Firefox 18 now prints a page using enlarged fonts so that information will not fit on A4 page. How can this be fixed?
When trying to print a page such as a bank statement, Firefox 18 now prints in a large font size so that information does not fit on the page (A4). Previously, there was no problem and the information printed out exactly as on the screen. When printing from Google Chrome there is no problem. In previous versions of Firefox there was no problem. What has changed and how can it be corrected?

Try to adjust the print scale: File > Page Setup > "Format & Options": Scale (unselect: "Shrink to fit page width")

Facebook is not loading properly and all my text and images are lined up along the right side of the page. How can this get fixed to the way it use to look?
Everyone who logs into Facebook on my Firefox has this problem however if we use Internet Explorer - facebook looks normal.If you have increased the minimum font size then try the default setting "none" as a high value can cause issues like you described.

When trying to log into yahoo mail, I get the message saying 'The page isn't redirecting properly'. I deleted history/ restarted firefox. How can this be fixed?
If it works in Safe Mode and in normal mode with all extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) disabled then try to find which extension is causing it by enabling one extension at a time until the problem reappears.
Close and restart Firefox after each change via "Firefox > Exit" (Windows: Firefox/File > Exit; Mac: Firefox > Quit Firefox; Linux: Firefox/File > Quit)

I am running OS 10.6.8 and Safari 5.1. Option-Command-Escape now brings up Front Row. How can this be fixed?
Also, trying to copy portions of articles from Safari (5.1) to MS Word now results in the twirling ball. Any solutions?Try using the other Option (Alt) key. The reason I suggest that - the real command combo for Front Row is Command-Escape; yet yours was being activated when you pressed Command-Option-Escape. That would indicate that Finder was not responding to the inclusion of Option in the key combo. The simplest explanation for that would be that the Option key you are using is not working for some reason.
One other 'simple' possibility - just to make sure (in case you are using a non-Apple keyboard), Option is the key adjacent to each Command key. -
I have Elements 12. It's an upgrade in most respects from the old CS2 I used for years. Except there is apparently no measuring tool. How can this be; is there a plug-in, or will Adobe fix the problem? Anyone know a way around this glaring omission?
Hello again. When I said PSE 12 was an upgrade on CS2, I meant that simply from an informal point of view - and it is: it's better software in most respects. In expert mode, the features and functions are much the same as in the CS2 I had before, but enhanced and slicker. Less 16 bit colour depth and a few other things of course. Unfortunately, as it now transpires, the "few other things" has turned out to include the measuring feature.
Thanks for the work-around - only problem is ... to what Info Panel are you referring when using the line tool? I've looked around but can't see the line length being shown anywhere. Thanks in advance for any light you might be able to cast on it.
Incidentally, I upgraded my written-off Canon D5 MK II with a D6. To me it's an upgrade - it's a much better camera - though by the letter of the law, the strict upgrade path would be to a 5D MK III. One can use the word "upgrade" in this informal (but entirely meaningful) sense, I hope, without being sent to prison!! -
I have used the resume tablet and put my resume into format but when emailing it, it will not open on windows. How can I change the format to where they will be able to open and view it?
I guess you mean one of the resume templates.
What "format" have you saved your finished resume in?
The only formats a Windows user will be able to open are .doc (Word), .pdf and rtf. The 1st 2 are usually the best.
There is no Windows version of Pages.

My 2 TB Time Capsule’s memory is full because it will notautomatically delete old files as it is supposed to, so it is giving me zerobackup of my two computers now. How can this be fixed so my Time Capsule deletes the old data and savesthe new?
Neither my local computer consultant nor I have been ableto change any of the settings in Time Machine to correct this problem. Working with the choices in the TimeMachine, there does not appear that there is any way to change the frequency ofthe backups either, so, after a year has elapsed, the time capsule is full, andmy only choice appears to be to erase all the current data on the Time Capsuleand start over, something that I do not want to at all let alone repeat on anannual basis. My questions are:
