Firefox 10 and IE 9 is not displaying Cisco ASA Web Authentication

Hi All,
We are having issue on AAA authentication page display for our ASA.
1. There 2 issue reported here.
2. First is customer cannot access the website using IE 9. But this is because there is security patch on customer PC.
3. After customer uninstall KB2585542, the website load fine.
4. Second issue is, today morning, there is auto update on FireFox which automatically upgrade users firefox to Firefox 10.
5. After these upgrade, users cannot load the website anymore.
6. Error message is Server Does Not Support RFC 5746/ CVE-2009-3555
7. Customer using Firefox as default Internet Browsing.
8. As workaround, customer have downgrade their Firefox to version 3.6.22 and it's working fine.
9. Java Version 6 update 23.
10. An Cisco case have been raise the check the compatibility of Cisco Web Authentication with the FF10
11. SR 620756799.
Firewall Version : ASA 5520 7.2(5)
Does anyone also experiencing the same issue? Any idea does this is a cisco bug or AAA issue.

Product Revenue Bookings and Backlog Dashboard does not display any data

Product Revenue Bookings and Backlog Dashboard does not display any data even though the load completed successfully.
They are able to see just the parameters.
Not sure if the upgrade of the database from 9.2.0.6 to 10.2.0.3 is a factor.
What can I check?
Is there some table to verify that the data exists for display in the Product Revenue Bookings and Backlog Dashboard?

Support suggested to create a new request set and run the initial load with load all summaries option; but there was no change in the Product Revenue Bookings and Backlog Dashboard.
Any ideas?

We have faced the similar problem after the upgrade to 10G
What we did was
Ran the initial load of time dimension, Item setup request set, and the request set of all the dash board in the clear and initial load mode..
we were able to get the data once the clear and load is completed successfully

Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

I installed the latest version of iTunes (10.6.3.25) on a new Windows 7 PC. I can see ahred libraries on Shared but can't import as the line containing the Settings and Import buttons does not display. Any suggestions?

To move the iTunes library to this new computer I switched on Home Sharing and can see the other libraries on my home network. If I select tracks from a Shared library I can't import them as the strip containing "Show: All Items" and the "Settings" and "Import" buttons, does not display at the bottom of the screen. Goes straight from the list of tracks to the strip with Playlist icons and xxxx items, tttttt total time, yyyy GB.
Any suggestions for making the Import button appear?

I built a new computer which is EXTREMELY fast overclocked i7 ect and.. ITUNES DOESNT WORK
I click on itunes which ive uninstalled and reinstalled and reset the winsock AND seen if there were any errors AAAAAAND ive check the Hkey to make sure bonjur was the only one in there which it is and all that happens is my cpu goes to 25% and i cant do anything except go into the task manager and close it! ANYTHING with itunes (everything else is premium speed).

Rate and accessable value is not displaying for the tax invoice output. Rest of all outputs for invoices shows Rate and accessable value.
Scenerio is free of charge sales order (samples) removing the goods from pant so excise invoice has been created and also updated. but for tax invoice out put rate and access value is not displaying.
Pricing procedure: In pricing procedure account keys have not been maintained because there is not gl account upadation during billing for free of charge delivery.

We prepared simple Word Press web site. We used a Revolution slider plugin with HTML5 video layer. It works properly on Chrome, Safari, older Mozilla FF.
But we had a problem on PC computers with FF 29.0 30.0 – after reinstall of browser everthing seems to be OK. The slider works. Unfortunately even the reinstallation on Mac computers does not help. There is no visible video on Mac FF 30.0.
We are looking for some information what we can do to solve this problem. Could you help?

I'm not clear on exactly what it is you're asking, but if you're referring to changing opacity, you can change the opacity setting for the States of a menu item via the States panel and Control Strip.

It is just conceivable you burned a CD that exactly matched one already in the Gracenote database. Gracenote uses track count and duration to decide what CD it is you have in a computer. If you have one that matches that it will label it. You could conceivably even have one that matches it that is not the correct one.

This seems to an ongoing issue (see related discussion link). We've been experiencing the same update lag since last Friday. The new additions to the Collection appear and are accessible in both the iPad and iPhone applications, but even though they additions appear in "Quick View", the material doesn't appear in the Collection itself. You can try following steps,
1) Clear the Cache & Re-login.
2) Ensure in Setting the Key figure " Invisible" check box is not selected.( SNC 7.0 v)
3) Check the related Product is applicable for the new Key fig added, like if its a SMI Product & you are expecting to see for a PO key figure...

Siebel Charts gets generated but does not display in the Web client

Siebel Chart is getting generated in NetChart4.6\Server\root\projects\Siebel.chart folder. However does not display on the Web client
There is either no error displayed on the front end...
Also note that Charts is installed on Windows environment and Siebel Server is installed on Linux Server

Does this happens in dedicated client as well?
We would need to have traffic captured when you are actually executing actions. The tools like fiddler etc will help here to track the traffic.
I would suggest you open SR with MOS since it will need some analysis on network trace like fiddler. You can refer this thread in SR as well, so that once issue gets resolved thread will get updated with solution which will benefit others.
