Difficult question in CRM Sales analytics

Hi,
we have enterprise Portal 6.0 with CRM Business package and BW3.5 with CRM Business content. Our perticular interest is CRM Sales and to enable the analytics related to Portal Role "Sales Manager".
The following( some examples) are the BW Web template accesses by the Portal and any detail info/understanding/ BKM is welcome in this.
SALES Performance analytics
1> 0TPL_0CRM_OVERVIEWANALYTICS     for overview
2> 0TPL_0CRM_SM_FINANCE            for Finance
3> 0TPL_0CRM_SM_CUSTOMER           for accounts(customer)
Is there any documentation regarding this perticular role( Sales Manager)??

"The selected Web Template contains the following HTML error, non supported web itemm, or is not designed to be edited with the Web Application Designer..
Use the "Upload to server" mor "download from server" and edit the web template in an external HTML editor"....
How do I know which query or Query view this Web Template is referring to?
I didn't find the CRM web templated through the help.sap.com and also in the service market place in the "Analysis scenarios' I couldn;t open the document for the sales analytics. Can you help?

Find Sales Order Item Basic Data by Elements query fails

I am trying to consume Find Sales Order Item Basic Data by Elements in .NET 3.0.
Every thing appears to be working fine -- I could query by PO number, Creation time, SalesOrganisationID etc.
However, the most basic query is mysteriously failing. I just want to query by Sales order number, and have given a valid sales order number 6718 that exists in SAP.
It fails giving the following errors:
(in Log.LogItem.Note variable):
"Conversion failed: Invalid input format"
(in Log.LogItem.TypeID variable):
"701(SFB)"
Code is pretty simple, and I am just trying to query Saler Order number 6718. Of course there is nothing wrong with its format.
From the ESOA site, all I could get was:

I could not even have any documentation on what to put in InclusionExclusionCode, and IntervalBoundaryTypeCode. They apper to be some Global Data Types for which I couldn't find any documentation. By sifting through Wiki, I just guessed a couple of values praying that it may work. I am a bit new to ESOA, but have expertise in .NET 3.0. How do you test with a SOAP Client - I am trying to use same dataset as provided?

QuickTime Content Guide Appears Even When Disabled in Preferences

In QuickTime 7.7.5 running on Windows 8.1, I removed the check mark from Show Content Guide at startup. Nevertheless, the Content Guide still shows up when I start the QuickTime player, and when I check the Player Preferences I see that something put the check mark back. How can I be sure that the Content Guide will definitely not appear when QuickTime starts?

It sounds like a permissions issue. Try right clicking on the QuickTime Player icon and go to Properties. Then click on the Security tab to find out who owns QT and has Full Control.

CRM Sales analytics....

Dear All,
We do regular analysis of our lead and opportunity transactions based on their status (won, lost etc..) and status reasons. We need to do similar analysis for quotations created in system. But the standard screen for quotation does not provide any field to configure reasons for status for the quotation.
Have anybody of you solved any such issue earlier? do we need to insert a new field in the screen? How do we do it? Pls suggest....

OBIEE 11.1.1.5 & BI Applicartions 7.9.6.3; Sales Analytics

I have installed OBIEE and Bi APplications, created a repository for Sales Analytics and Sales, Marketing Service and Contact Centre. The installls all complete successfully. ALl services start and I can log-in and view SampleAppLite.
However as soon as I try and change the repository and Catalog Path I get errors and cannot restart the BIServer or Presentation Server. (I have tired re-installing twice...)

Cannot find the Web Content repository in test system under KM Content

Hi Experts,
We have implemented Web Page Composer in our development landscape. I have created a web page with the required content in the development and now wish to transport this web page and its content to our test system.
However when I navigate to Content Administration -> KM Content, inside the root directory I am not able to find the Web Content repository within which all WPC content resides.
I want to know what configuration has to be done in the test system so that the Web Content repository becomes available within KM Content.

Hi,
the page you refer to only mentioned that you can import any XI content (form any of the earlier PI releases)
into SAP PI 7.11 (PI 7.1 with EhP1)
so if there is no XI content for 7.11 you can import any other from any of the previous releases

Finder window shifts content off screen to the left.

This is posted in the Finder discussion also. I post it here also in the chance this is a Retina display issue. I never experienced this problem with Lion on my old MacBook Pro, just on my new Retina display.
On several occasions the window in my Finder shifts the contents off screen to the left. For example, in column view, the left most edge of the Finder window might be displaying files listed in column 2 or 3. And even that is only the rightmost sliver of that column, showing maybe the last 6 to 10 characters of the file/fold names. There is no horizontal scroll bar and there appears to be no way to force the leftmost content (which is off screen to the left) to come back onto the screen. This appears to happen randomly; at least I've not noticed a pattern. I'm usually in Column view. When this happens switch between view options provides no solution. Minimizing and resizing also have no affect. Scrolling does not work, nor does using the arrow keys.The only solution is to close the window and open a new one.
Anyone have this happen? Any ideas as to cause or cure?
Closing the window and opening a new one is not a "major" crisis, but the fact such a bug is running around is undermining my confidence in the system.

Please post a screen shot of what you are seeing. If you mean to the left of the Finder Window, it goes under the Sidebar area this is normal if your focus is in the Next to right most column. Like this?
That is completely normal. The left hand side has to go somewhere when the focus in more to the right.
Although myh scroll bar does allow me to go back to the left.

My Mid 2011 MacBook Air (shipped with Lion) has been having this exact problem for some time now.
It started being really annoying when I placed the Dock to the right part of the screen. 'Drag and Drop' anything to the Dock would almost always reproduce the problem to all Finder windows.
The only solution I found was to force close the Finder. And, of course, moving the Dock back to the bottom part. It still happened, just less often.
This issue is still happening after upgrading to Mountain Lion. But now it happens to a single window and I can solve it simply closing it.
It is not something to drive me mad either, but I am surprised there are so few people discussing this bug. I would love to know if there is already a solution.
