Finding 4mm Ballhead Hex Driver for Removal of PM G5 CPU

I'm in the process of swapping out the power supply on my PM G5 2.0 Dual and can not seem to find a Long-Handled 4mm Ballhead Hex Driver. I've had no problem locating the official Apple tool (part# 922-7082) but at a cost of $38.95 it is a bit steep for my budget.
If anyone knows where I might find a Long-Handled 4mm Ballhead Hex Driver please let me know. I've already checked at Lowe's, Sears, Home Depot & our local hardware store with no luck. 4mm Ballhead Hex Keys & sets are available but all are too short.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I guess I'll answer my own question. I went back to Sears & bought a Hex Driver set, the one with the tork handles. I had to modify the handle a bit on the 4mm ballhead so it would fit down into the hole but after that it worked beautifully.
Hopefully this will help someone.

I installed once the new Bamboo Driver (5.08) from the Wacom Homepage.
But the Driver didn't wokk, i was written that none supported device could be find.
So I installed the old Bamboo Driver (5.07) on it, and I had some Problems. I couldnt calibrate my monitor, there was only the arrow when i moved my pen and when i turned the desktop 270°, there was a problem with using the pen: When I went with the pen down, the arrow went up. One positive thing was only that the pressure ability was working fine in photoshop.
You know maybe which driver i should try?

Since this thread is on the subject of the stylus..........
I've noticed that when turning the LCD (flipping it over for tablet position) on some units the stylus will stop working. I'm seeing this alot. I've replaced LCD cables, made sure theres enough slack so its not pulled when turning the LCD 180 deg., etc.
     I can't see any types of sensors that would signal the driver or BIOS when the display is flipped into tablet position - but am I missing something. Does the software know when the display in in tablet mode - if so, maybe this problem is indeed driver or BIOS related.
   Does anyone know what could be the cause....and /or the answer here?

Yes, you get this message because you cannot install the nVidia rivers only executing the exe file.
If you want to install such drivers then you have to do this in device manager.
You have to force the notebook to choose the driver
You can do this choosing the advanced installation procedure which helps you to point to the driver files!

Hdparm to spin down drive for removal

Hi guys and gals, I have a quick question. I have a drive dock that I use to backup data. Normally in the other OS's like Mac OSX, when removing an external USB drive the disk is spun down and made safe to remove. In linux when I unmount, the drive is still spinning. I don't like this behavior. My question is is it ok to use 'hdparm -y /dev/sdb' to spin down the drive and remove it? It so far seems to be working, but I am not certain of the method. The wiki page for hdparm has very little information and I would like to update it with this detail. Thanks!

My T410 2522 MZ5 has been upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 8 for almost a year. But in the driver download section of this web never have the driver for Qualcomm Gobi 2000 WWAN connection.

Apple makes it so you need OS X DVD to get Boot Camp 3.0 first before you can install or download updates.
Call and request replacement DVD, or just buy SL 10.6.x DVD $29.
That would be newer and your OEM didn't come with 10.6.
I assume you have the original discs for 2009 Mac Pro.
Any 10.6 DVD will provide Boot Camp driver for any Mac.

Try deleting the printer, the /Library/Printer/EPSON and the /Library/Caches/Epson/ folder and then reinstalling the updates through Software Update. Your printer is shown as supporting print & scan on http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3669. If the above doesn't work, you could install the entire Epson package by downloading it here:

Finding parts to repair drive for data recovery

I have had a hard drive on a Powerbook 12" go down. I bought it in 2004, and it seems that the data recovery company I have sent it to are having problems sourcing another drive so they use parts to repair it and recover the data. They seem top have gone to lengths to try and source what they need, but I thought the discussion forum here might have some experience with this. The disk is Fujitsu Model mht2060at, the original 60Gb disk that was in the laptop. It now lives(?) outside of the laptop which has had a replacement disk fitted...

Well, as far as they have said, they need to find comparable donor parts to repair the disk in order to recover the data, and so far they have not, in spite of an extensive search.
Also, they were not quoting cheap either. They have given me the option of simply having the drive returned, which I am inclined to accept, or else go and collect it in person. They have after all had 2 months. I think my real problem has been that at the start I was really hesitant in choosing a company as I could verify the quality or value of any of them: I took quite a while to pick one, and I picked this one finally after asking around, and finding there wasn't really anyone who had a better idea than myself.
Now I am in the position of potentially being back where I started, 1 down, all the rest to go, with a carriage fee every time I send it back out, and with the prospect of losing the disk in transit, or stumbling across a completely rogue operation.
Here I am therefore, needing to find a company with an established reputation...
... if there are some testimonials for the company you suggest from other apple users, I would really app[reciate them. I know it isn't cheap. I need to be convinced on the next choice though before I part with another bean, and I would appreciate anyone with advice on what process may take place, and what I should reasonably expect to pay...

I'm trying to save some dats from my hard dri've, and have managed to take the hard drive apart, so that I can take out the circular disc with the data on.
The dri've is a Hitachi travelstar with model code: HTC424040F9AT00, and it's a 40gb drive. Does it have to be this exact model in order for me to put the disc into a working version of this drive, to get the data off? Can it be any travelstar?
Either way, does anybody know where I could get one of these?

I think most computer guys would say you're SOL at this point, but as I said, continue and see what happens. When I was doing research on the old Dell 20 gig Jukebox I had here, you could install up to a 40 gig hard dri've into a 20 gig unit and the unit would recognize the additional storage, but the one Hitachi guy I talked to didn't know if the unit would recognize a 60 gig HD. So from that I gathered that you could put your disc into a 20 gig unit, and it should read it.
Do a search on 'computer clean room' though, and I think your info on that disc is already bad. HD manufacturers take great pains to create clean rooms so that disc don't get dust on them, but surprise us and prove them wrong..
