Find relevant message in SXMB_MONI for a specific IDoc

Hi,
I have an IDoc sent from XI to ECC. I need to look at the payload in XI. I was told there was a way to find out which entry in SXMB_MONI is for the IDoc, but cannot remember.
Does anybody know how to do it.

Hi,
use we02 to see the Idoc using IDoc number. Also if you know the pipeline ID or PID you can use SXMB_MONI ->Archived XML Messages (Search using ID)
Also check BD20 and BD87.

  • No messages in SXMB_MONI for outbound proxy interface

    Dear All,
i am executing Proxy-PI-File interface and I am not able to find any message in SXMB_MONI in the ECC side.
I have done all the required proxy configurations and also the ABAP report calling the proxy is working fine but still not able to view data.
Please guide where i am missing.
    Warm Regards,
    Nishant Jain

    1. Debugg your report which is sending data to Proxy. Make sure data is present in the internal table.
    2. Proxy configuration is client specific so make sure the client from where you are running the report has been cofigured for proxy. Check SLDAPICUST & SXMB_ADM settings once again.

  • Printing out message history log for a specific co...

    I'm using Skype for Windows v 6.1.0.129 on a W7 PC.
Is there a way within Skype itself to:
Printout a message history log for a specific contact?
If there is, what is the navigational steps to accomplish this task.
If not, what is the best 'work around'.
    Thxs!

I have the same problem as I needed the log for my Fiancee Visa application.
I have just found this software that collates the skype logs.
I then highlighted the names and dates that I wanted and saved and printed it out.

  • No messages in SXMB_MONI for ABAP Synch Sender proxy

    Hi,
I am doing a Scenario which involves ABAP Synchronous sender Proxy and Webservice at the receiver end. On triggering the outbound proxy from a report, i can see no messages in SXMB_MONI of the ECC system neither can i see any message in PI(SXMB_MONI). But on triggering the same after deleting the Receiver Determination in PI Configuration, SXMB_MONI promptly logs the message with error
"No receiver could be determined" both in ECC and PI, since there is no receiver determination.
Note:I am not getting any System fault or Application fault in Sender report neither any response message.
There is no problem with the Proxy settings since other proxy scenarios are working fine with same ECC system but those are Asynchronous proxy calls.
    Any Clue about this?

  • Need to store the synchronous messages in SXMB_MONI for 7 days

    Hi Experts,
We have a business requirement where we need to store the sychronous messages in SXMB_MONI
    Regards
    Hemanth

    Hi Hemanth,
If you check the below threads/links pointed by the SCN members and me you need to do two things mainly:
    - Set up the sync monitorization. (It looks right with the information that you have pointed).
    - Programming the archive/deletion messages. This depends about your PI version and about if you want to archive/delete the messages in the ABAP or in the Java stack. Check this documents/blogs/threads:
Archiving & Deletion of messages in PI - Part 1

  • How to find out which batch job generated a specific idoc?

Is it possible to find out which batch job generated a given idoc?

You need to check in the program about the naming conventions for the job. Then based on it you will be able to identify the correct one.

  • Locate an entry in SXMB_MONI for a particular value(IDoc numbe) in payload

    Hi,
We have an R/3 – XI – Third party scenario. R/3 is sending tones of IDocs. In some cases some IDcos are not going beyond XI. In BD64 we get a status code 40(from XI).
We would like to locate the entry in SXMB_MONI for one particular IDoc. The only way now is to manually open all entries for the service/interface combination and see the IDoc number which is becoming very painful.
Since we are in testing phase, there are a lot of entries for the sender/receiver interface combination. We tried to narrow down the result in SXMB_MONI with all possible search criteria like service, interface, etc. Time is ruled out because, we have queues with a lot of messages and never know when a particular message is processed by XI  (so the time of sending from R/3 may not make sense in SXMB_MONI as a search criteria).
So my question is: it there a way to find an entry in SXMB_MONI for a particular IDoc number (which is present in the payload) ?
As a programmer, I could think about a program which does this ?! But don’t know in which tables the entries are saved or the relation between the tables ?!
Can someone please throw some light on it ?
    Thanks in advance
    Cheers

    There is a way actually.
Idoc Tracking is available from Sp18 ( I think ).

  • How to block the status mail for an inbound Idoc to a specific user

    Hi,
I have to stop sending the error status mail to a specific user depenidng on Partner Type. This will trigger when an inbound Idoc contains status error(message type INVOIC &ORDRSP).This user needs other mails which are getting triggered with the same Idoc for the same partner. Basically, the requirement is to block only the status mail for that user. The statndard task for this is TS70008125 and it uses the agent determination rule 30000001 (Idoc Administrator).in WE46, this task is assigned to process code EDIR. I have copied the task to a custom task and changed the agent determination rule. I would like to know how will I configure this task so that this custom task will trigger for the status error, without altering other workflows for the same message type & the partner type. Or is there any other way to block the mail?
    Thanks,
    Santosh

    Hi,
I have done the required coding to exclude the specific agent from the rule, copied the task and its ready. My question is how do I map this custom task to a particular partner type, for the message type INVOIC in WE20? (The message type used for the inbound Idoc is INVOIC). I checked the Partner profile in WE20. Most of the process code is using function module as the processing type.
    Thanks,
    Santosh

  • Query on IDOC Ack (STATUS) config in XI for a specific partner comm.

    Hi Experts,
Is it possible to configure the IDOC Ack (STATUS.SYSTAT01 message) in XI for a specific partner communication? We want to configure our system like ALEAUD but the message type should be STATUS.SYSTAT01 and the acknowledgment should be send to sender system for a specific partner only if XI receives any IDOC like (Orders) from that specific partner. For other partners (same sender system) we donu2019t want this acknowledgment settings and configuration. If possible please provide the configuration filters steps etc. Thanks for your valuable inputs in advance.
    Thanks,

    Hi Husain,
I have the document you have mentioned. Please note my requirement is to filter the Ack while creating and sending to R/3 based on Partner and Message type. The document provides info only on Message type filter but not parner specific for same sender system!!! Any help appreciated. Also note: BPM and Alert is out of scope.
Looking for  some ALE configuration tricks to achieve this.
    Thanks

Sorry about that. I am not exactly sure where the problem is, but I know it takes place after I put the <nav> in (in the html portion). If I understand what I am learning, the CSS at the top will structure my html code so I would have thought the CSS tageting my nav would be the focus. Maybe it is a different section though.
    CSS part:
    nav p {
    font-size: 90%;

    text-align: right;

  • Finding Text Messages in My Folders

This is strange! I have transferred a load of text messages to My Folders (I have a Nokia E50). I can see them there on my phone. But when I try to access these messages using PC Suite or anything else, I cannot see "My Folders" anywhere! And I cannot find my messages!

Thanks for your reply, Peter. I have probably 50 subject folders for my emails so I can refer to them more easily. Some are business, some are for a community collaborative I chair and other activities, like Therapy Dogs.
If I'm collecting opinions on an idea, they all go in one folder and are easy to refer to and tabulate. I've been doing this for the 24 years I've been using email! It's become a habit . . . and I do refer to the emails a lot!

  • Searching Message ID in XI using the IDOC number produced in S1P

    Hi Everyone,
I'm a sap XI newbee and i have a  question.
The scenario is like this, We have a message ID (PO) that passes thru XI from a 3PLP(3rd party system) which eventually produces an IDOC when it reaches S1P(R/3).
    Message flow:  3PLP - XI - S1P.
So in S1P(R/3)'s perspective, the IDOC is INBOUND and its supposed to display the message ID from XI in the DETAILS TAB (tCode:WE02) unfortunately  it did not.
So how would I be able to find the message ID in XI using the IDOC produced in S1P.
I hope you get my point.
PS: tcode IDX5 wont work since the IDOC was only produced as soon as it reaches S1P(R/3).
    Thank you so much,
    XI Monitor

You have to search for the IDOC from IDX5 in your XI system...
Also please check the following OSS note : Note 1083694 - IDoc adapter: IDX5 and IDoc tracking
No object relationship is written in step 2.
No object relationship is displayed in the IDoc monitor (transaction WE02) in the receiver system.
Note that object relationships are written for logical systems only (partner type = "LS").
For more information, see Note 428344.
In transaction WENOLINKS, check whether the administrator has deactivated the object relationships.
If everything is maintained, you should see the Sender idoc number(PI) in BD87...
One of the roundabout ways till you fix the issues is to get the timestamp when IDOC was created and go to SXMB_MONI or IDX5 in PI for that timestamp to get the message id

  • Is there a way to search for a specific keyword within the sites to which the bookmarks are linked? I need to search all linked sites in the bookmark folder without having to open each page and "find" manually.

Currently, I must browse through 50 or so bookmarked pages to see if a specific topic is covered. I would like to be able to search all bookmarked pages at once for a specific keyword. For example, if I have 50 news sites bookmarked and I would like to see which pages have the word "tuna" in them, I would need to open each page individually and do a "find". If I could search all of those pages at once, then I would save an immense amount of time. I have looked on the add-ons and found nothing...

    1. Create a smart album and in the drop down in the top right corner select file status
    2. Check mark the file status box and select 'Offline'
Now you should have all your 'Offline' (Yellow Exclamation and/or Red Slash) files.
    To reconnect..
    1. Select the missing files.
    2. Go to File and scroll to Manage Referenced Files
The dialog box will have one of the photos selected
    3. Select the drive and folder that contains the referenced file and select it
    4. Click 'Reconnect All'
This might not reconnect all of them, but the dialog box will still be open and you can reconnect the ones left.
