hi, my macbook pro (mid 2012 ) model got stolen...Now i don't have the MAC address to trace that... all i have is a serial number...is there a way to get the MAC address through the serial number of the macbook pro.....Thanks.

You can find the MAC address in Settings>General>About.

An Auditor at our company wants us to find and identify one of the C3750 switches on our network. The only information he has available is a SLA with the serial number on it. Is there a way someone at CIsco can provide me the MAC address if i give them the Serial Number?

I'm in Chile, and I have contacts on a local ISP, they use for all its connections a relation between MAC address and modems, any other computer can't use that connection if that association is not changed.

Any way, go to the police and make a report, change your password in iTunes Store, really sorry, that's not much you could do. Is it authorize? If so you can deauthorize in iTunes when you select iTunes Sore under STORE (left panel) and click your Apple ID (top right)

My ipod was stolen, can I find out what the serial number of it is, based on looking at a connection history in my itunes? How would I do this? I didn't register it. I think I found the guy selling it, just looking to confirm the serial number and I'll make a phone call to the police.

Typically the problem is either you are misreading the serial and therefore typing it in wrong. Check you are correctly entering zeros or O.. and so on....
or...
You bought the LP9 upgrade version.... which requires the LP8 full serial as well.
If it is the LP9 upgrade serial.. (and not the LP9 full serial) you must enter your original LP8 full serial first and then the upgrade serial for LP9.. when it asks for it.
Failing that.. you can obtain a replacement serial from Apple.. using this form.....

the installation routine says the serial number is on the sleeve and should be 24 symbols of letters and numbers, but the number there doesn't match 24 symbols and it gives me a wrong number rejection window.
