Finder counts files incorrectly

In finder, when I get info on a folder of files it indicates one too many files. If I count them, in this case there are 26 files,
finder info tells me there are 27 in the folder. This is a problem when I verify or manage photos for a client.
How do I fix this?

Check for .dll files
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes and C:\Program Files\iTunes and look for .dll files.
If you find QTMovie.DLL, or any other .dll files, move them to the desktop.
Reboot your computer.
Note: Depending on your operating system, you may only have one of the listed paths.
Uninstall and reinstall iTunes
Uninstall iTunes and all of its related components.
Reboot your computer. If you can't uninstall a piece of Apple software, try using the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Utility.
Re-download and reinstall iTunes 11.1.4.

You get exclamation marks or dead tracks because iTunes can’t find the file. This can happen for a number of reasons:
The song file or a folder in its path was renamed
The song file or the folder it is in has been moved
The song file has been deleted
The device containing the song files e.g. external drive is not accessible or the drive letter has changed.
If you use an external drive, a change in drive letter is a common cause and you need to change it back.
AS a way of working out what has happened, right click on a track and select the summary tab (you will have to go past an error message). The summary tab will tell you where iTunes thinks the track is located. How does that compare with where the track actually is?
The xml library file is not used by iTunes, it is created to allow other programs to access the library. You can recreate the iTl file from the xml file, but there is no point if the location of the files is wrong.
There is a simple way of getting you music back in iTunes, but it loses all playlists counts and rating. To do this drag iTunes library.itl and iTunes Library.xml to your desktop. Then open iTunes and an empty library is created. Add you iTunes Media folder to it.
If you can't work out what went wrong and how to fix it, you may have to do this.

Database Access in Java (Count field incorrect)

Was given a stock tracking application to be edited for use as a Student/Admin login application which accesses a database and adds/deletes/edits student information. When I try to login, I get the following error: [Microsoft][OBDC Microsoft Access Driver]Count Field Incorrect
The driver was set up in the Admin tools in Windows XP.

If I am missing what you are asking then please provide instructions as to how to find this error information. You are posting the error message for the exception but not printing the stack trace.
Far as I can tell you are printing more information with each exception (for example "Exception creating Users table") but you did not post what that was, that info would localize the problem.
As a guess the problem is when you extract the fields via the query. You are using named values rather than indexes and you use "select *" rather than specifically naming the columns. Some databases (for example Oracle), require that using names must be in exactly the same order as the query returns them. You have no idea what that order is because you use "select *"
Finally it would be a LOT easier if you wrote classes that did nothing but the database operations. NO GUI CODE. You then test that code to make sure it works. Once that code works then you write gui code which uses those classes. Besides making it easier to understand you are also more likely to get assistance since there is less code to look at.

Dbms_scheduler - ORA-27301: system cannot find the file specified

I'm having problems running an executable job via dbms_scheduler. The invoking code reads:

OK, problem #1 solved:
By default, XE on Windows sets up the scheduler service to disabled. Enable and start it, then we can move on to problem #2:
ORA-27369: job of type EXECUTABLE failed with exit code: Incorrect function.

DBMS_SCHEDULER is wonderfully powerful, but NOWHERE in the copious documentation can I find help on how to do something really SIMPLE.
I just want to run an unscheduled, ad hoc executable job which runs an OS command with parameters, as in:

Can the job_action parameter include command-line switches and parameters or not?
In the documentation for CREATE_JOB, 'For an executable, the action is the name of the external executable, including the full path name and any command-line arguments.', but this doesn't work for me.
Elsewhere (Error running executable job I read:
If the job_type is executable then the scheduler expects only the executable name and path as job_action (no command line arguments) e.g. ("c:\win32\cmd.exe")
For commandline arguments you should be setting number_of_arguments to the required value and then doing set_job_argument_value for each argument. (e.g. 3, "/q", "/c", "script.bat").
What's the real story?

I am not able to enable client side result cache . I use ODAC which uses ODP.net driver internaly i have attached code file.

If the client side result cache enabled means it find count in CLIENT_RESULT_CACHE_STATS$ should increase rite???

Finder can't find / display files in external drive

Just upgraded to Lion on my MacBook, and Finder can't find / display files from my external thumb drive. I got message that the external drive was removed incorrectly, but I did not remove the thumb drive at all. After several attempts on removing and inserting the thumb drive, the files just didn't show up under Finder, and I have no way of working on files from external drive. I went to a Window based notebook and checked, the files are still in my thumb drive so they have not been corrupted, hopefully. How can I make Finder works with external drive in Lion ?

The problem I have was finally resolved by having a "clean" install for Lion, meaning to back up your hard disc, re-install Snow Leopard, then Lion. It's a lot of work but my MacBook is now working.

According to your post, my understanding is that you get error while access oracle database in SharePoint.
You can set “Enable 32-bit Applications” to true in the application pool for the web application, then check whether it works.

FYI: How to Fix "iTunes Cannot Find Original File" Error

Yesterday morning, I opened iTunes and tried to play a file. I got the old "iTunes cannot find the original file" error. I tried another file. Same thing. I tried restarting iTunes, holding down the shift key, and making sure iTunes knew where my Library file was. Yep. Still no dice. So I came here, and did a search for help. I could not find any definitive answers to this question. So I did a Google search and found the fix in an old Metafilter thread. Given that this problem seems a little common, I thought I'd post my solution here, for anyone who has this issue in the future.
First things first, make sure that it's not just an issue of pointing iTunes to your current library location. Go to your advanced preferences and double-check the library location path. If this doesn't fix it, then it's time to go my route:
1) Open your iTunes folder in windows explorer. Look for a file called "itunes library.xml". Copy that file to your desktop or somewhere else so that it's backed up...in case something goes wrong.
2) Open the original XML file in notepad (right-click, "open with", "notepad").
3) In this XML file, you will see a paragraph of information for every file you have (songs, podcasts, videos, etc.). In each of those paragraphs, there is a file path specifying where the file is supposed to reside. This is how the itunes library.itl file knows where to look. In my case, it should have been "e:/my music/itunes", but instead, it was "e:/my music/itunes/itunes music". The program had created that folder for some reason, and all my files were pointing there.
4) Check a few of the paragraphs and see if they are pointing to your actual music folder. If so, then you have another problem...sorry. If not, then continue on:
5) Go to edit->replace (or control-H). In the "find what" box, enter the incorrect file path (in my case, e:/my music/itunes/itunes music"). In the "replace with" box, enter the correct path of your itunes music folder (in my case, "e:/my music/itunes". Then click "replace all".
If you have a lot of songs, this may take awhile. I have over 25,000 files, so it took at least 18 hours.
6) When it's done, quit notepad and save the XML file. Open iTunes. If it doesn't automatically start updating your library, then try to play a song. If you get the same old error, then quite iTunes, then re-open it, go to the advanced preferences and select the correct file path for the library location. This should fix it.

I am also finding many "ghost file" duplicate files (with the exclamation point "can not locate files" message), after pointing Itunes version 8.2.1.6 to my music folder on a separate, networked hard drive. My understanding is that the "Consolidate Files" feature in Itunes is supposed to properly identify all of the file locations, but it only worked for about 1/5 of our 10,000 plus files before it stopped running. (I've read in other forums that this software is buggy, and gets confused with long song titles, etc.)It also leaves you with duplicate "ghost" files to delete, when the music from the separate drive is "added".
I can not find a file called ituneslibrary.xml to try your suggestion, when I open my Itunes folder. When I do "get info" on the individual music files in Itunes that can't be located, the "where" field = "not available". I have doublechecked the library location in preferences and it is properly pointed to "K:\itunes" which is the correct location.

Visual Studio 2012 Find in Files not Displaying Files

Maybe I am doing something wrong but all of a sudden the Find in Files in my VS2012 does not display the actual file results. It displays the count but the file list is empty.. Am I missing something?

[PATCH] Fix find()/count() lookups on dbstl set/map

Fix find()/count() lookups on dbstl set/map
A bug was discovered that manifests when a custom marshaller
is in use for objects serving as a key for either a db_map,
or the item in a db_set. It may affect other subsystems
(multimap/sets, etc) but this has not been explicitly confirmed.
The symptom is that items that are inserted cannot be properly
queried for (e.g. via .find()/.count()) within a container, yet
the items can be iterated. It was determined that the root cause
of this problem is related to the fact that items are inserted
based on their custom marshaller, but are queried for using
the default shallow/contiguous method. It is highly unlikely that
both methods would return a comparable key, and therefore this
explains why queries (such as via .find()) would not result
in a match.
The reason for the discrepancy relates to how the DBT is formed
for a given query. In the insert path, the DBT "onstack"
optimization was disabled, and this resulted in the DBT formation
properly invoking the copy_function registered in the DbstlElemTraits.
In the query path, the "onstack" optimization was enabled. This
optimization avoids a malloc/memcpy cycle by just pointing the DBT
to the object buffer. This is great when the buffer is already
properly formed. However, when a copy_function is registered, this
will hardly ever be the case. Therefore, the fix is to check
if there is a custom marshaller registered when determining if
the "onstack" optimization can be taken, and to skip the optimization
when a marshaller is present. The ramification of this change is
that DBTs formed under a custom marshaller will always be forced

Query Count files under Specific folder in Sccm?

Hello!
I try to create a Query in sccm. There I want to count files under a specific folder. If folder on the client have less than 35 files, show the name of that computer. How should I begin to create that Query? Should I use criteria Software files Count?

I think for this task you will find it easier to create a report instead. Queries are based on WQL which has some limitations.
