I am able to view the videos online, I wish to save them so I can look at them again without going online.

This is easiest to do if the tutorials are designed to be downloaded. Sometimes you are allowed to watch something but not download it and save it on your computer.
Maybe you can give the address of the website and tutorial you are thinking about.

Before that, execute ur script and the spool will be generated .rite?
Now, after execution of the above program, give the spool number of ur spool generated, and tick the option dwnload the pdf file and then give the location of the file where u want to save... Then execute it. the pdf file will be generated and then stored in ur particular location..

You might need contact Adobe Support directly by chat or phone to get this resolved. A couple years ago the versions that qualified for upgrading to CS6 changed to being only CS5+, so CS4 would no longer be valid. If you bought CS6 while CS4 was still valid then it should remain so, but you might need the help of Adobe Support to make that happen.

The user is not logged on to the internet(the user is offline/ not connected to the system)when he or she fills out the form.

Long hold on the document in mail and it should give you the open in... option, select adobe reader and the file is now saved locally for viewing even while offline.

You have not explained how to change the document into an "_distributed.pdf that has the ability to be saved. That was the least helpful video that I have ever seen
