Firefox 10 hangs (windows7) EVERY time I hit the back button

Say I go to google: how to prune Amur Maple trees. It brings up a list of sites. I go to a site. Then I can't go back to that page, nor can I click google and put in a new search. Both options just give me the ever rotating connecting logo and nothing more. I have to exit every screen, enter google again. Type in my search. Can only look at one site.Any time I need a back page in Firefox it won't work. It will work in Internet Explorer. Have tried EVERY idea suggested: cleared history, cleared add-ons, uninstalled and reinstalled Mozilla 10, gone to default and set it at zero. Nothing has helped. This is a Windows 7 64 bit operating system, a new computer, new keyboard, new monitor, new wireless mouse. Nothing but trouble!

Ok, since you've already tried a few steps, I'm going to just ask you a few more things here.

Then, update your graphics driver ([https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-upgrade-my-graphics-drivers Info Here]) so we can make sure this isn't a hardware acceleration issue.

Double check that all windows updates are installed. Then let me know if it still happens.

Fortunately you can turn these off in the STB settings. turn off popups and promotions.

you can try turning it off and on again, but i doubt that's gonna work, that sounds like more of a hardware issue. Your best bet may be to contact apple and seek service or replacement

You need to figure out which app you downloaded that is doing that. I know there is a camera app that causes your browser to do that. It's most likely a free app. In the future becareful of the apps you download, if it asks for more access than it needs don't install it.
Go to your downloaded apps section in Marketplace and read the comments on all recent apps, there should be comments about it on the app that is causing this.
Edit: If you find out which one is doing it, make sure you uninstall it and use the marketplace to report it as malicious content. Make sure you do a battery pull reset after you uninstall it.

Firefox crashes upon hitting the back button while looking at email in Outlook.

When I am looking at my email I crash almost every other time I hit the back button trying to go back to my list of emails on Outlook. I don't crash when hitting the back button on any other sites that I recall.

Why does my safari crash every time I hit the to open another tab?

Every time I hit the + in the upper right hand corner on Safari to open a new tab, it crashes and closes out. This happened after I plugged my iPad into my computer to sync it. Does anyone have an idea what happened. I tried turning the iPad off and back on but that did not fix it.

I have received the same solution as you gave above, from the tech team, but cant find the correct file to add the "CopyPlugins.vbs script." to....I get an error message telling me to try again and chose the file adobe indesign CC, and yet that's what I'm doing. There must be an instruction missing for finding the correct file.

There is more than just the plist to delete for AppleWorks. They must all be deleted at the same time to be effective. To delete AppleWorks’ preference files, go to HD > Users > Library > Preferences. Find and delete the file com.apple.appleworks.plist. Find and open the folder AppleWorks in this Preferences folder, then delete all of the enclosed files (with the exception of the Button Bar Preferences if you have customized the Button Bars). AppleWorks will recreate the preference files as it needs them.

Click on it, choose Get Info from the File menu, and check the format.
If it's formatted as NTFS, reformat it as MS-DOS, exFAT, or Mac OS Extended (Journaled) as desired, or install software such as Paragon NTFS on the computer.
If it's formatted as FAT32 or exFAT, use the Disk Utility's Repair Disk command on it; this may also happen for a flash drive which is about to fail.
If it's formatted as Mac OS Extended, click Authenticate and provide your administrator password, or change the permissions on that specific folder in its Get Info window.

Imovie 09, ver. 8.0.6, crashes every time I select the titles button in the music, titles, photos, maps, section it crashes consistently. Apart from that it runs very stable?

iMovie 09 version 8.0.6, consistently crashes every time I select the titles button in the lower right box (can't remember what it's called). Everything else seems to work fine, very stable. I recently had to convert some footage from another camera to be able to see it in iMovie, however, it was starting to "unexpected" quit, on me even before that though only 50% of the time. Now it crashed every time I try to add titles. I select the title button, everything hangs for a second, looking like maybe it will not quit, then I might get a color wheel, or not, before it kicks me out. Everytime now! Can't fiinish the end of the movie!

An alternative solution....for now. If you copy the files to your desktop or in any other folder you want them (it's temporary), you can still import them in iMovie. Just click Archive, Import, Movies and search for the folder you put your files in. I did it several times with success, that means no error! Now I can use my files and edit them in iMovie. You can delete the files on the desktop, since iMovie has copied the files into the iMovie library.
Another possibility is drag and drop the files from your desktop directly into an event. iMovie will copy the files into the library. For both options I am not sure if analysation for stability en recognising persons had been done while importing, but I guess you can do that later on.
Do not make the mistake of importing them in Aperture or iPhoto, drag and drop it an iMovie-event and delete it in Aperture/iPhoto... You will only hear the audiostream, you will see miniatures in iMovie, though your videostream is gone. That's how I lost the first video of my second daughter .
Until there's a good solution or update from Apple it works for me. I hope it does for you too!

IPod restarts every time I click the center button

Every time I click the center button to go into the music folder, my iPod restarts, so I can't get into those files. It sometimes happens when going in to the extras folder as well. What do I do?!

My nano has a very strange problem with resetting too, whenever I transfer a podcast to the ipod, listen to them using the 'Podcasts' folder itunes makes in the ipod's music folder(not playlists, but in the root music menu, before playlists), then delete just the podcast itself instead of the whole podcast folder, then I try going back into the music menu on the ipod, it restarts every time.
Only fix I've been able to come up with is just creating a new playlist for just podcasts, and putting my podcasts in that playlist and deleting the 'Podcasts' folder that itunes creates everytime I transfer a podcast to the ipod.
