What should be approach to finding hidden errors in ABAP programs ?

In the abap editor, go to menubar and follow this path
Program->check->extended program check. It will give you lots of options on level of checking. just check the boxex and excute an it will show all the errors.

Mackbook air can't find hidden network

I've been digging in the forums now and went over old threads that where too old so I decided to start a new one.
I've a MBA 13" and I have a wireless connection that is hidden with WPA2 -PSK with MAC filtering.
I've seen some people suggest not having passwords and just leaving it hidden, which is just crazy as you an have sniffers that can find hidden networks and I'm not prepared to give out free wireless fibre.
Has there been a solution to this? It would be nice if there was a tickbox that said "Can connect to hidden networks if saved in the list" as in dos box wireless settings.
Others have suggested keychain, what is this?

Have you tried clicking on the wi-fi icon on your top bar, and selecting "Join Other Network"? You will have to fill in all the info (network name, security info)
Also, click the "Remember this network" box.
***Also make sure your router is allowing the MAC address of your MBA wireless adapter. (found in About this Mac, System Information-More Info-System Report under the Wi-Fi subheader of Network)

Finding "hidden" InfoPackages

Hi all,
we have a problem that might sound a little bit silly:
We got a screenshot of SAP which shows some settings we have to take on a certain infopackage of our system.
Unfortunatly we don't know that info package and we don't find it using rsa1 -> InfoSources Search.
The InfoPackage can be found with transport analyzer though and it can be found in Meta Data repository.
But unfortunatly we can't change it there.
Can you tell me how to find that Info Package in order to change it?

Here is the way to find hidden/generated InfoPackage object,
1. RSA1 >> InfoSources >> Settings >> display Generated Objects. Then Choose "Display Generated ODS Objects"
2. Then Try Technical InfoObject Name if you know it firmly Other wise Navigate to it "Unassigned Nodes" >> "DM"
Then Choose the same InfoSource Name and expand the InfoPackage and you should be able to see that.
Let me know if you still have difficulty finding it.

All,
I have a file interface that downloading file to SANS server using open dataset. But recently we are getting some hidden characters in the file. These are getting from a long text.
Now my requirement is to find these hidden characters and display in the screen and user can correct then go for download.
Currently i am using Notepad++ or using this link for finding the hidden characters

Now user wanted to use the same functionality with in SAP using ABAP.

Similar functionality can be achieved by JavaScript. You can pass the entire Text and create your function in JS to find out the Hidden Characters. If you are successful finding the JS which can do this job for you, you can use [JS Engine|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/49/a8e3c8d59811d4b2e90050dadfb92b/frameset.htm] available in ABAP.

How do I find hidden files/folder in the Users folder?

Hi,
Is there any way to make certain files visible in the Users folder? I purchased a plug-in and in order for the update to correctly work, I need to find the old file (which is hidden.) I tried Spotlight but it didn't find anything.

Open the Terminal application in your Utilities folder. Enter or paste the following command line then press RETURN.
defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles Yes
To hide hidden files substitute No for Yes in the above command line.
To use Spotlight you need to enable the search for hidden files. You need to click on the "+" button next the the Save button in the search bar of the Finder. Then select Other from the Kind drop down menu. Locate the "File Invisible" attribute from the list and check it to enable it. You can now select the option to display or not display invisible files.
Download Easy Find - VersionTracker or MacUpdate - and use it instead of Spotlight. Easy Find will find everything Spotlight doesn't find.

How to find hidden message in photo

I have been given a photo as part of a puzzle. There is a message hidden in the photo. It is most probably GPS coordinates. Is there a way to find the message using photoshop? The image is a .gif.
I would be grateful for some help.

Photoshop was not designed to help with solving puzzles. You can exercise your puzzle solving skills with things like trying to find Waldo in the images from the following link.

You need to enable Unicode Hex Input in the Language & Text Input Sources preference pane. Also, check the box that shows the input menu in the menu bar.
After selecting Unicode Hex Input, you can hold down the option key while keying in 00AD and you get the character.
The other option is the Edit > Special Characters menu item. If you select the gear drop-down in the upper left corner of this panel, you can customize the left panel contents, including addition of Unicode Characters. Once you have that panel item added, you can select the Unicode character, and by double-clicking the Font Variation, it will appear at the current cursor position in your document.

Cannot find hidden files on Windows 8.1 after refresh

I stupidly did a Refresh on Windows 8.1 when having trouble with Clean Up disk not working. I know that i need to find the hidden files from other questions on here, and have checked the box for this, but how do i actually access these files, to get them back onto my Desktop. have lost Firefox history and bookmarks,my Avast Security,etc etc. I believe that i can retrieve them, is this right? I am not terribly computer literate but can follow instructions if they are kept simple. many thanks anyone.

Finding 'hidden' text/font

I have a PDF form created in Indesign and the fields added with Acrobat 9 Pro. When I open the form and click on the first field I get an error message come up:
"The font "HelveticaNeue" contains an invalid encoding. Some characters may not display."
I have checked all the fonts in InDesign and I have not used this font, plus all the fields created in the form are also not using this font. How do I find if there is any hidden text anywhere using this font? I have run the preflight on both Indesign and Acrobat and neither have this font listed???

How to find hidden files?

Hi,
I don't know how I did it, but I managed to hide some folders on an external hard drive plugged into my iMac.
I can find one of them by searching for it by the name. But I cant find the other one because I have no idea what I named the folder (DOH!).
Is there a simple way to display all hidden folders?
I have no idea how I managed to hide the folders in the first place..... I did it a while ago and I must have had too much to drink. I have a vague recollection of downloading some 3rd party software (not 100 percent sure if I did though) and I cant find any such software in the Apps/Utilities folder etc.
Any help welcome.
As you can probably tell, I'm not very tech savvy. So the simpler the method the better!
I'm running the lastest OSX.

Simple, maybe not, but:
You could open a terminal (it's in utilities) and
enter: ls -al /Volumes/Mydrivename
where Mydrivename is the name of your drive
It will show all files and folders at the top level of your drive.
Lines starting with a 'd' is folders.
If the foldername starts with a '.'
it's a hidden folder.
i'm not sure if you can display hidden files and folders in a finder window.
