completely erase it) and restore it as explained here: If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. When you do you will encounter activation lock, and will have to provide the ID and password used to activate it originally in order to activate it again. If you can't, you won't be able to activate and use it.

Have you tried to reset it? Hold down the sleep and home keys for about 20 seconds and see if you can get it to reboot.
