Finding the reason for dequeued calls?
We're using UCCX8. In Supervisor Desktop, we show a few calls as Dequeued. The help pages define dequeued as...
Number of calls that were dequeued. A call is considered to be dequeued from a particular CSQ if the call is handled by an agent in another CSQ. This situation can occur when a call is queued for more than one CSQ.
However I don't believe that is the case for us. We don't queue a call for more than one CSQ. Searching the forus here I found that it could also be marked as dequeued if you use the dequeue step (we don't), or if the call was transfered (our script doesn't do that).
So I'm stumped. I produced a CSQ ActivityReport in Historical Reporting which showed the calls to be "Calls handled by other" -- which the HR User Guide says is:
Total of the following calls:
•Calls queued for the CSQ, then dequeued by the Dequeue step in a workflow, then marked as handled by the Set Contact Info step in the workflow.
•Calls queued for more than 1 CSQ and then handled by another CSQ.
So this is still a bit of a mystery, since I didn't think our script should be doing either of those. Sounding like a script error. How can I troubleshoot these calls? Most of the HR reports seem to focus on only handled or abandonded calls. How can I track down these dequeued calls to see what happened?
Thanks

How to find the reason for a job failure
Hi,
I have created a job .
It was running fine. But after few days it showed the status as broken.
How do we find the reason for a job failure ?
Thanks. There should be a trace file in the either the udump or bdump (depending on Oracle version) directory on the DB server. If the job is broken it has probably failed 16 times, so you should have 16 trace files - each possibly showing the same error. The relevant trace files will have j00 in the name, showing that they were generated from dbms_job.

Determining the reason for a call to Clip.stop( ).
How does one determine if a Clip has stopped because the audio is finished vs. an arbitrary call to stop()?
Hello Jeremy76504,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand that you are having an issue with the camera on your iPhone not focusing as you would expect. In this situation, I would recommend reading over and working through the troubleshooting steps in the attached article.
Get help with the camera on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Your photos are blurred or out of focus
If your photos are blurred, out of focus, or have dark spots, try these steps:
Make sure that the camera lens is clean. If you need to clean the lens, use a microfiber cloth. If you see dirt or debris inside the lens, take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Authorized Service Provider for more help.
Make sure that there’s nothing blocking the camera lens. If you’re using a case, try removing it.
With iPhone 6 Plus, a metallic case or magnetic lens could interfere with optical image stabilization. If you have a metallic case or magnetic lens attachment, try taking a picture without it. Then compare the quality.
Adjust the focus by tapping on the person or object in the preview screen. You’ll see the screen pulse or briefly go in and out of focus as the camera adjusts. In photo mode, try to stay steady when adjusting the focus. If you move too far in any direction, the camera will automatically refocus to the center. In video mode, you can adjust the focus before you begin recording.
If the color seems too bright, or you see double-exposures of moving objects, make sure that HDR is set to Auto or Off. Tap HDR at the top of the screen to choose a different setting.
Have a great day,
Joe -
Please Help Me Find The Reason for The Repeating Event!
The following code is intended to calculate and set metrics at the row-level and document-level of our sales documents (quotation, order, delivery note and invoice) when a new item is added to a line.
If I include 'any' of the assignment statements in this code for the oPrintGrp, oCAGM, oCAGMP, oDocCAGM, oDocCAGMP and oDocCOGS EditText fields (all included below), then the system repeats that item event 50+ times until my code (apparently) times out and crashes. I can't figure out why this might be happening. Any ideas?
If the six assignment statements for these respective variables are commented out, execution through this code snippet flows as expected, without errors and without the 50+ repeated validation events for the ItemCode field in the matrix.
Thank you, in advance, for any and all assistance!
Kind Regards,
Scott

The program '[2076] ABYMods.exe' has exited with code 0 (0x0).Hi Scott,
the innerEvent means that the event is triggered from within another event.
If you by example check for a lost focus of column1 and in the lost focus event column3 is changed, than from within the lost focus for column1 a got focus and lost focus for column3 is generated. Hence the innerEvent = true.
We had the same problem and solved it also this way.
Kind regards,

Two MaxDB crashes in the last 5 days, how can I find the reason ?
Hello,
My MaxDB-Server crashed two times in the last 5 days and I have no idea why. Can you help me to find the reason for the crashes ? My MaxDB 7.6.05 is running on a Linux server and I never had such problems before.
Here are some lines from the knldiag.err file:
First crash:

What is the reason for this error? after export part of movie broken
hi, i cannot find the reason for this strange error that happaned to me for the first time, you can see the outcome here:
http://picasaweb.google.com/p.cardash/IMovieBug/photo#5164317113276584274
after exporting in imovie to h264 .mov file, from HDV project, resolution is twisted, plus, the part that was supposed to fit hole screen, is black and sometimes with little graphic errors.
i tried about 10 times, with different setting, resolutions, and other parameteres.
after exporting for ipod, everything is ok, in m4v format.
what is wrong? i use the same method for creating and also for exporting, as in previous projects. i didnt use any new transitions, efects nor titles...
any thoughts?
best to You,
Piotrok, i think that i know where is the problem, but i still dont what is it
ive copied my file to a new mac with just installed imovie and everything is the same, exactly the same output. so 100% positively the problem is within the particular project.
i didnt check my mackbook with TT, since i dont have it and dont want to pay i thought its for free
i`ll try later to figure out what wrong and what part of the project is bad.
for now, i think i hate imovie again :)) piece of..
let me know how your case ended. -
How to find out the reason for blocking locks?
PB Application try to create data in ASE 12.5. With this operation, there are sql, sp, trigger involved. Most of the it is okay. With lock of sleeping or sync sleeping lock. User wait for a short time to get the result.
but some time, there are blocking lock.
If spid for the app is 1. then looks like this app also generate another spid, say it is 2. and 2 is blocking by 1. spid 1 holding lock!
then all user is frozen because of spid 1 holding lock!!! How to figure it out the reason for blocking locks? Thanks, Mark. Yes, sp_lock, sp_who, ... are common tool I used.
I found out one case like:
I have a SP which call a View for data.
When I run this SP, suppose the sipd is 1. then it will create another spid 2 because of access view and it gone very quick. This cause spid 1 block spid 2 within a short time.
If the are many user run the app, the app will be frozen and everyone is waiting. Finally it release, no dead lock, but the performance is not acceptable.
That why I have this question. -

" Unable to create consignment commision - FI/CO"
" Interface : inconsistent FI/CO line item data"I've used the CS6 AUTOMATE|PHOTOMERGE command many times. Today I ended up with the Error 22 message. After reading your message I did a search on my Win7 Pro 64 bit machine and got a number of hits for "scriptingsupport.8li".
1 for CS6 (on my machine)
2 for CS5 (no longer on my machine)
2 for Elements 8 (no longer on my machine but I DO have Elements 10 & 11 on it)
2 for CS# (no longer on my machine)
QUESTION: Should I delete some of these and which? Will deletion(s) suffice? -

Hi, guys..
My phone, Asha 303..
Iam asking about all nokia mobile, is there any known reason for why all nokia phones disable vibertion option automatically when charging the phone???
* it comes in my mind that there is danger for electric rays or network danger or (SAR), so what the real reason for that thing???yasfer21 wrote:
I cannot find in any phone brand userguide or manual saying that the phone vibrating on a hard surface is a feature.
Seriously this argument is pointless. What is it that you are fighting for anyway? @ViRUS2013
P.S. We're not actually fighting, it's just as expression.
The topic is subjective. I'm on neither side.
I'm not fighting for anything. I just find your reasons for why Nokia chooses to disable vibration while charging to be really far-fetched and inconclusive and would like the discussion to continue until we come up with an idea that sounds reasonable or we get an official response. I mean, isn't that what people does on forums anyway? Open debate and all...
So far I think it might be related to the battery, maybe it's dangerous for the battery to vibrate while it's charging and the particles inside are moving or it gets hot while charging, but that's just my uninformed opinion.

Not sure what this discussion is all about ?? My Lumia vibrates on incoming calls even while on charging (so not ALL Nokia phones)
If the vibration alert is getting disabled while charging certain models, IMHO I will be on the OP and ViRUS2013 's side.
What Lumia do you have? Does it have a removable back cover?

Was surprised as you when I scratched my first Nokia this way.
What model was it? I mean, Nokia is well-known for the quality and durability of its devices so it really amazes me that a phone can get scratches just by vibrating on a nightstand -
Where can I find the reason why a process was suspended?
Hi everyone,
where can I find the reason why a BPM process was suspended a in CE 7.11 system?
In "Manage Processes: Process Instances" is see it is suspended, but the history and data objects are fine, so I see no reason why it might get suspended. I assume some problems within a Mapping Activity, e.g. a Bunsiness Rules call does not work, or there is a data mapping problem. For further troubleshooting, I need more information...
BTW, I read
[SAP Help: Process Troubleshooting|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwce711/helpdata/en/c9/8bbe067ee343258b8dd83fee859092/content.htm] but it did not help me. The Process Server Log does not work, see [my SDN forum thread|"Process Troubleshooting: Process Server Log" does not do anything?!; so I can't look up there.
Thanks, Georghi,
see the NWA Log.
