Do you have any other drive connected, which has a copy of FCP X?
I would make a copy of the application in some drive, just in case; then disconnect the drive, delete the application (could use FCS Remover to delete everything related).
Then, try installing from the purchases tab in the App Store.

I had the same problem with my phone, its a 3gs, out of no where my laptop stop recognizing it and wouldnt charge either, i got worried because i had all my pix and videos on my phone and didn't have a copy, so i started searching on the internet for an answer to my issue, bought extra usb cables, used different laptops and nothing worked .. Untill i took my cell phone apart and thought about replacing the (charge port assembly for apple Iphone 3gs) so ordered the part online and 3 days later got it and i just replaced it right now... and guess what/??? IT WORKED!!! YEAP.. NOW MY CELL IS CHARGING AND I JUST SYNC MY STUFF.. I HOPE THIS CAN SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM... AND ONLY COST ME 8 DLLS

My Ipad 2 does not turn on when not plugged to electricity. Even when plugged to electricity, it constantly restarts/switches itself off. what is the problem, please help??
i plugged it and pressed the home button for a few seconds. the connect to itunes screen appeared and the moment i disconnect the cable from the electric plug, it switches off. when i connect the cable to the PC, nothing happens, its as if nothing has been done.

I purchased a Mac OS X Leopard on Amazon to upgrade my 2006 Apple iMac. After inserting the CPU Drop-in DVD, and clicking the Leopard OS 10.5 installation icon, I get a message that the upgrade cannot happen because the upgrade installer cannot find OS 10.4 or later on my computer. My system profiler indicates that my iMac is running OS 10.4.1.1. What is the problem?
I came upon the solution in another discussion thread. The solution is to simply wait 8 to 10 minutes on the language selection dialog box allow the install program time to find my OS 10.4.1.1.. I then clicked on "Continue" and the install proceeded without any problems. I know am running Leopard OS 10.5.8., So far with no cliches..."knock on wood". Thanks to all who responded to my original question.

Do you get a specific error mesaage? If so, what is the message?
Have you tried updating with iTunes on a computer? If you do that, disable your firewall and antivirus software while you are trying to update.
if you don't have a computer, try resetting your router and the iPad and then try the update again.
Unplug the router from power for about 30 seconds and then plug it back in. Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -

I have a number of photos in my picture library. The printer is a Dell V510 series and was purchased last June with a new computer. It tells me to connect USB, it is and several other things which are all connected. In my picture library are some printed documents. When I ask it to print them it does. Also when I received a picture by email or download my camera I never know where it is going to put the picture. I never had a problem with my Windows XP however Windows 7 doesn't seem to do what I want it to. The instructions that came with it are almost useless. I am not a technical person, but neither am I new to the computer. Thanks
Yes, as long as it is words, but when I want to do a picture it refuses. The pictures library is part of Window 7. The help program just said to be sure it was connected, power was on to it, unplug and replug, then restart my computer. I did all that. I prints photos that are in other programs. When I first started with 7 I didn't understand how it worked and some pictures were posted in documents. Those pictures print. Windows 7 seems to put the pictures where ever it wants them. I have Picasso on my computer and it doesn't pick up any of the pictures in the pictures library. So I still can't get Firefox to print pictures.

I have created about 50 scenarios and all the scenarios will be checked any files in queue table to process for every 60 seconds. My problem are:-
When i start about 10 scenarios the files processing is fast and its take about 1 minute to complete the file processing. But once I start more scenarios the process becomes slow and some of the scenarios look keep idle (or sleep) event more than 10 minute... Why ?... Thank You all.Silverlight only supports non-64 bit versions of Firefox on OSX (and from Firefox 4 onwards we're shipping 64-bit Firefox to 64-bit OSX users) and unlike with other plugins, we can't just start a 32-bit process to run it because of issues with the silverlight plugin architecture. We're working with the Silverlight team at Microsoft to get those fixed but it's essentially waiting on them.
(Or you could try to pressure them into releasing a 64-bit Silverlight for Macs.) -
Disk not uploading on my computer, uploaded one time with window saying not genuine software
frustrated because it will spin and then spit out of my disk drive, it once randomly came up on my computer finally and when it did start uploading programs a window box popped up saying Installation failed "adobe genuine software verification failure"?
Ok. so my choice is to download the trial version and use files from the adobe website? will i be able to keep those files once downloaded so i can reinstall if i have to another time? i would like to have my own copy of the programs. what I bought was the hard copy creative suite and web premium disk that was mailed to me i would like to have the same format. this product aint cheap!

I am unable to attach/send a 2486KB file when using Firefox browser. I am able to attach and send via Internet Explorer though. Up until a few days ago, this was never a problem. I've sent the file before. What could be the problem? I am very frustrated.
I do have anti-virus software that scans the files. It sounds like you are accurate. But nothing is new...I have sent the same file numerous times in the past with no problems, but all of sudden, I can't send the file. What can I do to fix this problem?
